Tjänsteorienterad arkitektur innebär nya möjligheter att implementera IT-system till lägre kostnader och på kortare tid. Detta sker genom att direkt representera affärsprocesser i verksamhetens IT, i s.k. tjänster. Området är dock nytt och kunskapen begränsad. Detta arbete identifierar problem vid implementeringar av tjänsteorienterade arkitekturer.

Det här arbetet tar upp vilken syn på problemlösning som arbetssätt som lärare i de tidigare skolåren har ute på skolorna. Arbetet behandlar även hur och i vilken utsträckning problemlösning används i lärarnas undervisning. Metoden som används i arbetet är en i huvudsak kvalitativ intervju med sju lärare från lika många skolor. I vissa fall har även observation och kompletterande samtal använts. Undersökningen visar att både lärare och forskare är tämligen överens om vad ett problem är, de menar bland annat att ett problem ska vara en utmaning och kräva en ansträngning av eleven.

This master thesis is about one of the first female in the Swedish Parliament, Elisabeth Tamm (1880?1958), and her political articles in the magazine Tidevarvet. The aim of this study is to find similarities with Tamm?s political thoughts with the Ecofeministic theory. Due to women?s right to vote 1919 women citizenship was in a political debate.

We live in a stressful world and a demanding society where the ability to quickly adapt is one of the most important and most difficult challenges of today. A fairly new phenomenon called intranets has evolved to meet this challenge, however many examples of corporative intranets are stories about failures and systems with poor usability. This study focuses on how the user oriented approach to systems design affected upon a system development process of an Intranet, solely developed within a company, and how it impacts on the intranets popularity among the employees in the company. The study starts not from the literature but from a survey, which is based upon the Delphi method. Which results were used for further in-depth research about the subject, by interviewing three representatives from the company.

Syftet var att undersöka varför elever i år 3-4 har problem med lästtal fast de matematiska operationerna inte är på hög nivå. Studien genomfördes våren 2005 i Luleå och Piteå kommun. Metoden som användes var kvalitativa intervjuer. Studien bestod av både lärar- och elevintervjuer. Elevintervjuerna föregicks av att de fick lösa lästal, som vi konstruerat.

Syfte med denna fallstudie är att undersöka hur användarnas medverkan vid anpassningar av gränssnitt för ett processtyrsystem påverkar användbarheten av denna. Eftersom det är gränssnittet som användarna interagerar med är det viktigt att användarna involveras i anpassningen vid införandet så att hänsyn tas till deras behov och önskemål. I min fallstudie valde jag att undersöka processen för användarmedverkan vid anpassningen av ett grässnitt för ett standardstyrsystem ur användarnas perspektiv. Undersökningen är baserad på ett stort företag med ett nytt system för styrning och övervakning av tillverkningsprocessen, som nyligen implementerades dels på en befintlig produktionsenhet och dels på två nybyggda produktionsenheter. Olika kategorier av användare(operatörer)har kunnat identifierats: de som har erfarenhet av användning av ett sådant system och aktivt medverkat vid utformning av användargränssnitt, de som har erfarenhet men inte medverkat aktivt och de som inte har särskilt mycket erfarenhet av system användandet överhuvudtaget.

The aim of this study is to analyze how problems are represented within SOU 2008:27. Further more, the aim is to analyze how the new subject plan for history can bee seen as a product of this document. The method used, and the theoretical frame of the study, is based on Carol Lee Bacchi?s ?what´s the problem represented to be?? approach, which basic principle is that policies are filled with representations of problems and that these representations need to be examined. These problem representations are then themselves subject for scrutiny, the second step being an analysis of the texts presumptions and assumptions concerning view of man and perception of knowledge. The results show, among other things, that a problem representations can be found in the SOU; the school system is too vague and unclear.

This paper is a discourse analytic policy study with the intention to investigate the swedish government's policy action plan against prostitution and trafficking for sexual purposes. The document is called Handlingsplan mot prostitution och människohandel för sexuella ändamål. The purpose of the study is to investigate whether there is a feminist gender understanding taking place in the action plan. This is made by both see how the problem of prostitution is produced partly by examining whether there is a gender-based power analysis in action. The research questions of this study are:What is considered being the problem with prostitution and trafficking fosexual purposes?Is there a feminist gender understandning in the government's prostitution politics?To answer these questions I use Carol Bacchis method Whats the problem represented to be? And the material being used is the government's actionplan.

Computer use at work has risen considerably over the past fifteen years and is currently a relatively common phenomenon when 76 percent of women and 72 percent of men using the computer in their daily work (SCB Arbetsmiljörapport 2009).According to Gulliksen and Göransson (2009), Sweden is one of the countries which are more advanced in the procurement of computer systems at work. He means that Sweden has unique opportunities and conditions for user participation in the development of computer systems, when the user has the right to influence their working environment through a law in the Work Environment Act. The paper examines the importance of user involvement in system development and the Swedish company's approach and experience of user involvement. To highlight and explore the importance of user involvement, there has been a case study in which users have been representative of the development process. The case study has been conducted on a case company where the system IST analys was in need of a new interface.

The purpose of this study is to identify how the needs, demands and preferences for a certain service appear among University students in Kalmar. This is necessary to examine in order to create and design a possible service that will solve the problem with the University students eating habits.This study is based on a qualitative method with quantitative elements. The qualitative method contains of three focus group discussions. The quantitative method contains of a questionnaire. All respondents in this study fits in the target group.One important conclusion that we have stated after the investigation of this study, is that the nature of this problem seems to differ from person to person.

The aim for this paper has been to examine three textbooks designed for science education in upper secondary school in order to determine whether they convey any specific attitudes regarding what is considered to be ideal knowledge within the field of biology. The main focus has been to investigate if different types of design strategies have been used to emphasize certain values or attitudes and if this proves to be the case, how is this achieved specifically?                      For this purpose I have conducted several different qualitative linguistic analyses of the textbooks. The theoretical framework for the analyses lies within the main field of critical linguistics and more specifically in the context of systemic functional linguistics. The two main language models I have chosen to use for my investigations are functional grammar and multimodal text analysis.                      My results imply amongst other things that by conducting an overall assessment of the headlines in the textbooks a fair assessment can be made of which overall attitudes the books convey.

Dogs with behavioral problemsThis study was made to investigate if there was a problem in today?s society regarding dogs showing for example excessive aggression and/or anxiety. The main questions in this study was "is there a problem today" and "if there is a problem, what can we do to prevent it". To investigate these questions interviews were made with six different professions concerning the dog domain. The result of the study shows that three of the interviewed considered it to be a problem, one did not have an opinion on the matter and two choose not to call it a dog related problem because it mostly depends on the owner.

Problemområde: En del av de högskolor och universitet som har hemsidor har inte lagt så stor vikt på användbarhet då deras funktionalitet brister. Det är svårt för deras studenter att på ett så enkelt sätt som möjligt nå den information de behöver. Hypotes: ?Användbarheten på högskolornas- och universitetens hemsidor kan förbättras med hjälp av att krav ställs från studenterna.? Genomförandet: För att undersöka hypotesen har tre undersökningar gjorts. Den första var en granskning av de utvalda högskolornas och universitetens hemsidor av författarna. Undersökning nummer två gjordes med hjälp av enkäter som studenter vid de utvalda högskolorna och universiteten fick svara på.

En trend på marknaden för affärssystem är att utveckla branschspecifika affärssystem, det vill säga system som är anpassade till affärsprocesserna inom en viss bransch. Eftersom det är affärsprocesserna i en verksamhet som affärssystemet ska stödja är det vid utveckling av affärssystem viktigt att kartlägga dessa processer.Detta arbete syftar till att undersöka vilka problem som kan uppstå i samband med processkartläggning vid utveckling av branschspecifika affärssystem. Vidare är arbetet begränsat till att endast behandla problem vad det gäller val, uppdelning och benämning av affärsprocesser. Arbetet har genomförts dels genom en fallstudie, dels genom intervjuer av leverantörer av affärssystem.Resultatet av detta arbete visar på problem med att avgöra hur många och vilka affärsprocesser som ska innefattas av affärssystemet. Vidare kan problem uppstå bland annat vad det gäller identifiering av huvudprocesser och antalet processnivåer som ska tillämpas.

Att starta och bilda ett företag är inte alltid det lättaste. Vissa gör det utan några problem medan andra stöter på hinder och problem. I denna studie kommer de vanligaste hindren och problemen som entreprenörer stöter på att identifieras. Detta för att underlätta för andra personer som står i tur att starta företag. Syftet är att undersöka vilka hinder och problem som upplevs av de som startar nytt aktiebolag, samt undersöka hur entreprenören gjort för att undvika eller lösa dessa.
