It is about the patriarchal power structure which we are living under and so have done in hundreds of years. And about to (dare) see, because it can take fairly subtle expressions which is rather difficult to discover if you are not aware about them. This paper is about these power strutures seen from the daily round of four girls which study nurse´s training in upper secondary school and four girls which study construction´s training in upper secondary school..

The purpose of this essay is to explore how educators are supposed to prioritize their work at the preschool so that all children are listened to and the conditions necessary for kids to dare to express their feelings and thoughts are in place. How is the relationship important for the child's learning? How do I become a committed educator who knows how to interpret and prioritize my work so it benefits children's learning? In this study, I have investigated whether there is a usefulness for the individual on the basis of Kierkegaard's speech in Work´s of love of our duty to love the people we see. My main conclusions are as follows: Infinite resignation of Fear and Trembling have a greater effect on a relevant ethics than faith movement. In my essay the dilemmas originate from what I have experienced. I have observed myself and some of my colleagues, how we meet children who are lacking the qualifications which school and most pedagogues expect them to have. Focus, in my written experiences, is on children who live in poverty, but how we meet and act toward them is often quite the same independent of what qualifications they are lacking. With the support from literature and theories I reflect and analyse the dilemmas. Through essaywriting I investigate my practical knowledge and I examine how we as pedagogues handle the complex situations encounter when in school and how it is possible to understand why we act the way we do.I think that the knowledge which essaywriting gives me will strengthen me as a person and in my work as a teacher for after-school-center.

Syfte: Unders?kning i hur ledare talar om samverkan i f?rh?llande till tr?narens utveckling inom barn- och ungdomsfotboll. Metod: Studien bygger p? en kvalitativ ansats d?r semistrukturerande intervjuer har genomf?rts med sex ledare fr?n b?de elit- och breddf?reningar inom fotbollen i G?teborg. Urvalet syftade till att f?nga olika perspektiv p? samarbeten kring tr?nar- och spelarutveckling. Intervjuerna genomf?rdes via Zoom och analyserades med hj?lp av en kvalitativ inneh?llsanalys, detta genom att identifiera koder och teman i datan. Resultat: Analysen resulterade i tv? teman, vilket var tr?narutveckling och samarbete mellan fotbollsf?reningar.

This qualitative study is about the differences and similarities between the organization Friends and schools? methods to prevent bullying. Aggression, bullying and discomfort in schools result in that many students do not dare to go to school because of their fear that they might get attacked and become systematically bullied. Bullying is a universal and persistent problem. In this study the reader will receive a better understanding and get an insight into the problems that teachers and students experience and struggle with every day in dealing with bullying in schools.

This essay is an investigation that aims to increase the understanding regarding the opinions of what skills a teacher who works with pupils that are in need of special support ought to have. I have also tried to answer the question: How to be a good teacher?The investigation is carried out as a qualitative interview survey, where three women from three different municipalities have explained, how they want pedagogues to work with pupils that are in need of special support.The investigation shows that an accurate personality within the pedagogue plays an important part when accomplishing a positive development. Knowledge of various subjects combined with a specialized pedagogical education is very important, as well as an ability of understanding when it comes to different kinds of functional disorders.Other positive qualities a teacher should have could be the following: to be structured, calm, be able to stand stress, have patience, be a good listener, be emphatic and have a good sense of humour.The investigation also shows that teachers who are confident with themselves have a lot to gain in their profession. The final quality worth mentioning is, when you as a professional dare to be without prestige.

The purpose with this study has been to get a previous knowledge about how pre-school teachers look at the impact of the picture book for children and their language development and participation at the age of three to five years. The study was carried through inquiries at a pre-school in a west Swedish urban district. The study proceed from the sociocultural theory which means that children learn by teamwork with other more experienced individuals. The result shows that the pre-school teachers consciously let the interest of the children guide the choice of books. At the same time they push for the meaning of conversation with the children.

Datan analyserades via kvantitativa och kvalitativa analysmetoder f?r att kunna besvara studiens fr?gest?llningar. Resultat: Resultaten visar att skolor med ett h?gre SEI, det vill s?ga l?gre socioekonomisk status, tenderar att skatta sig l?gre i arbetet med h?lsosamma matvanor i skolan, speciellt g?llande elevers delaktighet, inkluderandet av skolm?ltidspersonalen, uppf?ljandet av matsvinn och n?rvaron under skolm?ltiden.

The aim of this thesis is to investigate how children experience librarians, their knowledge, assignments and appearance. The children?s thoughts about libraries and librarians in general are also studied. Empirical data has been collected by interviewing children aged 8-12 years old. The method used is qualitative interviews performed individually, in pairs and groups.
