Syftet med denna undersökning var att ta reda på hur verksamma lärare upptäcker och stimulerar elever med en matematisk förmåga. För att uppnå vårt syfte studerade vi litteratur och vi ansåg att en kvalitativ forskningsmetod, i form av intervjuer, var den mest optimala för oss. Litteraturen har vi presenterat i vår teoretiska bakgrund och den behandlar författares syn på elever med en matematisk förmåga. Vilka kännetecken som dessa elever har, varför det är viktigt att man stimulerar dem, samt lärarens roll i bemötandet med eleverna. Vi valde att intervju fem lärare som är verksamma i år F-3, för att få deras bild av elever med en matematisk förmåga.

SAMMANFATTNING SYFTE Syftet med uppsatsen är att beskriva och analysera hur uppbyggandet av ett starkt varumärke går till. Vi kommer att identifiera vilka fördelar ett starkt varumärke för med sig och se hur Sony Ericsson kan dra nytta av detta. METOD Vi har utöver den sekundäradata vi samlat in använts oss av en kvalitativ metod för att genomföra vår studie. Slutsatserna är dragna av den analys som gjorts vid en teoretisk prövning av empirin. SLUTSATS Vi har kommit fram till att Sony Ericsson har stor chans att kunna bli ett starkt varumärke om de lyckas positionera sig som ett företag som erbjuder mulitmediala produkter med unik design och avancerade funktioner.

Our study aims to investigate whether resilient children share common factors that could explain them not following the expected course of development for said group. The study also sets out to explore which strategies resilient children implement in order to cope with their situation.The study is based on the following questions:How do resilient children describe their experiences from growing up with parents with substance abuse problems? What risk and protective factors do they mention in their biographies?We use the system theory and Goffman's dramaturgic perspective as analytical tools.  The system theory could help us see the family as a system, while Goffman's theory might help us understand how resilient children find different strategies, and why they implement these strategies, to hide their family problems.The results show that the most important factors with a positive effect on resilient children were: to have somebody else important in their lives, to have goals in life, to have a safe haven, to think independently and to develop a high level of independence early in life..

The first aim of the thesis is to analyse the problems of trust, according to game theory, in the Russian market for private pensions insurance. The second aim is to find suitable strategies to solve the problems. Problems of trust have arisen because, (i) buyers of insurance have had negative experiences when dealing with insurance companies and corruption has decreased trust for all players in the market, (ii) incomplete information makes it difficult to separate honest actors from dishonest, and (iii) dishonest insurance companies do not get punished because of corruption and weaknesses in the law. Mutual risk-sharing is a potential solution as necessary conditions already exist in the Russian society. There are groups who (i) share the same type of risks, (ii) are aware of moral hazards, and (iii) are able to control each other.

The theme in this report has been how to benefit experience from accident investigations. The demand on the municipality to perform accidet investigations is relatively new, and maybe they aren?t clear what the demands means. This causes that there might be a problem to benefit experience from accident investigations, for improving the overall safety in the municipality. The main purpose of this report has been to clarify how experience from accident investigations, can be of benefit to society on a local level.

De nya styrverktygen ser verksamheten på ett nytt sätt och är inte lika bakåtriktade, kortsiktiga och alltför ekonomiskt orienterade som tidigare styrverktyg. Utredningen hade till syfte att undersöka hur arbetsdomstolen (AD) bedömde ett avskedande av en polisman till följd av illojalt handlande. Vid framställningen av arbetet har en traditionell juridisk metod använts med tonvikt på utfallen i AD. Polisens uppgift som offentligt organ är att beskydda medborgarnas fri- och rättigheter. Detta gör deras funktion i samhället unik. Av utredningen framkom det att polisens egen personalansvarsnämnd (PAN) i första hand tar ställning till om en polisanställd skall avskedas från sin tjänst till följd av illojalt handlande.

För lantbrukaren är det arbetskrävande och kostsamt med bekämpningsåtgär-der mot ogräsen och det finns risk att skörden blir reducerad om det finns ogräs i vallen. Vid vallskörd finns också risken att ogräsfrön följer med grönmassan. Överlever fröna sedan ensi-leringen, digestionspassagen hos idisslare och rötningen till biogödsel finns en eventuell risk för att fröna sprids och ogräsen kan därmed etableras på åkern igen. Det finns flertalet fak-torer som påverkar i vilken utsträckning ogräsfrön kan överleva.

My essay is on the subject of teachers work environment with focus on noise and communication. In the essay questions are raised on how a teacher can influence his or hers noisy work environment. A school is a large work place with many employees and is owned and administered by the county municipality which is an even bigger workplace. How big an acting space does a teacher have in such a large organization?My methods of research on these questions have been to conduct interviews and analyzing documentation from The Swedish Work Environment Authority.

Background: The purpose of the present study was to investigate the prevalence and characteristics of deliberate self-harm in a Swedish University population.Method: A random sample of first year students at University of Kalmar was invited to participate in an Internet-based survey in the autumn of 2007. A total of 139 (53,1 %) completed the anonymous survey.Results: The results showed that 25,2 % (n=35) of the students reported having engaged in some kind of deliberate self-harm at least once, and deliberate self-harm was endorsed by 7,9 % within the past year. The most frequently procedures to self-harm were to tear, carve or pinch self, cutting skin and hitting self on purpose. 37,1 % reported that they had told no one about their self-injurious behaviors and 36,4 % significantly reported that they had no one they trusted and who they could talk to if they were concerned about something. Students with self-injurious behavior were also more likely to report a history of emotional, sexual and/or physical abuse, alcohol and drug use, cut classes and questioning their sexual orientation.Conclusions: Findings suggest that self-harm is associated with risk factors and that self-injury is not only associated with adolescence but also with adulthood.

Denna studie är en fallstudie vid två av Magelungens dagverksamheter. Studien inkluderar tre olika perspektiv: ungdom, förälder och behandlare. Syftet med studien har varit att undersöka informanternas upplevelser av ungdomens tid på Magelungens dagverksamhet. Detta har gjorts genom en kvalitativ metod där sekundärdata, i form av nio intervjuer genomförda av Magelungens forskningsgrupp, har bearbetats och analyserats genom meningskoncentrering. Studien tar avstamp i den kunskapslucka kring kvalitativ forskning om dagverksamheter som forskningsgenomgången visar på.Resultatet tyder på att informanterna generellt sett är nöjda med tiden på dagverksamheten.

The objective of this thesis was to research and gain knowledge about people involved in organized crime in Sweden. By conducting interviews we were able to analyze what factors played a role in an individual's choice to become a member of a criminal gang, as well as to gain an overall picture of these people. The qualitative research was carried out in three different cities in Sweden. Three people, aged between 30 and 60, who are currently members of a gang, were interviewed. In these interviews they shared their life stories in terms of childhood, youth, gang involvement as well as their hopes for the future.The results were then further analyzed to explore any similarities and differences among the participating individuals.
