Detta krav p? st?ndig uppm?rksamhet kan leda till diabetesstress vilket i sin tur kan g?ra det sv?rt att acceptera sjukdomen.

In the middle of the 19th century was Calluna heath the major nature type in Halland, but the remaining parts today is only 1 500 hectares which is a 99 % decrease of the Calluna heath mainly due to an increase in forest plantations and arable fields. I have made a quantitative study how the Calluna heath of Grönabur & Sandsjöbacka has changed between 1841 and 2005 and why it didn?t disappear in the same manner, as it did in other parts of Halland. The studying of original sources as historical maps, literature and by doing field visits has been significant for the final result. The main reason for the different development of the Calluna heath in the investigation area (69 % decrease), compare to elsewhere in Halland, is the establishment and management of a nature reserve..

My assignment has been to, in collaboration with them, expand their range with a pair of children's glasses, while maintaining the innovative character they are so known for.The problem with childrens eyewear today is that most of the time the glasses tries to mimic the adult eyewear and the ?childish? type of designing is spared. From an ergonomic point of view, a child's nose is smaller than an adults and therefore needs a different type of shape and nosebridge. In addition, children have softer ears, which means that they need a different type of shaftend as well.

Syftet med denna studie är att utifrån ett föräldraperspektiv undersöka behov av och önskemål om stödsom föräldrar med diagnos inom autismspektrum beskriver i sin föräldraroll. Ett annat syfte är att bidra med ökad kunskaptill en diskussion kring utformandet av stödinsatser för dessa familjer. Studien är kvalitativ med intervjuer som gjorts ihalvstrukturerad form. Åtta föräldrar har intervjuats. Föräldrarna beskriver att deras svårigheter gör det svårt för dem isamspelet med barn och partner.

Syfte: Studien syftar till att belysa vuxna personers upplevelser av egenv?rd vid DMT2. Metod: Arbetet genomf?rdes som en litteratur?versikt av nio kvalitativa originalstudier identifierade via Cinahl och PubMed.

Syfte: Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka vilka metoder som kan användas av sjuksköterskor för att uppnå följsamhet gällande genomförande av livsstilsförändringar hospatienter med diabetes typ 2 samt effekten av dessa. Metod: Uppsatsen har genomförts somen systematisk litteraturstudie. Artiklar har sökts i databaserna ELIN@Dalarna, Cinahl samtPubMed. Endast vetenskapliga artiklar som har publicerats mellan 2003 och 2008, tillgängligai fulltext, har inkluderats. Sexton kvantitativa artiklar ligger till grund för resultatdelen.Resultat: Användandet av telefonsamtal som hjälpmedel för sjuksköterskan att nå ut tilldiabetespatienterna har visat sig kunna öka diabetespatienters följsamhet vad gäller dieten.Automatiserade telefonsamtal har påvisats kunna hjälpa till att öka följsamheten gällandefysisk aktivitet.

In this essay I examine how a municipal- and an independent upper secondary school compare to the ideal types the Company and the Political organization and how that affects the school practise as it?s described in policy documents. The conclusions are that the municipal school on a number of variables correlate to the ideal type the Political organization. At the same time the school reforms of the 1990s are considered as an intention to ?companylize? the municipal school and a number of tendencies how that have affected the municipal school are shown.

Under 2010 avled cirka 90 000 personer i Sverige, varav 80 procent bedömdes ha behov av palliativ vård. Palliativ vård ges oberoende av diagnos och ålder under personers sista tid i livet. Den palliativa perioden varierar, beroende från person till person. Syftet med studien är att undersöka hur både sjuksköterskan och patienten ser på autonomi och värdighet vid palliativ vård. Metoden som valts är litteraturöversikt med kvalitativa artiklar som kvalitetsgranskats.

Uppsatsens syfte är att belysa hur vision, målstyrning och feedback upplevs av omsorgspersonal då de dagligen inte har tillgång till en fysiskt närvarande chef. För att uppnå vårt syfte har vi valt att genomföra en kvalitativ studie,i en mellanstor kommun som aktivt arbetar med vision och målstyrning sedan ett antal år tillbaka. Det empiriska materialet utgörs av fyra stycken intervjuer med omsorgspersonal utifrån semistrukturerade frågor. Probiotics is a special group of health products on the market. The most common type of  these is live cultures of lactic acid fermenting bacteria from raw milk . Such products are often used by patients who are treated with antibiotics to combat the intestinal flora eliminated, thus causing digestive problems. Endocrine disruptive chemicals (EDCs) are found in many everyday products and can cause adverse effects on human health. Small children are particularly sensitive to EDCs and they are also exposed to them in a greater extent than adults. Despite this, EDCs are only banned in a few toys and childcare products. There are many sources of exposure and if no steps are taken to reduce the incidence of EDCs we may face an increasing number of people diagnosed with obesity, diabetes type 2 or various types of cancer.The Swedish Government has set a number of environmental objectives, one of which is calleda non-toxic environment. This paper describes a method for wireless energy transfer via near-field electromagnetic inductionthat is inexpensive, simple and can be applied to almost any type of system, regardless of size andenergy demands.The method uses a primary unit consisting of an oscillator, amplifier and inductive coil thattransfers energy to a secondary unit consisting of a coil, rectifier and voltage regulator. Two typesof oscillators and several amplifier designs were realized and evaluated together with a multitudeof flat coils of both monofilar and bifilar type.The results show that it is important to use an oscillator whose frequency is dependent on theinductance of the connected transmission coil, such as the Colpitts oscillator. This is preferable toan oscillator with a preset frequency, such as a Schmitt-trigger oscillator..
