Goodwill är en immateriell tillgång som funnits inom redovisningen de senaste hundra åren. Hur goodwill ska behandlas diskuteras flitigt av forskare och yrkesverksamma. Från och med 2005 beslutade EU att alla noterade företag i unionen skulle följa IASB:s standarder vid upprättandet av sin koncernredovisning. Med de nya reglerna följde att goodwill ska värderas till verkligt värde och årligen testas för nedskrivningsbehov. Denna värderingsmetod innehåller subjektiva bedömningar av företagsledningen, vilket kräver transparens av företagen i sin redovisning av koncerngoodwill med information om hur nedskrivningsprövningen har utförts.

Syftet med uppsatsen är att genom dokumentstudier och intervjuer beskriva och analysera hur börsnoterade företag fullgör upplysningskraven för nedskrivningstestet av goodwill i 2005 års årsredovisningar enligt IAS 36. Vi använder oss av en deduktiv/deskriptiv ansats. Vidare tillämpas en kombination av kvalitativ och kvantitativ metod i form av intervjuer respektive dokumentstudier. Vårt empiriska underlag består främst av dokumentstudier av 44 börsnoterade företags årsredovisningar från 2005. För att komplettera denna undersökning har även intervjuer gjorts med fyra av dessa företag, samt intervjuer med en auktoriserad revisor och en expert inom området goodwill.

There is an increasing demand for information literacy, which is mirrored in curriculum throughout the whole educational system. This, in turn, has brought forward a growing need for librarians who can teach. But do librarians possess pedagogical competence, and if they do, how is this ability used in everyday library practice? The aim of this study is to investigate librarians' conceptions of the pedagogical role, as it is expressed in their didactic interaction with the users. The research questions focus on librarians' experiences of teaching information seeking and use and their activities in this respect.

This work broadly illuminates the conditions for increasing the commissions of forestry services within the whole, or parts of, the western regions of Stora Enso?s operating area. Through a questionnaire, a survey was made examining whether the owners of the forests themselves do the forestry on their woodlands. This foremost concerns the pre-commercial thinning, but also planting and soil scarification. The survey also shows who are buying the most part of their forestry services and who are carrying it out themselves.

In claims for unfair dismissal due to alleged redundancy, the burden of proof should be shared to enable an employee to have the cause of redundancy tried. In such a case, the employee should present evidence of an invalid cause ? such as personal reasons ? and the employer should account for the redundancy. With reference to their conflicting interests, the law favours the employer if the redundancy can be accounted for even if the employee maintains his or her position. This would have been reasonable practice if the employer?s evidence was subject to the same scrutiny as that of the employee but, as long as redundancy is considered a valid cause in itself, this is not the case.Redundancy does not come from nowhere, but it occurs when employers carry out their management decisions.

Dettafrämst då abnormal earnings model grundar sig på mer tillgängliginformation samt att tillväxträntan i dividend growth model harkonstaterats vara orealistiskt hög. Analytikers prognoser tenderaratt vara optimistiska i början av undersökningsperioden 2000-2002. Perioden 2003-2007 präglas mer av pessimistiskavinstprognoser. Abstract The law in sexual crimeis one of the most important sections in law that we have for the legalsecurity in relation to the victims. It took many years before Sweden began toactively examine how our laws were designed in this area, but throughout the2000s, several reforms have taken place. These have in turn led to SOU 2010:71,the inquiry is for us to have a new sexual offenses law again January 1st 2012. The major reform took place in 2005,which would change the whole structure of Sexual Crimes Act by the new Chapter6. The goal here was to increase the protection of children victims of sexualabuse of any kind. Furthermore, they changed the term "sexualrelations" to "sexual conduct" throughout the entire chapter 6.The reason for this was that the former term is considered to be misinterpretedthat an assault could be seen as mutual.

The use of chainsaws in both private forestry and commercial companies is highly associated with personal injuries and accidents with deadly outcome. As a result to this, a driver?s license for chainsaws was presented in the year 2005. To get the license you have to attend a course given by the Swedish Forest Agency or one of several private educators. Syftet är att undersöka myndigheterna polisen och brottsofferjourens uppfattningar om det oprovocerade ungdomsvåldets orsaker. Frågorna är: Vad har Polisen och Brottsofferjouren för uppfattningar om orsakerna till det oprovocerade ungdomsvåldet? Hur rimliga är uppfattningarna? En kvinna på Brottsofferjouren, och en manlig polis intervjuades. Kurirens artikelserie 2005 beskriver det oprovocerade ungdomsrelaterade gatuvåldet under några månader hösten 2005 i Luleå. CW Mills regler/ konformitet, och Durkheims socialt/ strukturellt/moraliskt tvång tas upp.

Majoriteten av världens länder undertecknade år 1992 Kyotoprotokollet där de enades om att kraftigt minska utsläppen av i första hand koldioxid. Europaparlamentet och Europeiska Unionens Råd beslutade att införa ett handelssystem med utsläppsrätter inom EU-området som 2005 inleddes med en treårig försöksperiod. IASBs akutgrupp IFRIC publicerade inför handelssystemets början ett förslag till hur företagen skulle redovisa sina utsläppsrätter, då det inte fanns någon rekommendation att följa. I juni 2005 drog emellertid IASB efter påtryckningar tillbaka förslaget, med följden att det idag inte finns några specifika regler för redovisningen. Syftet med denna uppsats är att analysera hur företag valt att hantera situationen i sina årsredovisningar för år 2005 samt hur redovisningen bör se ut i framtiden.

I denna kvalitativa studie har jag intervjuat tre informanter vilka arbetar som resurspersonal i förskolan. Syftet med studien är att synliggöra deras bild av sitt uppdrag. Frågeställningen löd följaktligen: Hur resonerar resurspersonalen kring sitt uppdrag, det vill säga arbetet med funktionsnedsatta barn? Vilken roll har resurspersonalen i den dagliga verksamheten? Vilka faktorer anser resurspersonalen vara av största betydelse för barnets utveckling? I studien diskuteras resultatet i förhållande till Enös (2005) om förskolepersonalens professioner. Där vill hon synliggöra personalens kompetens och kunskap. Tideman (2005) och Lutz (2009) tar upp begreppen normalitet och avvikande och menar att alla ska inkluderas i den pedagogiska verksamheten.

Enligt ett historiskt perspektiv från boken Aftonbladet en svensk historia har tidningen varit uppbyggd på i stort sett samma sätt sedan 1930-talet. Efter slutförd undersökning är jag beredd att instämma i detta. Vissa skillnader finns dock och vid en procentjämförelse har min undersökning visat att det finns stora skillnader i bland annat nöje och recensioner. I 1970 års tidning fanns det 26,3 procent artiklar om nöjen medan det i 2005 års nummer finns 11,8 procent. Det skrevs alltså procentuellt sett mer om nöjen förr än idag.
