This essay describes my work as a director in a specialized orientation within psychodrama, surrealistic psychodrama. Using the language and performance techniques of theater and under the guidance of a director, psychodrama creates an improvised narrative or story. The essay describes several dramas I have directed, reflecting on my actions and choices as a director and group leader. I examine whether my working method has allowed me to be spontaneous and creative, which I believe the example of "The dangerous bear" demonstrates. The process enabled me to establish Trust and receptivity so that a newly constituted group dared to investigate conflicts in symbolic ways associated with illness and death.

Few studies enlighten the problem associated with the dialectical relationship between adults and adolescents and how that affects the construction of identity for adolescent?s, in relation to two areas that are closely bordering to each other but differs socioeconomically whereas one area is much weaker on resources than the other. These two areas is Högberget and Haganäs, which are situated in a larger city in Sweden.For us to be able to enlighten this problem we have chosen to use an inductive research approach so that we can explain how adolescents construct their identity and how the organized spare time, in addition with the influence of adults, impacts on adolescents construction of their identity.Therefore we have used interviews as method, both group and individual, so it can regulate which theories that influence our study. The two theories that wires through the entire study are firstly Peter L. Bergman and Thomas Luckmanns theory on social construction where the idea is that the human being is an active social being that constructs its own reality.

Swedish accountants are, amongst other laws, controlled by a couple of so called duties. One of those is the professional secrecy, which guarantees the safety of company secrets and other important information that the accountant needs to know but shouldn?t tell anybody. Since 1999 Swedish accountants also need to follow the regulations of the reporting duty. In short, this means that in some cases of suspected crime within a company, auditors are obliged to report this to the authorities.

In 1929, the Scientific Crime Detection Laboratory was established in Chicago?the first of its kind in the United States. The purpose was to engage in practical use of scientific methods in the detection of crime. In 1930, the institute published its own periodical called The American Journal of Police Science. Applying the theory of boundary-work, this essay analyses how the novelty institute argued its legitimacy as a scientific establishment through the expansion of Police Science as a collective field of knowledge.

Society is characterized by patterns of behavior and interaction that is created and recreated inthe interplay between individuality/collectivity and freedom/constraint, thus represents avariety of social issues and social phenomena. One of these phenomena is social supportexchanges and social capital. In order to obtain views on how this might appear in a specificsociety and contribute to the knowledge about social support exchanges and social capital, thisstudy was done with seven families in a village in Nepal. The village and the families gave aview and an example of how it might look in a place where social support exchanges plays acrucial role in this way of living. Through observations and interviews I have tried to make thesocial support exchange areas and meanings visibile.

The aim of this thesis is to examine the Swedish model with attention to core values over time, as well as, explain recent changes. It examines changes of the social insurance system, with focus on political reforms in the unemployment insurance, health insurance and family policy, during the last two decades. The thesis is empirical but although a discourse amount political theories and normative conceptions.Conclusions are that the normative basis in the Swedish model contains general equally and uni-versally designed rights and consensus on growth and development as well as a strict focus on an employment oriented society. Important values have also been dialogue between actors as well as accountability, even if these facts appear to have declined in recent years.Relating to three leading theories in political philosophy - utilitarianism, Rawlsian communitarian-ism - explores the directions in later year political reforms. The results show that later years changes seem to go in relative strongly utilitarian direction.

The subject of motivation and feedback is something that the literature regarding management treats as significant. Therefore we have investigated how managers work with feedback in motivational and development purposes within union companies in Gothenburg. According to the existing theory it is important that feedback is given correctly and with relevant content, and thus affect both the recipient's own development and the growth of the business. Earlier authors also discuss the complexity of feedback that it is important to consider all of the surrounding aspects, and that it is important to be aware that there is no single approach that can be directly applied on all types of organizations.To investigate how the managers within the union companies motivate their employers without access to monetary incentive, we conducted a qualitative study with in-depth interviews with four respondents. The respondents were decision makers at their respective union company with the roles as CEO or deputy CEO.

The new law states that as soon as someone of the auditor?s co-workers assists a client with some part of the basic bookkeeping, the main bookkeeping or the drawing-up of the an-nual account, the challenge situation becomes a fact.Purpose: The purpose of the essay is to examine and inquire into how the renewed law con-cerning accounting firm challenges, that was established and put to action at Janu-ary 1st, 2007, has affected accounting firms.Method: The writers have chosen to complete qualitative interviews in order to get a deeper insight to and an understanding of the topic.Conclusion: One year after the renewal of the law, the writers have reached the conclusion of that the new law has not had a great impact on the accounting firms.

Tanken på att komma till en operationsavdelning kan upplevas som främmande och i visa fall även skrämmande. På en operationsavdelning ska flera operationer genomföras under en dag och flödet av patienter och operationer ska ske effektivt. För att patienten ska uppleva trygghet och få god omvårdnad i den situationen är det av stor vikt att få ta del av patientens tankar och känslor inför generell anestesi. Syftet med studien var just att beskriva patienters tankar och känslor inför generell anestesi. För att bäst kunna besvara syftet har en öppen kvalitativ induktiv intervjustudie med livsvärldsperspektiv använts i den här studien.

Internet is used today as a traditional medium for information exchange and social interaction. One of these is virtual meeting places where people meet and exchange information, socialize and exchange knowledge with each other. The group has chosen to examine the factors affecting the use of web forums, one of the virtual meeting places that exist on the Internet today. And look at how people use the web forum today in the current situation and how to design a web forum.A survey was conducted to find out how people look at web forums today, 80 people participated, and they got to talk about what they think about different web forums regarding how and why the use these them. Guidelines on how a web forum should be designed were also developed.

Problemformulering: Är informationen på prisjämförelsesidorna tillförlitlig samt oberoende av återförsäljare som kan ha intresse i att uppvisa partisk information?Syfte: Syftet är att, med hjälp av en explorativ undersökning samt användning av både kvantitativa och kvalitativa undersökningsmetoder, få klarhet i om informationen på prisjämförelsesidorna är tillförlitlig och därmed även oberoende av återförsäljare som kan ha intresse i att uppvisa partisk information.Metod: Vårt tillvägagångssätt har bestått av både en kvantitativ och en kvalitativ metod. Den kvantitativa metoden har grundats i två separata explorativa tvärsnittsstudier och den kvalitativa metoden har bestått av 7 strukturerade intervjuer.Vår ansats kan liknas vid en induktiv metod, då vi utgått från insamlad primärdata. Resultatet från dessa anknyts sedan till generella teorier. Undersökningsobjekt: Vi har valt att studera de tre prisjämförelsesidor som anser sig vara informationsoberoende: Compricer, Pricerunner och Prisjakt.Teori: Utifrån vår undersökning har vi valt teorier om marknadsföring på Internet, om e-handel, marknadsföringsmixen och slutligen Porters femkraftsmodell.

The aim of the essay is to explore how so called ?safe spaces? are built, and the part that creativity can play in this construction. AbstractPeople and organizations that network with one another have during the past decades, at a larger extent than before, replaced classical hierarchies. These networks have become increasingly important, as the globalisation has amplified the pressure for focused and flexibleorganizations. There is a risk of restraining the inventiveness of the firm and force customers and suppliers into cooperation by a too great commitment and dedication to the network. There are two sides to every penny, positive and negative aspects of networking.Concerning the negative approach to networking, there is relatively little theory present. The theory is regarded an emerging theory.

Bakgrund: Att upptäcka och stödja barn som far illa är ett stort och unikt ansvar. Sjuksköterskan är den enda utanför familjen som regelbundet träffar barn och följer deras hälsa, tillväxt och utveckling. Sjuksköterskan kan hamna i en svår situation då de misstänker att barn far illa och samtidigt vill behålla en god kontakt med föräldrarna. Alla föräldrar vill sina barns bästa men förutsättningarna varierar.Syfte: Syftet var att undersöka Skol- och BVC-sjuksköterskans erfarenheter av att möta familjer där barn far illa i hemmet.Metod: Datamaterialet utgörs av intervjuer med sju Skol- och BVC-sjuksköterskor med specialistexamen. Studien har analyserats med en kvalitativ innehållsanalys med induktiv ansats.Resultat: Ur analysen framträdde två huvudkategorier, Att samverka för barnet och Att vara en stödjande person.

Franchising är enligt flera källor ett starkt växande fenomen runt om i världen. Utformningen av ett franchisesystem är en investering som kan ge god avkastning, men som inte sköter sig självt. Det anses därför vara av stor vikt att franchisegivaren kan kontrollera att franchisetagarna utför de delegerade uppgifterna på ett önskvärt sätt. Enligt vår mening skulle Simons styrmodell kunna vara den styrning som möjliggör detta. Simons modell bygger på att styra ett företags stabilitet med hjälp av fyra olika styrningar och dessa är värderingsstyrningen, den gränsskapande, den diagnostiserande och den interaktiva styrningen.
