This thesis aims to through certain parts of the brand equity investigate the trust of consumers for a brand that recently experienced a product-harm crisis. It also wants to investigate why this trust exist, if it does. Structured interviews were carried out at 60 respondents in Uppsala. The results show that the respondents have positive associations with ICA, they think that ICA maintains a high quality on their products and services and that 50% more often choose to do their grocery shopping at ICA. The conclusion of the study is that ICA has a strong brand equity resulting in brand trust from consumers, which is founded in the brand reliability and brand intentions of the company. .

Studien behandlar arbetet med läsförståelse. Syftet är att ta reda på hur dessa lärare arbetar med läsförståelse. Hur lärarna arbetar med att utveckla elevernas läsförståelse och om detta även arbetas ämnesövergripande. Det aktuella forskningsläget inom problemområdet presenteras och delas upp i stycken. Vid insamling av empiri har kvalitativ intervju gjorts samt observationer i en tredje klass med två lärare som aktivt arbetar med läsförståelse.

This thesis describes a conceptual design of a support frame for a synchronousgenerator used in a vertical axis wind power plant. In this system the generator isplaced on ground level. The European Council agreed in 2008 on a climate and energy package to combat global warming. This package is valid for each EU member country and means that greenhouse gas emissions must fall by at least 20% and the EU's energy use to 20%, consisting of Renewable Energy in 2020. The Swedish Government has set stringent climate and energy with the intention to set an example for the rest of Europe. For example, renewable energy sources account for at least 50% of energy use and our climate emissions to fall by 40% by 2020. Lansen Technology is a security company from Halmstad, Sweden and their focus indeveloping and selling alarm solutions. One of their latest inventions is a vibration sensor thatrecognizes very small movements in the ground.The thesis work was made in cooperation with Lansen Technology AB and the task was toinvent a test equipment that decides whether the sensor is working correctly. Polisen är en yrkesgrupp som möts av våld och hot om våld och den nationella bastaktiken är ett av verktygen för att minska skador på såväl polisen som dem som polisen ingriper mot och tredje man. Detta arbetes främsta syfte är att fokusera på inställningsskillnader mellan poliselever och poliser i yttre tjänst till den nationella bastaktiken samt att undersöka om det finns förslag om hur man eventuellt skulle kunna förbättra detta mycket väl genomtänkta och gedigna koncept och då kunna göra polisarbetet än mer säkrare. Arbetet riktar sig främst till dem som redan har kunskaper om den nationella bastaktiken, då endast de fundamentala delarna i stort kommer att beskrivas..

I detta arbete framlägger vi ett designförslag på hur ett diskussionsverktyg som stödjer ljud- och bildkommunikation kan se ut. Ett förslag som förbättrar och förenklar den distanskommunikation som idag sker med hjälp av mobiltelefoner, videokonferenssystem samt webbkameror anslutna till persondatorer. Den design vi föreslår möjliggör för mobila användare att visuellt föra flerpartssamtal med hjälp av PDA:er. Vårt designförslag har fått arbetsnamnet CU2 (see you too) och är tänkt att fungera i tredje och/eller fjärde generationens mobila nät. Vi har valt att genomföra vårt magisterarbete på företaget A Brand New World i Kista, Stockholm.

Business valuation is something that has been more general and discussion around this subject is very common. The discussions often revolve the various principles and procedures that a business appraiser can apply when a valuation of a business should be done. When there are different evaluation methods there are also resulting in an assumption that there are not so easy to create a complete objective business value. The individual evaluator choice of method will determine the result of the business value. The global world for each business has been more uncertain and turbulent/changeable which have tended to exacerbate the work for the evaluator to determine a business value.

Uppdraget har handlat om att kartlägga en ekonomisk modell för nyutvecklings- och uppgraderingsinvesteringar. Modellen är en investeringskalkyl baserat på olika tidsperioder vilka är projekt, produktion och eftermarknad. Lönsamhetsmodellen, som den kallas i examensarbetet, jämför egentillverkade och inköpta komponenter (ex växellåda). I modellen finns några viktiga parametrar som behöver verifieras. Reservdelsförsäljning är en sådan.

Syftet med examensarbetet är att ta fram förbättringsförslag som höjer leveranssäkerheten för transmissioner och axlar vid Volvo Construction Equipment Components (CMP) i Eskilstuna. För att möjliggöra detta har en tydlig bild över företagets situation idag skapats. Enligt kunderna anser CMP vara en av de sämsta leverantörerna, vilket verifierades när den genomsnittliga leveranssäkerheten uppmättes till 30% i den utförda undersökningen. Den dåliga leveranssäkerheten är till stor del egengenererad och skapas genom en ond cirkel av länkade problemområden. Den onda cirkeln börjar med dålig leveranssäkerhet vilket medför svängningar i produktionen som förstärks genom sättet att planera och anskaffa material.
