AbstractDenna uppsats handlar om hur community radiostationerna Mega FM och Radio Wa i norra Uganda arbetar med fredsjournalistik. Syftet med uppsatsen är att öka förståelsen för relationen mellan community radio och fredsjournalistik. Det är inte bara relevant för journalistikvetenskapen, utan även för alla som är intresserade av utveckling och freds- och säkerhetsfrågor i konfliktområden.  Hur ser det fredsjournalistiska arbetet ut i praktiken på community radiostationerna Mega FM och Radio Wa? Vilka förutsättningar är nödvändiga, enligt Mega FM och Radio Wa, för att skapa ett generellt freds- och försoningsrelaterat radioprogram? Vilka svårigheter finns för att lyckas genomföra ett fredsjournalistiskt arbete, enligt Mega FM och Radio Wa? Frågeställningarna har besvarats genom kvalitativa informantintervjuer med radiojournalister i Gulu och Lira, och observationer. Det teoretiska ramverket inkluderar fredsforskning, utvecklingskommunikation, deltagande kommunikation, teorier om community radio och fredsjournalistik.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relation between the Big Five personality traits Extraversion, Agreeableness and Neuroticism and the five conflict styles developed by Thomas-Kilmann: Accommodating, Avoiding, Compromising, Collaborating and Competing. The participants consisted of 128 students of the Linnaeus University in Växjö. A questionnaire consisting of two parts were used for this study: Part one consist of a personality-test developed from Lewis R. Goldberg?s Big-five scale, and part two where the participant is asked to fill out Thomas-Kilmanns conflict style test.

Det här examensarbetet är utfört på uppdrag av Skanska Väg och Anläggning Region Stockholm/Mälardalen med syftet att inventera byggprocessen vid markupphandling i tidigt skede och samarbetet mellan BoKlok Housing AB, Skanska Väg och Anläggning och Distrikt Affär.Bakgrunden till arbetet är att Skanska Väg och Anläggning upplever vissa svårigheter i sitt samarbete med sitt dotterbolag BoKlok Housing AB. Samarbetet gäller framförallt framtagandet av kostnadsbedömningar och utförandet av markarbeten som Distrikt Affär och Skanska Väg och Anläggning gör åt BoKlok Housing AB. Svårigheterna uppstår på grund av olika förutsättningar för olika projekt och dålig kommunikation. Det som försvårar problemet ytterligare är att det ingår en Tredje part, Affär Distrikt, som är Skanskas nystartade affärsenhet. Affär Distrikt tar fram kostnadsförslaget medan Skanska Väg och Anläggning utför själva arbetet i projekten.Studien har genomförts med fokus på byggprocessen, organisationen och det som i dagligt tal kallas ?tidiga skeden?.

Some people do not have the opportunity to visit a physical exhibition because of limited time or long travelling distances, it is here the need for a web-based exhibition arises.This dissertation describes the development of an interactive web-site representing a part of a physical exhibition of over 200 interviews on different peoples immigration to inner Scandinavia. The interviews contain text, audio clip, pictures and video clip.The website contains modern programming technologies such as HTML5, ASP.NET MVC3, SQL, JavaScript and jQuery.A cover of the technologies used and how the project has been designed and implemented is explained in the dissertation. In the end of the dissertation we discuss about how the result of the project follows the goals we set up in the start phase. The result of this project is an interactive and easy to use web-site showing a part of the physical exhibition online. An easy administration to insert new information and edit existing without any major computer knowledge..

The purpose of this study is to gain increased understanding of managers´ attitudes and knowledge about its role in the internal organizational communication. We want to understand how managers define dialogue and further understand the role that dialogue plays for managers. We want to see whether the different managers highlight some common foundations or differences in the dialogue. With the help of the following two questions we wish to understand managers´ relationship to the dialogue within the internal organizational communication: -What meaning does the dialogue have for managers in the private sector?-What role does the dialogue play in the internal organizational communication according to these managers? We use qualitative interviews as the data collection method of our material. Using material from the interviews and mainly in accordance with William Isaacs? theory of dialogue, wecan answer our questions. The result shows that managers' views on the dialogue in many cases are similar to Isaacs? vision but differs in part. The managers believe that employees are there to contribute to the company.

Ettöverskridande av behörighet respektive befogenhet kan leda till bundenhet för ett bolag ienlighet med kompetensöverskridanderegeln. Det står dock inte klart när ett överskridandehar skett och i vilka situationer bolaget blir bundet.Genom i uppsatsen använda fiktiva typfall påvisas, att det krävs struktur vid utredning av närett överskridande har skett, samt när det leder till bundenhet. Behörighet är vad enbolagsföreträdare kan göra, befogenhet är vad denne får göra.

For my advanced degree in archival science, I have organised and catalogued two family archives; man Family Archives ("Gardtmanska släktarkivet") and the Hamnström Family Archives ("Hamnströmska säk- tarkivet"). Though both could be labelled "family archives", there were many differences between the two. The Gardtman Family Archives contained the records of several family members from a period of several centuries, spanning from the early 17th century, to the early 20th century. It was by far the larger of the two archives. A substantial part of the records consisted of documents regarding various agricultural estates the family had owned or been involved with in one way or another.

The aim has been to investigate and describe how gender-neutral design, concerning typefaces and colours, can be created. Based on my results I?ve designed a cover for a recipe-book to make it appealing to both women and men. I have been doing my research based on questions such as; Does feminine and masculine design, concerning typefaces and colours exist? And if so what characterizes it? Does gender-neutral design, concerning typefaces and colours exist? And if so what characterizes it? Is it possible to design a cover for a recipe-book in a gender-neutral way, concerning typefaces and colours? The first part of my research consists of a literature study based on keywords such as gender, graphic design, gender theory, typeface, androgynous, visual communication, colour, shape, feminine, masculine, and book design.

Following study is about the anorexic behavior and the pro-ana movement, which is a web-based subculture where the followers of this, stands for anorexia as an identity position and lifestyle, rather than a disease. The purpose of this study was that, from a sociological perspective give possible interpretations of the anorexic behavior, and interpret why some anorexics choose to be a part of and identify oneself with the pro-ana movement. The reason has been to conduce more knowledge and understanding of the topics, but also to contribute with a deeper perspective and sociological approach to the former research that is already available.To conduct the study, qualitative research has been used, and the chosen methodology was document analysis/text analysis. The collected empirical data consisted material from two pro-ana forums, four blogs and six twitter accounts, where all the users of those claimed to be supporters of the pro-ana. The empirical data has been interpreted by Howard S.

The door and its surrounding, is an important part of all buildings. It often amount to a significant part of buildings total costs. The more demands of functions the largerdoes the costs grow.The purpose of this report is to analyze those demands and how to fulfill them.Another purpose is to examine of which reasons the cost grow and how to avoid it inthe best possible way. The study will be performed in collaboration with Bjerking AB. To define the demands a literature study will also be performed.

This thesis is based on research and observations of children on a preschool when playing in the free-play. What do the children choose to play with, when they get to choose for themselves? And how do they play? Do boys and girls together or do they divide themselves up? How important is the free-playing for the development of the child? Genus is also an important element which is interesting to observe and to see different patterns in. The abidance?s have been made while the children have been playing, and from discrete observations notes have been taken.I have been working with material, and literature from distinguished researchers within the subject.

Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka vilka tankar tre lärare har kring läsförståelseundervisning samt se hur de undervisar i läsförståelse. Dessa lärare arbetar i årskurs två respektive årskurs fyra och i studien genomfördes en intervju och två observationer med varje informant. Jag har valt att undersöka detta område då jag under den verksamhetsförlagda delen av utbildningen noterade ett flertal elever som visade bristande förmågor i sin läsförståelse. Jag blev intresserad av hur det kunde komma sig att så många elever visade samma tendenser även om de gick på olika skolor i olika kommuner. Denna studie är skriven ur ett sociokulturellt perspektiv där modellering, kommunikation och stöttning är centrala delar.

SammanfattningBakgrund: Finansinspektionen införde i oktober 2010 det såkallade bolånetaket. Den nya regleringen innebar att bostaden inte får belånas till mer än 85 procent av marknadsvärdet, vilket bidrar till en kontantinsats om 15 procent i samband med bostadsköpet. Detta ställer högre krav på konsumenterna och vissa kundsegment fick stora problem och uteslöts från marknaden i samband med införandet. Kort därefter började alternativa finansieringssätt uppstå och det skapades diskussioner kring om bolånetakets införande verkligen haft den önskade effekten.Syftet: Studiens syfte är att analysera vilka effekter bolånetaket tillgivit bostads- och finansieringsmarknaden, samt vilken syn på den framtida bostads- och finansieringsmarknaden som föreligger. Vidare syftar studien till att förklara de alternativa finansieringssätt som uppkommit samt vilka kundsegment som påverkats i störst mån och på vilket sätt.Metod: Den empiriska undersökningen bygger på en kvalitativ metod, i form av intervjuer, som kopplats till relevant statistik, vilket utgör den kvantitativa metoden.
