Detta examensarbete behandlar slamhanteringen på Sibbhults avloppsreningsverk (Sarv).I denna rapport tas det upp hur avvattningen och förtjockningen av slammet går till i dagsläget och vilka förändringar som kan göras för att förbättra dessa processer.Här visas även vilka eventuella vinster som kan fås med förändringar och eventuella investeringar i en avvattningsapplikation. Redan med små medel kan förtjockningen av slammet förändras, även om det inte införskaffas en mekanisk avvattnare, som t ex med inblandning av polymerer i avloppsvattnet.För att finna olika fungerande alternativ har information insamlats från flera företag som tillhandahåller applikationer för slamavvattnare. Information har även införskaffats genom egen erfarenhet under min verksamhetsförlagda utbildnings (VFU) period på SArv, och vid diskussion med personal som arbetar vid vatten- och avloppsreningsverken i Östra Göinge kommun..

Due to their complexity and heavy wear from rail traffic, switches are a sensitive part of the railway infrastructure and moreover expensive to maintain. Furthermore, increasing railway traffic not only accelerates the wear rate but also obstructs the necessary maintenance measures. This paper examines the opportunities for a transition to a long-term maintenance strategy in the Swedish railway network. It contains a study of the maintenance strategy of Banverket, and also analyses statistics of errors in the railway infrastructure. The survey was completed utilising interviews with infrastructure managers, maintenance contractors, planners of railway operations and the Banverket material service department.

5 till 7 miljoner ton asfalt har tillverkats och lagts ut under de senaste åren i Sverige och anläggningsbranschens årliga omsättning ligger på ca 4 mljarder kronor per år. Samtidigt har asfaltmarknadsbranschens upphandlingsmetoder varit ett diskutabelt ämne runt om i världen.Examensarbetet består av en geografisk prisjämförelse av asfalt och studera de ingående faktorer som påverkar priset. Intervjuer har gjorts med beläggningsentreprenörer från olika företag i Mellan- till Sydsverige. Resultatet påverkas av att reliabiliteten är låg eftersom relativt få aktörer har svarat på frågeformuläret, men visar på kraftiga prisskillnader mellan olika regioner. Totalkostnaden för beläggning, emulsion, bergmaterial, transport, maskin och hantverk skilde nästan 50 % mellan den med lägst och den med högst pris.

Commercial expropriation occurs when real property is compulsory acquired by a private operator. This phenomenon is relatively new and has been criticized not only because of the rules concerning compensation, but also from the point of view of permissibility.An intervention in the protection of property must fulfill the requirement of important public interest set out in RF 2 kap. 15 § in order for it to be allowed. There is no definition regarding what constitutes an important public interest, the only thing that exist is a non-exhaustive list in the preparatory work. This in turn has led to the creation of a broad discretion when it comes to determining what constitutes important public interests.

Materialhantering är den del av produktionslogistiken som hanterar det interna materialflödet, vilket innefattar intern lagerhållning och transport. Målet med den interna materialhanteringen är att säkerställa tillgången av material till produktionssystemet där hanteringen ska ske utan skador på material eller personal. I ett tillverkande företag kan en betydande del av den totala produktionskostnaden härledas till den interna materialhanteringen. Enligt Lean Production ska både transport och lagerhållning betraktas som slöseri. Det är därmed viktigt att effektivisera den interna materialhanteringen samtidigt som det inte får ske på bekostnad av sämre leveransprecision till produktionssystemet eller säkerheten.

Findus Sverige AB, referred to asFindus from now on, harvests peas during a period ofaround 50 days during the summer. The harvest generates about 30 000 tonnes of peas which gives around 40 000 pallets to distribute to the warehouses which Findus uses for final storage. Three hours after the peas are picked in the fields, they have to be frozen to keep their good taste and quality. Because of this the pallets are marked with a preliminary label with quality classification of the content. The Findus quality department then has one day to determine the correct quality of each pallet.

Denna rapport gjordes på uppdrag av Räddningstjänsten Östra Skaraborg då de kände ett behov av att ha insatsplaner för olyckor vid transport av farligt gods. Rapporten innebär ett första skede i hur framtagning av insatsplaner ska gå till och hur de ska se ut. Behovet av insatsplaner kommer främst från att de ska verka istället för den erfarenhet som är så svår att få för stora olyckor med farligt gods. Insatsplanen ska vara ett stöd i beslutsfattandet och påminna om viktiga åtgärder. Det finns ingen speciell mall för hur en insatsplan ska se ut, därför har inspiration hämtats från andra räddningstjänster och dokument med hur dess uppbyggnad kan se ut.För att bedöma vilka ämnen som insatsplanerna skulle innehålla och var olycksscenariona skulle utspela sig så gjordes en inventering av det farliga godsflödet i och genom regionen och därefter en sannolikhets- och konsekvensbedömning av detta.

This degree project is an investigation of solar cells and their ability to deliver electric power as well as reducing the need for cooling. The main object of interest is a BASE-X shelter. The shelter is purchased by the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration, FMV to be used for command and camp in the new force called Nordic Battlegroup, NBG. The demand on the equipment is firstly that it should have a small weight to be easy to transport and handle and secondly to be easy to bring up fast. Therefore the choice of solar cell technology fell on thin film cells.

This report is the result of a questionnaire survey done in cooperation with the company Sydved and their contractors. The investigation concerned all their ordinary contractors. The main goal with the study was to find out the contractors opinion about the current cooperation conditions with Sydved, their opinion about the future and how to improve the cooperation. All contractors got a questionnaire to fill in and return within a given date. The percentage of answers was 48 % at the first stage and further 11 % answered after reminder. The result of the investigation indicated that the contractors in general have a positive attitude to Sydved and the way that the company acts.

Vid transporter av farligt gods är informationen en avgörande faktor. Att rätt information vid rätt tidpunkt finns tillgänglig är väldigt viktigt vid händelse av olycka. Informationen utgör även en viktig faktor vid transportuppdrag som omfattas av flera olika transportslag i en dörr till dörr transport. Ett transportslag som i hög grad är beroende av andra transportslag för att utföra den här typen av transportuppdrag är sjöfarten. Sam-tidigt som internationella krav ställs på ökad säkerhet vid sjötransporter är Sjöfartsverket i hög grad intresserade av att effektivisera sjöfarts-näringen.

For over 40 years, there's been a debate in Sweden of whether it's good or bad with maintenance therapy for heroin addicts. This method is far more acknowledged in other parts of Europe and in USA. The aim of this paper was to explore how public actors manifest their thoughts concerning the subject of the substitution program in Sweden. This approach includes the complex of problems that can be found in statements and the discourses that these operators stand for and support. In my analysis the philosophical thread was principally based on Michael Foucault ideas, but also on other theories related to social constructionism.

This study examines whether it would be profitable for travel distributors in the charter to expand its offerings to other travel related products, and also the products that are in demand. We are also studying the role that brand has for customers' choice of travel.According to Hellman, e-commerce is to be preferred since it is competitive because it gives the travel distributors the opportunity to lower down prices. Therefore, we also investigated the proportion of respondents who would consider buying these travel-related goods through the travel distributors? websiteIn support of this study, is a survey with a population of 100 charter travellers. Respondents are divided into two groups where the first group consists of people who have booked their trip in stores, and the other via the Internet.

Environmental management systems are a way of systematizing and streamlining an organization's environmental efforts. Within its EMS the organization determines it´s environmental policy and various environmental objectives. In order to achieve their environmental objectives the organization produces action plans that describe how they will work towards the objectives. Stora Enso Skog AB´s districts have been assigned to produce action plans for the company´s environmental objective of 90 % approved everyday nature consideration in final felling and any targets included within this objective. The purpose of this study was to investigate how the districts work with these action plans and how this could be improved.

Our thesis is a single-case study in which we try to answer the question: Why didn?t the lobbygroup Eurogroup for Animals get enough support for their demands in the latest regulation regarding transport of animals? As an example of their cooperation with their memberorganisations, we have chosen the Swedish organisation Djurens Rätt. Through interviews with key-persons involved in the process and with the use of Jeremy Richardson's theory regarding lobbying in the EU, we found that there were many different factors that effected Eurogroup for Animals chances to get an animal friendly legislation. For example by setting too ambitious demands Eurogroup for Animals wasn?t considered to be a serious actor during the legislation process.

The possibility for plants to utilize phosphorus in soil is a prerequisite for conducting agricultural production, both small scale and professional. Spreading of phosphorus fertilizers and manure is therefore seen as a necessity in today's agriculture in order to achieve high yield. Manure management, livestock farming and manure storage could contribute to the eutrophication of lakes and rivers. For instance, when the ground becomes saturated, phosphorus leakage could be seen in surface runoff or in point sources resulting from inadequate manure storage management.In the municipality of Växjö there is still many bodies of water that do not reach the Swedish environmental water quality standard of "good ecological status". This thesis has therefore analyzed the manure management and storage on agricultural farms which may have contributed to eutrophication in the municipality.The method for this thesis was a literature study, a questionnaire survey with 820 receivers and a summary of issued inspection reports from 2013.The results highlight the ways in which agriculture may have contributed to the eutrophication of lakes and streams in the municipality of Växjö.
