SammanfattningVad är en Transformation, och vad den kan vara? Hur kan en strategi för hur man kan förhålla sig till Transformationsprojekt se ut?Jag har definierat det som att en Transformation handlar om att ta en befintlig byggnad och införa ett nytt program som skapar en ny verklighet.Det kan finnas flera anledningar till att göra en Transformation istället för att bygga nytt. Den viktigaste anledningen som jag har valt att arbeta med handlar om att fånga upp de värden som finns i en byggnad och få med sig dem och bygga vidare på dem istället för att skapa helt andra värden. Värden är saker som yta, volym, rumshöjd, ljusförhållanden, material och detaljer. Det är saker som de gjutna betongtrapporna och de speciella fönsterpartierna i byggnaden.

Sverige har under lång tid haft flera olika koordinatsystem, både nationella och lokala. Nu genomförs en övergång till ett gemensamt koordinatsystem som kallas SWEREF 99.I Norrtälje kommun finns stomnät som är noterade i ett flertal olika koordinatsystem, med ursprung i tidigare förrättningar. Åtskilliga av dessa har dålig orientering i kända nationella koordinatsystem men däremot god inre noggrannhet.I detta arbete väljs 12 stomnät för Transformation till SWEREF 99 18 00. Detta görs genom att passpunkter mäts in med GNSS-teknik. De inmätta punkterna används sedan för att transformera stomnäten som de är noterade i.

I ett nedlagt bryggeri har tva? silobyggnader omvandlats till bosta?der. Som alternativ till nybyggnation underso?ker projektet omprogrammering av befintliga byggnader.Silobygnnaderna a?r en del av det nedlagda Prippsbryggeriet i Ulvsunda Industriomra?de och sta?r tomma. Deras Storlek ock sa?regenhet go?r dem till landma?rken i omra?det.

Arbetet är ett utredningsarbete som går ut på att försöka lokalisera felkällor och göra förbättringar på en testutrustning som mäter rodervinklar på akterdelen på en robot. Rapporten innehåller en översiktlig bild över den tidigare metoden och dess felkällor som hittas vid test av den tidigare metoden. Utredningen utmanar också många utav antagandena som är gjorda för beräkningarna av den tidigare metoden. Detta utförs för att kunna bekräfta eller dementera antagandena. Detta görs i form av matematiska modeller som testar olika delar av metoden.

The new conditions have also created new roles and changing responsibilities for those working within human resources.The purpose of this study was to investigate how the implementation of Ulrich's model for HR Transformation can impact on the human resource departments managerial support to first-line managers in the municipality of Uppsala. Today the municipality of Uppsala organizes its human resources based on the Ulrich's model, which divides the work into the units service center, the expert unit and business partners.

Denna uppsats har en kvalitativ ansats. Analysen av den empiriska informationen har verkställts med en utarbetad analytisk referensram. Genom att studera och redogöra hur SOS anpassar sin verksamhetsutveckling till de förändringar och utmaningar som uppkommer i deras omvärld, är syftet med denna uppsats att rekonstruera den strategiska beslutsprocessen i SOS för att förstå hur en strategi kan formuleras och formas. Uppsatsen tar upp de teoriområden som berör strategisk management; strategisk Transformationsprocess, strategiformulering, resurs- och kärnkompetensbaserade strategier och en form av strategiskt samarbete. Slutsats: En formulerad strategi får oftast handskas med externa företeelser, oväntade och spontana.

Corporations meet complex challenges as they operate on a global market. Global multidimensional problems are referred to wicked problems and which cannot be solved only managed. In this case, of certified palm oil, palm oil production can be seen as a wicked problem due to deforestation of rainforest, land grabbing and social conflicts. There are also conflicts regarding the value and interest of palm oil. This thesis investigates the Swedish Transformation for certified palm oil and how actors in the Swedish food market address this Transformation to have certified palm oil in their production. The aim of this thesis is to explain enabling factors to address the governance gap of ethical sourcing in the food industry.

This thesis studies path generation for industrial robots of six degrees of freedom. A path is defined by connection of simple geometrical objects like arcs and straight lines. About each point at which the objects connect, a region, henceforth called a zone, is defined in which deviation from the defined path is permitted. The zone allows the robot to follow the path at a constant speed, but the acceleration needed may vary. Some means of calculating the zone path as to make the acceleration continuous will be presented.

The purpose with this study is to examine how the twelve-step program is described by the author J Keith Miller (2004) in his book Steg in i livet and by the author Olle Carlsson (2012) in his book 12steg för hopplösa. The aim for the study is to highlight the twelve steps usage on people without addiction problems. In the study, the two author?s thoughts and experience of the twelve-step program is analysed and interpreted by Pargaments (1997) theory of religious coping. Den här uppsatsen analyserar och jämför olika konflikttransformerande organisationer som verkat i Nordirland och genom detta ges möjlighet att på så vis ta reda på om det skett en konfliktTransformation eller ej? Analysen utgår från John Paul Lederach teorier kring fredsbyggande modeller. Jag kommer använda mig av två modeller, den ena är en pyramid över samhället, där det politiska toppskiktet ligger högst och gräsrotsnivån ligger i botten. Can consumers regulate corporate behavior?And if so is the case, could the mechanisms where consumers regulate corporatebehavior have any democratic value to contribute with? These are the questionsthat this master's thesis comprehends with. The purpose of this writing is toconstruct a theory of consumer power that is compatible with democratic theory,this in order to contribute to the ongoing discussion within the discipline ofpolitical science about the third democratic Transformation. A discussion that hasbeen actualized due to the democratic deficit created by the growing corporatepower and the shift of power from state to private enterprises. Diagnosis means detection and isolation of faults. A model based diagnosis system is built on a mathematical model of the system. The difficulty when constructing the diagnosis system depends om how the model is formulated. In this report, a method is described that rewrites the model on such a form that the construction of the diagnosis algoritm is easy. The model is transformed by two state space Transformations and the result will be a system on state space form where one part of the system becomes easy to supervise.

There are experiential products that through a digital Transformation wholly or partially have taken new place in our everyday lives. Just a few years ago, we had music on CDs, movies on tape and books in bookshelves. In Sweden, we are now facing a Transformation when the e-book begins to take place alongside the printed book.This paper focuses on what values play a role in the attitude towards ebooks among a selected group of Swedish book bloggers. A qualitative content analysis was performed on blog posts concerning the ebook from twelve different Swedish book blogs. The posts were then coded into categories and values.
