This study aims at examining the prospects for a policy transfer of a Swedish municipal environmental policy (that of Växjö) to the French urban commune Blois, for which an ambition of becoming a leading eco-city in France, was declared by the mayor in 2008.In the analysis, emphasis is laid on mechanisms to institutionalize the main environmental policy principles, such as political and institutional structures and processes. Other prospects for an institutionalization of a new environmental policy that are to be investigated are economic structures as well as visions of the different decision-makers concerned. Research methods used in the study are qualitative interviews, document studies and a questionnaire.The findings of the analysis show that today?s prospects for an environmental policy in Blois close to that of Växjö, are clearly limited. The limitations can partly be found in economic structures but these seem to be rather related to a lack of priority amongst actors.

The ruling lead to that the shares in a closely held com-pany was qualified due to that the capital from the original company had been transferred to the operating company. According to the ruling the original company had been split into several companies, thus was the companies considered to carry out equal or similar activity.

This case study has been conducted within the Swedish fitness chain World Class to explore the opportunities for knowledge development and transfers within franchise networks. We have interviewed the product manager at the World Class headquarter, the owner of a franchise club and a local product manager from the same facility. Our finding indicates that various forms of knowledge transfer occur within the World Class network, particularly in product development and sales. The transfer occurs within the framework set by World Class with regularly scheduled meetings. In addition informal networks provide other means of knowledge exchange between some units.

De forskningsfrågor vi ställer oss är:Vad använder Konsult och Service för internprissystem och varför detta system?Anser Konsult och Service att internprissättningen har medfört minskat resursslöseri?Ger internprissättningen en rättvis kostnadsfördelning, enligt Konsult och Service?Varför och hur förändrar Konsult och Service sitt interna IT-pris? Syfte: Syftet med denna magisteruppsats är att studera Konsult och Services internprissättning och den eventuella förmågan att minska resursslöseri och skapa en rättvis kostnadsfördelning med internprissättning. Syftet är även att beskriva den pågående förändringen av Konsult och Services interna IT-pris.Metod: En kvalitativ fallstudie har genomförts som bygger på sekundärdata samt intervjuer med tre personer som vi anser har bra kunskaper om internprissättning.Resultat och Slutsats: Konsult och Service använder sig av självkostnad, för att prissätta den interna handeln mellan kommunens enheter.

The Motor Group of the European Council was commissioned in the autumn of 1997 to prepare a proposal for a new European Bus and Coach Directive. In the beginning, most of the Member States did not have the accessibility requirements as their main concern; still a smaller network with actors from the National delegations from Britain, Germany and Sweden would influence the other National delegations in the Council group to finally agree to retain the requirement of accessibility of the Directive. Within the EU decision process, the European Disability movement acted as a strong player during the whole negotiation process using the proposal to a new Bus and Coach Directive as a tool to influence key actors to go towards a Directive with a strong approach for accessibility.Policy Transfer and Policy Transfer Network are used as analytical tools to understand and structure the transfer of the question of accessibility during the negotiation process. Actors understanding how the bureaucratic process works within the EU decision system have a chance to contributing for the changes in the directions they wishes for within a range of policy areas. The principal aim of the Directive was to guarantee the safety of passengers and to provide technical prescription in particular to wheelchair users.

This paper discuss the possibilities to transfer the Danish labour market policy, called flexicurity, to Sweden. There are two main purposes of this essay. The first purpose is to discuss the reasons why the Danish labour market policy could be interesting for Sweden. The second purpose is to investigate which obstacles that might occur during the transfer. For guidance I have used two startingpoints which highlights the Danish flexicurity's pros and cons.

An additional aim was suggestions for improvements in the calculation handover and at the end of a project, where it was possible.The study was primarily conducted through literature studies and interviews.

Safe operation of a large synchronous power system as Nordel is not an easy task.There are several aspects to take into consideration. This thesis focuses on the problems due to voltage collapses in a transmission system.The ability to foresee an upcoming collapse is vital to maintain stable operation of the grid. The grid operator at Svenska Kraftnät (SvK) uses the computer program SPICA to predict the maximum transfer limit at specified transfer sections. SPICA uses actual states from the grid to predict the transfer limitation, and a quarter later a renewed estimate is produced and so on. This means that the operator can se his transfer limits vary every fifteen minutes.Our task in this project is to validate the accuracy of the limitations obtained by SPICA.

Denna undersökning ska se om faktorerna klimat, image, pris och transporter påverkar populationens miljömedvetenhet vid resa.

Begreppet lockpriser har på senare tid fått utstå hård kritik i media. På grund av detta har många fastighetsmäklare i Stockholms innerstad sedan augusti 2011, gemensamt gått över till prismodellen accepterat pris. Accepterat pris ska ge en indikation av vilket pris säljaren är beredd att sälja till, det angivna priset är dock ej bindande. Detta är en rapport som är gjord för att jämföra hur mycket skillnaden mellan utgångspris och slutpris har varit före och efter införandet av accepterat pris. Vi har valt att geografiskt avgränsa oss endast till Stockholms innerstad där vi även har jämfört de olika delmarknaderna Kungsholmen, Södermalm, Vasastan och Östermalm med varandra. Rapporten omfattas dels av en empirisk analys av utgångspriser och slutpriser i Stockholms innerstad, dels av intervjuer genomförda med berörda mäklare i områdena. Med hjälp av den inhämtade prisstatistiken kan vi konstatera att införandet av accepterat pris har gjort att skillnaderna mellan utgångspris och slutpris minskat från 25,6 procent till 2,4 procent. En liten ökning mellan utgångspris och slutpris kan ses de senaste två månaderna, vilket beror på att utgångspriserna inte följt med prisutvecklingen. Precis som en tidigare studie visat, är skillnaden betydligt mindre på Östermalm än i övriga Stockholms innerstad.

This study focuses on the transfer between a product-oriented to a service-oriented perspective regarding marketing activities in companies due to the development of information technology. It illustrates how this very transfer has been, and can be, contemplated through the eyes of organizations working with marketing in a digital world on a daily basis. Technology has turned several industries - their price-setting, communication channels and supplying possiblities - upside-down. This turnpoint brings out a new way of observing and working with marketing. Therefore, we find it interesting to gain a better understanding of how actors within industries where the turnpoint is a fact observes marketing, and how this service perspective can be seen in their various organizations and daily.

A large number of farms within the agricultural sector will shortly be facing a point of time where the farm will be transferred to the next generation. The grantor can choose between totally 8 different strategies to transfer the farm, of which purchase, gift and a mixed form of these are the most common. During 2007 almost 10 000 transfers of agricultural estates occurred in Sweden and the expectation for the coming years is that about 15 000 estates will be transferred each year. By the time a transfer is about to materialize there are usually several stakeholders that in one way or another is trying to influence the outcome of the transfer. The choice of transfer method affects the conditions and possibilities for compensating the siblings.

Syftet med den här studien är att undersöka de språkliga svårigheter som fyra spansktalandepersoner från samma familj möter när de lär sig svenska som ett andraspråk och att se om devuxnas språkbruk skiljer sig från barnens. Undersökningen omfattas av fem språkligaaspekter. För att uppnå detta har enskilda samtal genomförts i en trygg och lugn miljö med varoch en i familjen där alla har fått berätta om sig själva och svara på personliga frågor.Mitt resultat visar att aspekterna tillämpning av inversionsregeln, placering av negation,uttal av vokaler, uttal av finala konsonanter samt uttal av konsonantkluster är svåra församtliga i familjen. Jag har kunnat se att det finns starka influenser från det spanska språketoch att negativ transfer är vanligt. Transfer visade sig vara vanligare vid fonetiska aspekterjämfört med de syntaktiska.

I denna uppsats behandlas hur vertikala samarbeten och begränsningar är reglerade i svensk och europeisk rätt och hur synen på vertikala begränsningar har förändrats. Uppsatsen försöker även att måla upp en gräns mellan tillåten och otillåten vertikal prisstyrning. Metoden är baserad på en rättsdogmatisk metod. Svensk konkurrensrätt är harmoniserad med EG- rätten. Konkurrensbegränsande samarbeten är förbjudna enligt artikel 81 EG- fördraget/6§ konkurrenslagen.
