Offentliga trådlösa nätverk finns idag mer tillgängliga än någonsin. Samtidigt haralla dessa nätverk något gemensamt ? de går alla att avlyssna och risken finns attanvändarens information kan komma i fel händer. The aim of the study was to describe parents' experiences of empty nest. The sample consisted of individuals who had experienced one child moving out of the parental home. Data were collected through qualitative semi-structured interviews and were analyzed by using thematic analysis. The thematic analysis revealed four themes, Concerns about the new time in life, Changing roles, Socializing in the family and Testing the relations. Due to the themes participants' stories reveal anxiety facing the time that will come when children takes the step to leave the nest.

Tasmania is a state in Australia, and is also the country?s largest island. It is separated from the main land by a 429 kilometer wide strait. Every year, a large amount of people, cars and goods are transported to the island using a government owned ferry line, which generates approximately 300 million Australian dollars to the state?s economy ,every year. This bachelor thesis investigates the possibility of reducing the fuel consumption for the ferry traffic to and from Tasmania, which would also reduce the overall cost.

Genom litteraturstudier har kunskaper om; processer som våtspinning, stapelgarnsspinning, konstruktionskriterier för sytrådar, egenskaper för kitosanfibrer, katalysering med enzym och upplösning genom protolys hämtats. In many of the disputes concerning custody, residence and visitation determined by the court, some form of violence has been performed. The consequence of a child who has witnessed violence in their homes is a problem that is sometimes overlooked. It is not unusual that the violence will continue even after a separation. The law shows that the child´s need of both parents is to be met. This has according to previous studies resulted in the fact that courts do not always see visitation with a violent parent as a risk for the child.

Today equal representation between the genders in parliament is something to be desired. One way to reach the goal of equal representation is by using quotas. The purpose of the study is to research the lack of equality in elected institutions by using a perspective on qoutas.  The study also seeks to find answers to if using quotas is a good method according to gender studies. A text analysis is being used to find reasonable solutions to the study´s presented complivations.  By analyzing different texts about quotas some of the more common arguments in the discussion about using quotas in parliaments were highlighted. Some of the more frequent arguments to implement quotas are that it would be more just but also that women and men may have different interests, experiences and therefore equal representation would be a question of resources.

Swedish studies concerning children?s reading habits show that detective stories have become more popular in recent years. The aim of this bachelor?s thesis is to examine how the gender system is described in four detective stories written for children at the age of 9 to 13 years. Our main question is: How is the gender system reflected in the four selected detective stories for children? We also pose the question: How are femininity and masculinity described? Our study is based on three theories.

Denna narrativa studie syftar till att genom förskollärares berättelser få en förståelse för hur förskollärarekan bemöta barn i sorg på förskolan. Vi har utgått från följande frågeställningar:· Vad berättar förskollärarna att det finns för olika reaktioner på sorg bland barn i förskolan?· Hur berättar förskollärarna att barn kan hantera sorg i förskolan?Genom kvalitativa intervjuer med fem förskollärare har vi av dessa i resultatet sammanställt narrativaberättelser. En del förskollärare har delat med sig av starka berättelser kring barn i sorg ochandra har delat med sig av sina tankar kring barn i sorg. Eftersom vi utgått från en narrativ teori äralla berättelserna av lika värde och ingen berättelse belyses mer än någon annan.

This essay concerns the issue of democracy and judicial review. The main focus is on the justification of both a positive and a negative attitude towards judicial review, and the values these justifications are based on. The analysis is made by textual analysis of four authors with different opinions of the subject matter: Robert Dahl and Jeremy Waldron who has a negative attitude towards judicial review, and Erwin Chemerinsky and Ronald Dworkin who are positive about it. In the analysis an analytic frame is used which consists of different dimensions and aspects of the problem of democracy and judicial review. The study shows that there are important differences in democratic values between a positive and a negative justification of judicial review.

The purpose of this thesis is to examine the conflict of interest between shareholders, life insurance companies and insurers in stock life insurance companies operated on a mutual basis from an agency-theoretic perspective. Further, this thesis aims to explore from an ownership-theoretical perspective, why this conflict of interest exist. A qualitative research has been performed and the empirical data is foremost based on interviews with persons from the life insurance industry and public prints. The study concludes that the stock life insurance company operated on a mutual basis has two principals whose interests are in conflict. History has shown that stockowners? interests have been prioritized on the expense of the insurers.

Syftet för denna kvalitativa och empiriguidade studie har varit att i sociologisk mening utgöra bidrag till begripliggörandet av ett fenomen som består i att föräldrar hamnar i domstolsprocesser om de gemensamma barnen efter separation. Huvudfrågan som berördes var: Vad kan känneteckna föräldraparsrelationer där parterna efter separation hamnar i domstolsprocesser om de gemensamma barnen?Resultaten har utgått från fem fäders upplevelser och den mening som de tillskrivit dessa upplevelser. Relationerna såg i huvudsak ut att ha följt den traditionella könsrollsmallen där fäderna har burit huvudansvaret för den ekonomiska försörjningen och mödrarna har tagit ut större delen av föräldraledigheten. Fäderna upplevde sig vara mer aktiva än mödrarna, och ansåg sig vara mer kommunikativa inom relationen.

En kvalitativ studie om konflikter mellan separerade föräldrar och samhällsförändringar som har bidragit till att konflikter mellan dessa föräldrar har ökat. De frågeställningar som har använts är: Går det att urskilja några specifika målgrupper som nyttjar erbjudandet om samarbetssamtal? Vilka orsaker kan det finnas till att föräldrar uppsöker hjälp i form av samarbetssamtal? Finns det några specifika samhällsförändringar som har bidragit till att konflikter mellan separerade föräldrar har ökat? En semistrukturerad intervjumetod har använts för att intervjua familjerättsekreterare i deras roll som samtalsledare. The purpose of this essay is to investigate how well vision and strategies communicates from division level to underlying business unit levels with focus on the Balanced Scorecard Concept. The investigation was carried out within the ANS division and two of its underlying business units at the LFV Group (Swedish Airports and Air Navigation Services). ANS is responsible for the air navigation services in Sweden and the production of the services is carried out of the business units AER (En Route) and ATA (Tower and Approach). With Air Navigation Services means supervision and conducting air traffic mainly within national air space. The purpose of the services is to insure that air traffic could be carried out in a safe way.The Balanced Scorecard was introduced for the first time in the beginning of the 1990´s.

Uppsatsens syfte är att analysera de konsekvenser som bilanvändningen medför idag, med koncentration på Stockholms innerstad. Frågeställningarna behandlar problematiken i planeringen, vilka möjligheter det finns och vilka åtgärder som planeras och genomförs idag för miljövänligare bilanvändning. Uppsatsens underlag har utgångspunkten i forskning och olika planeringsarbeten samt en kvalitativ studie. Intervjuer har genomförts med Stadsbyggnadskontoret, Naturvårdsverket, Trivector Traffic och Miljöförvaltningen. Materialet härstammar från Sverige, England, Australien, USA, Canada och Lettland samt SCAFT och flera statliga verk.
