This essay intends to provide an understanding of the developments in the right of public access and recreational activities in the forests of Sweden, and which factors and prerequisites that have affected this development. The forest and its history, along with recreational development has in many ways shaped today?s rights of public access, but there is also an age-old tradition of public access that has affected how we have used the forest, and that also has enabled the development of outdoor recreation. Many are unaware of this, which causes misunderstanding to appear around the rights of public access and how it is supposed to be used.The essay opens with historical descriptions of public access, the Swedish forest and outdoor recreation, to thereby provide a picture of how these three fields have influenced each other over the centuries. This is followed by a description of the current access rights and the problems associated with those, and a description of other countries' equivalent of the right of public access.

Ämnet för denna studie är skolkultur. Syftet är att analysera Läroplanen för det svenska obligatoriska skolväsendet, Lpo 94, med särskilt fokus på den ideologi som går att finna, samt hur skolans kultur - här i fråga om individsyn, kunskapssyn och pedagogiska tradition påverkar synen på elever och utformandet av undervisningen. Studien är en innehållslig idéanalys. Det empiriska materialet består av Lpo 94 och mediapresentationer där det framgår hur Lpo 94 kan tolkas och förverkligas. Mediamaterialet är hämtat under hösten 2007 i en västsvensk kommuns lokaltidning och från den aktuella kommunens hemsida.

Uppsatsen behandlar de sakrättsliga reglerna beträffande byggnad på ofri grund. Den behandlar problematiken kring överlåtelse och pantsättning samt säkerhetsöverlåtelser som sakrättsligt betraktas som vanlig överlåtelse men i praktiken fungerar som pantsättning. Vid överlåtelse och säkerhetsöverlåtelse fungerar avtalet ensamt som sakrättsligt moment medan det vid pantsättning krävs tradition. Problemet med att ha avtalet som sakrättsligt moment är att omsättningsskyddet försvinner, d.v.s. godtrosförvärv blir omöjligt.

This is a study of Eyvind Johnson?s novel Stad i ljus from 1928, first published in French as Lettre recommandée, 1927. The purpose has been to prove that motives, themes and narrative techniques characteristic to Johnson?s later writings is present as early as in this novel from the twenties. In the novel as well as in the contemporary short stories Johnson starts to explore the symbiosis between living, traveling and writing and begins to use metafictionality as a method to approach autobiographical material.

This essay analyses text written by a gender equality movement critical of feminism. Themovement is active on the Internet and through this essay I would like to show the tensions in contemporary political debates on gender equality and feminism. 350 blogposts have been deconstructed through discourse theoretical method. In the analyses I have shown the discursive struggle that is going on within the movement in giving meaning to concepts as knowledge, society, gender, politics, feminism and gender equality. The movement is using the technical potential in blogs and common Internet forums tocreate a common political we.

Den första januari 1998 infördes enligt ett riksdagsbeslut förskoleklassen i hela landet. Det innebar i praktiken att förskolans verksamhet för sexåringarna flyttades in i skolan och blev en egen skolform, en frivillig verksamhet i den obligatoriska skolan. Vid inrättandet av förskoleklassen var en intention att ge sexåringarna en likvärdig grund inför skolstarten samt att föra in förskolepedagogiken i skolan. Syftet med vårt arbete är ta reda på var förskoleklassen befinner sig i förhållande till förskolans tradition respektive skolans tradition. Vi vill också lyfta fram förskoleklassens relation till att den inte är obligatorisk, vilket grundskolan är.

The long historical bakground of the kimono cangive a better understanding of its construction and its contexts as well as its individualconditions, all is to be taken in consideration before exhibiting the kimono. Relevantstudies in litterature has been applyed within these subjects, which are accounted forprimarily in the second and third chapter of this essay. This report discusses how well the competences the master program in Information Technology, given by the Royal Institute of Technology, meet the demands from the business life. It is made qualitative and about 20 companies have taken part to get the results. The study has been made to see how well the three first years and the entire five year master, with different aiming, meets the demands. The results shows that the master program needs to be remodeled to meet the demands in the more ?softer competencies?, which for example is people management and an understanding about economical, juridical and cultural aspects.

In this essay I have aimed to examine how the theology of Paul Tillich relate to modern views of reality, both the way it was expressed in his contemporary time and the way I see it today. Reality I have defined as an entirety of the physic- and metaphysic reality. A so called panentism where God is reality and the world is a part of this reality.With Tillichs Systematic Theology as my principal material, I have first made a brief presentation of his theology, of its construction and main concepts. Then I have chosen to further examine the way he describes being, reason and revelation to see how this particular concepts of Tillich agree with my definition of reality. In this I have consulted the books Tillich in Dialogue by Mackenzie-Brown and Natural Theology Versus Theology of Nature, a book edited after the forth international Tillich symposium 1992, which had "Tillichs thinking as impetus for a discourse among theology, philosophy and natural sciences" as a theme.I have tried to point out the possibilities opened up by the ontology and epistemology of Tillich for the dialogue between theology and natural sciences.

The Scanian woodfences has been determined by two mainly elements: Scania's composition of tree species, with a large element of deciduous forest, and the local building tradition which has more in common with the European continent than the Swedish tradition. By examining responses from ethnological question lists deriving from the first half of the 1900s, combined with literature studies, I have been able to deepen and broaden the knowledge behind the various fencing design. In addition I ?ve constructed maps which could illustrate their historical geographic distribution.I have come to the conclusion that there was three main types of woodfences that was most common until the barbed wire was introduced in the early 1900s and later on replaced the elderly woodfences. Common for the three main types is that the base material was made out of Juniperus communis, this largely because of its durability against rot.

The task we were assigned by MPQ concerned the development of a scooter that can be used year round. We have with the companydeveloped the criteria and requirements for the product in which the goal is toproduce a primary solution that meets the set criteria and fall within the project'sboundaries.The project involves a wide range of different design methods for idea generationand idea development. The project also addresses engineering methods such asprinciple and primary engineering. As background for this study stands the debate and discussion in the society around the tablet as a pedagogical tool in preschool. The purpose of this study is to obtain and analyze 69 preschool teachers? opinions about the tablet?s introduction and use in preschool. The study also investigates the preschool teachers? opinions about their mission for multimedia and technology in the preschool curriculum, Lpfö 98, reviderad 2010.
