Dagens konkurrenskraftiga samhälle medför större rivalitet om kunderna vilket omöjliggör för företag att endast vara passiva och vänta på kundernas infinnande. Istället krävs differentiering för att utmärka sig bland ett stort antal existerande företag. Ett sätt är att forma speciella band till kunderna som gör dessa lojala till det egna företaget. Men frågan är om det verkligen finns förutsättningar för att detta ska kunna ske inom dagens detaljhandel? Vad är det som behöver förbättras för att större kundlojalitet ska kunna uppnås?Syftet med vår uppsats är att studera hur företag inom retailbranschen arbetar med att skapa långsiktiga kundrelationer.

I dagens samhälle har det framkommit att tekniken som utvecklas sällan eller aldrig har anpassats efter närståendevårdares behov och situation. För att kunna förändra närståendevårdarnas förutsättningar för användandet av teknologi och webbaserade tjänster är det viktigt att deras syn på teknologi och webbaserade tjänster kommer fram. Syftet med studien är att beskriva hur närståendevårdare ser på teknologi och webbaserade tjänster i vårdandet av en äldre närstående i hemmet med en diagnostiserad demenssjukdom. Lämplighetsurval med nio informanter som uppfyllde inklusionskriterierna genomfördes i samarbete med anhörigkonsulenter. En ostrukturerad intervjuguide användes som datainsamlingsinstrument.

Introduction: All women can be subjected to intimate personal violence by theirpartner, but the older woman's vulnerability to violence is not highlighted in research.Consequences of violence can be severe and it is essential from a public healthperspective to explore the issue even for the older woman. Objective: The objective ofthe study was to generate a deeper understanding of the problems of older woman'svulnerability to violence by their spouse / partner. The research questions focused onwhat characterized their situation and how a gender perspective can illuminate theproblem. Method: A structured search for scientific studies was carried out in thedatabases: Pubmed, Cinahl, PsykArticles and Scopus in the area of interest. A qualityassessment of the articles was preformed and 12 qualitative studies were included in thestudy.

It is now even more brandscompeting in the market, which indicates how a good relationship between the parties can bean important competitive advantage and also a significant variable.The goal and purpose of the study is to investigate and analyze the factors that influence thatthe supplier, in the sporting goods industry, is seen as a good supplier on the basis of theretailer's point of view. Then we want, from different sized companies, analyze and study howthey work with the key properties in creating a good customer relationship and hencecustomer satisfaction.

Sustainability work is something that is emphasized more and more. Corporate Social Responsibility, CSR, is discussed and the question of how much responsibility companies should really take is frequently in the news. Companies tend to ask themselves how much responsibility they should take. CSR is a common concept of companies environmental and social work and a concept we tend to see here and there in our modern society. CSR includes companies? social responsibilities, both in terms of carbon footprint, working conditions, social responsibility and more.

Interactive media is constantly increasing in our surroundings and with the innovation of touch-screens, two-way communication with screens has become part of our daily life. Still, this well known way of process information is not often seen in the in-store environment of grocery retailing. Here, interactive media is an unestablished field where empirical studies are invisible within the academic world. The lack of knowledge in which effect interactive digital signage has is one of the barriers of investing in this marketing solution in-store. The main purpose of this study is to examine and describe the effects of interactive digital signage at shelf within grocery retailing.

Syftet med uppsatsen är att belysa barnmorskors och sjuksköterskors erfarenheter av och förhållningssätt till att förmedla sexologisk information till kvinnor som drabbats av gynekologisk cancer. Vårdpersonal överlag upplever en stor utmaning i att förmedla sexuell information till människor som drabbats av cancer och tidigare forskningsresultat visar att många patienter aldrig får någon sexologisk information överhuvudtaget (Sheppard & Ely, 2008, Hughes, 2009 och Rasmusson et al, 2012). En kvalitativ metod med explorativ ansats valdes i form av semistrukturerade intervjuer för att den skapar en fördjupad förståelse för vad barnmorskor och sjuksköterskor själva tycker och har för erfarenhet av att prata om sexualitet med denna patientgrupp. Fem barnmorskor och fyra sjuksköterskor alla med minst ett års erfarenhet av att vårda kvinnor som drabbats av gynekologisk cancer deltog i studien. Under analysprocessen återkom ständigt betydelsen av kompetens och den gick att identifiera på tre nivåer; den individuella nivån, den organisatoriska nivån samt på den normativa nivån.

Bakgrund:Diabetes typ 2 är ett globalt, växande folkhälsoproblem och i Sverige beräknas drygt 300 000 personer lida av sjukdomen. Livsstilsfaktorer såsom matvanor, brist på motion och stress är bidragande orsaker till uppkomst av sjukdomen. Livsstilsförändringar är en av de viktigaste åtgärderna för att få kontroll på blodsockret och därmed minska riskerna för kärlkomplikationer. Att förändra sin livsstil är komplicerat och sjuksköterskans roll är bland annat att stödja patienter till att förändra den. För att kunna förstå hur sjuksköterskan kan ge adekvat stöd är det viktigt att först få en förståelse för patienternas upplevelser.Syfte: Syftet är att beskriva upplevelser relaterat till livsstilsförändringar hos patienter med diabetes typ 2.

Objective: In recent years there has been an increasing interest within the clinical (medical) science in measuring people?s health. When estimating quality of life, present practise is to use the EQ-5D questionnaire and an index which weighs the different questions. The question is what happens if the individuals estimate there own health, would it differ from the public preferences? The aim is to make a new prediction model based on the opinion of patients and compare it to the present model based on public preferences.Method: A sample of 362 patients with unstable coronary artery disease from the Frisc II trial, valued their quality of life in the acute phase and after 3, 6 and 12 months.

Lotsbroverket is the largest wastewater treatment plant on the Aland Islands and it isdesigned for handling wastewater from approximately 30 000 persons. In 2011,Lotsbroverket produced about 2800 m3 of dewatered sludge. The sewage sludge that isproduced is transported to a contractor where it is processed to eventually be used e.g.in the construction of green space. This study aims to investigate available applicationoptions in terms of the sewage sludge that is produced in Lotsbroverket. The main aimis to study the feasibility of using the produced sewage sludge as a fertilizer in theagriculture of the Aland Islands.The sludge already fulfills limit values for heavy metals in accordance with the Act"The Aland Government´s directive on the use of sewage sludge in agriculture." Inorder to clarify the sludge content of pharmaceutical and organic substances it isrequired that the substances are identified and a risk assessment is performed.

Background: Thanks to the globalization and the EU the international trade is growing faster than ever and companies are able to change ownership across the borders of the nations. Today one can talk about global marketplace with a deeper integration of the economies of the world. The rapidly growing list of mergers of Swedish companies since the last 10 years indicates that the global companies of today is using mergers as a strategic tool for continue their growth. However the number of unsuccessful mergers is big. The need of understanding and knowledge about different cultures is growing in the global business climate of today, since the collaborations across de national borders are increasing.Problem formulation: Which international strategies are fortunate in international mergers with Swedish companies?Purpose: The purpose is to analyze the integration of the three mergers; Vin&Sprit ? Pernod Ricard, Astra - Zeneca and Telia ? Sonera.Method: This study is a case study with a qualitative approach.

In article 1.2 c) EC regulation 852/2004 it says that the regulation is not applicable to producers who directly supply small quantities of primary products to the final consumer or to the local retailers who in their turn directly supply the final consumer. An almost identical regulation can be found in article 1.3 c) EC regulation 853/2004. The supply by a primary producer of small quantities of primary products, of animal origin or not, are consequently excepted from these two hygiene regulations. In article 1.3 EC regulation 852/2004 and article 1.4 EC regulation 853/2004 it says that the member states are to establish national rules in their national legislation as to the regulation of exception for small quantities. The aim of this study was to investigate the handling of small quantities of primary products distributed locally in Sweden but also the handling of these products in other countries.

Today  Real  estate  companies  face  the  challenge  where  extensive  renovations  on  existinghousing built before 1980 must be performed. Conditions have changed and the housing need performance-­?enhancing measures that meet today's quality. With a current renovation rate,  it  would  take  30  years  to  meet  the  renovation  needs.  The  renovation  rate  must therefore rise dramatically, which requires the real estate companies to act consistently in accordance with commercial principles and in an economically, socially and environmentally responsible way.The  paper  discusses  renovation  strategies  in  four  municipal  housing  companies  in  the Stockholm  suburbs.  The  report  includes  surveys  of  four  ongoing  renovation  projects; Fastighets AB Förvaltaren in Sundbyberg project Hundloken 3, Stiftelsen Signalisten in Solna project Ritorp, Sollentunahem in Sollentuna project Svalgången och Väsbyhem in Upplands Väsby project Dragonvägen. The main purpose of this study was to analyze the practices of redevelopment projects.

Problematisering:E-handeln är en av globaliseringens och informationsteknologins frukter. Denna konstant utvecklandes affärsområde innebär många fördelar för dess aktörer. Trots detta existerar det svårigheter kring dess kundserviceaspekt. Det är denna faktor som utgör uppsatsens centrala studieämne. Syfte: Uppsatsens ändamål är att förstärka våra kunskaper av e-handeln, sett ur en service management perspektiv.

Svensk sjukvård möter alltfler immigranter och asylsökande som lider av psykisk ohälsa. Inom psykiatrivården är kommunikation av extra stor vikt och talar patienter och sjukvårdspersonal inte samma språk uppstår lätt kommunikationsbarriärer. Genom denna kvalitativa litteraturstudie har användbara kommunikationsstrategier och viktiga komponenter för en god kommunikation identifierats genom innehållsanalys. Dessa rör bemötande, information och stöd/hjälp. Av vikt är att sjuksköterskor och övrig sjukvårdspersonal visar intresse, lyssnar, visar empati och visar på kulturell förförståelse vid psykiatrisk vård.
