Background Svenska Spel is a regulated company run by the state and government, where CSR, community and social responsibility is in focus. The highly regulated Swedish gaming market has in recent years become more exposed to competition by foreign unregulated betting companies thru Internet.Problem discussion There are two views regarding CSR and how they are affecting competitive advantage and profitability. On one hand, it suggests that companies foremost shall focus profits and act in the best interest of the shareholders. On the other hand, it connects CSR to be a contributor to competitive advantage that increases the company?s profitability.Problem formulation Svenska Spel is competing with other betting companies who doesn´t act under the same conditions, betting companies that don´t have a responsibility to the state.

Bakgrund: Aktuell forskning har exempelvis visat att patienter som drabbats av en stroke och fått massage under tiden på sjukhuset förbättrat sin förmåga att genomföra aktiviteter i det dagliga livet snabbare än kontrollgruppen.Syfte: Syftet var att beskriva patienters upplevelser av mjuk massage inom sjukvården.Metod: Litteraturöversikten baseras på tio kvalitativa och en kvantitativ artikel vilka har funnits i databasen Cinahl. Fribergs analysmetod har använts i analysdelen. Sökorden var: Touch, experience, care, Touching, patient, nursing, nurs*, massage, tactile, tactile massage, soft tissue massage och aromatherapy. I diskussionen kopplas resultatet till den teoretiska utgångspunkten som är Katie Erikssons omvårdnadsteori, samt det vårdvetenskapliga konsensusbegreppet vårda.Resultat: I resultatet framkom fyra teman varav ett har två underteman. I första temat, Relationen till massören, beskrivs patientens relation och känslor gentemot massören.

The purpose of this report is to make an evaluation of the self-monitoring for scarification which Stora Enso is using and this study deals with the effects and importance of scarification. A comparison is made in this study with the purpose to highlight any differences between some of the leading forestry companies and significant forest organizations in Sweden. The companies represented in this report are Korsnäs, Mellanskog, SCA, Sveaskog and Södra. In the beginning of this study an interview form was set up together with Daniel Forsberg at Stora Enso. Stora Enso is the head object of this report and seven interviews were made within that company. At the other companies only three interviews were made within each one, with an exception to Mellanskog who wished four.

There are differences today amongst psychoanalysts regarding if psychoanalysis should limit itself to being exclusively a hermeneutic discipline or if psychoanalysis should find points of contact with neurobiology. The purpose of this essay is to Touch upon the larger issue that creates the different points of view: Can psychoanalysis become enriched by finding points of contact with neurobiology, and should psychoanalysis be regarded as belonging to a broader scientific field than being exclusively a human science? The question at issue is: Can modern neurobiology contribute to a development of the psychoanalytic concepts; compulsion to repeat, transference/countertransference and talking cure? The method used is a literature study. The result shows that: Freud?s theories regarding traumatic compulsion to repeat can be linked with LeDoux?s theory of "emotional memory".

The study aims to determine the life situation in the youth?s families at the time support through ?contact families? was initiated and the youths? own view of the reasons for this support. We also want to shed light on the meaning that the contact families had on the youth; considering both positive as well as negative meaning.

Målet med projektet har varit att sammanföra information från flera olika källor till en enda vy i ett PC-program. I ett stridsfordon kan det till exempel vara intressant att presentera data från IR-kamera, dagsljuskamera, stridsledningssystem och/eller kartdatabas. Idag används olika vyer för att presentera dessa informationskällor. Om personalen i stridsfordonet istället kan delges allt detta via en enda vy så ökar deras möjlighet att fatta snabba korrekta beslut i kritiska situationer. Ett annat resultat kan bli att informationsmängden i datorbilden blir så stor att den till viss del minskar behovet av att inhämta omvärldsinformation via optiska utblickar, där synen kan skadas av fientlig laser.

The aim of this study was to describe how body language of humans affects the domestic dog (Canis familiaris) and how it can be implanted in the stressed situation that occur at an animal hospital. The subject is brought to notice because the author has experienced that dogs can get more stressed when a stressed and nervous owner is attending. Humans affect each other through posture, facial expression, voice and movement, and are often driven by their emotions, which can differentiate the verbal communication from the non-verbal communication. This occurs both consciously and unconsciously. Every human uses body language but not everyone knows how it is used or how to understand it.

Titeln på denna kandidatuppsats är Människa vs. Maskin. En ansats till självservice och är skriven av tre studenter inom magisterprogrammet för Service Management vid Lunds Universitet. Under ett fåtal månader har vi haft möjligheten att undersöka hur människor påverkas och berörs av teknologiska framsteg på en flygplats, närmare bestämt självservice och självcheck-in på Malmö Flygplats. Självservice har blivit allt vanligare under de senaste årtionden, inte minst inom resebranschen.

Med detta examensarbete är tre års studier vid Byggnadsingenjörprogrammet med inriktning mot arkitektur och miljöanalys vid Högskolan i Gävle fullbordade. Tyngdpunkten under arbetet läggs på arkitekturutformningen samt energihushållningen och därmed presenteras examensarbetet i två huvudkapitel, Arkitektur och Energi.Uppdragsgivaren Mats Mattson, en eldsjäl i Gästrike Hammarby, har under lång tid haft funderingar på att uppföra ett lågenergihus i den gamla bruksorten Gästrike Hammarby. Mattsson tror på en levande landsbygd och förhoppningarna är att ett naturnära boende ska locka yngre generationer till att bosätta sig i Gästrike Hammarby. På uppdrag ska ett lågenergihus projekteras och genom detta skapas ett attraktivt boende i en vacker miljö, som bidrar till den framtida utvecklingen av denna bruksidyll.En av utmaningarna var att detta hus skulle passa in i den redan befintliga miljön.
