Background: Long-term stress can lead to reduced health among nurses which can result in impaired quality of care. Stress in nurses' work needs to be studied in order to prevent stress and impaired quality of care. Aim: The aim of this study was to describe nurses' experience of occupational stress and factors that contribute to occupational stress. Method: The method used was a literature review. Results: The analysis resulted in five themes which describe nurses' experiences of occupational stress and factors that contribute to occupational stress.

A great deal of the nature experience we get today is from travelling along our roads, which to a large extent go through the forest landscape. This makes the forest along our roads interesting to look at from a nature experience perspective. The main idea of this work is to increase the awareness of how we are affected by the forest when we travel through it and find out how the forest should be adapted to the road environment to create a pleasant nature experience as well as increase traffic safety.
0.9 % of Sweden's total forest area (equivalent to 200 000 hectares) is in close proximity to roads. Additionally, in Sweden 440 million hours are spent behind the wheel of which a great deal probably is spent on roads surrounded by forest in some form.

Total Quality Management: en jämförelse av prestation mellan TQM och rivaliserande teorier
Denna undersökning behandlar om det finns en skillnad i hur Total Quality Management, TQM, och rivaliserande teorier påverkar prestationen hos företag. Dessutom undersöks om det finns en skillnad mellan de företag som är rutinorienterade gentemot de som är kunskapsorienterade. Totalt skickades en elektronisk enkät ut till 265 företag, inom en snarlik bransch, lokaliserade runt om i Sverige. Totalt erhölls 49 svar vilket motsvarar en svarsfrekvens på 18,5%. I takt med att konkurrensen hårdnar inom affärsvärlden blir det allt viktigare att hitta nya strategier för framgång.

Stormwater from trafficked areas often contains high pollution levels. In traditional stormwater management design, stormwater is first transported away through piped networks, and then in most cases passes through oil separators before finally reaching the recipients. While this traditional method removes certain pollutants from the stormwater, it does not reduce the total flow, as in the case of ecological stormwater management. In the ecological method the stormwater is not simply transported away, but is recirculated through infiltration, percolation, and detention. The aim of this study is to investigate possible advantages of ecological management designs, in contrast to traditional management.

The purpose of this thesis was to look into how event management companies got knowledge about their customers? expectations and how they are influenced by these expectations. A case study was conducted based upon interviews with two employees from two companies that are in the business. The study has shown that event management companies do try to get awarness about their customers' expectations, especially by listening and discussing with the customer. Personal contact is an efficient way of communicating and a way to avoid misunderstandings, which is a common mistake when customers' expectations are not met.

The total offset includes the voltage offset in the comparator and the voltage offset that is created by the offset currents that flows thru the load at the comparators input. The goal with this comparator that has been developed has been that it will have a total voltage offset at maximum 500 uV. The comparator does not need to be extremely fast or does not need to operate in a big frequency area. To have all the flexibility that is needed a full custom technique is used.

As IT service departments in organisations are becoming more complex and customised, the indirect costs are increasing in relation to the total costs. The difficulty of fully estimating and identifying the spread of the cost in the IT service department is increasing. As a result, firms tend to budget the business unit as a total cost rather than as a spread of defined costs. In order to deal with this challenge an ABC calculation will be applied. The Time Driven ABC model will be conducted in OMX´s Servicedesk unit within the IT services.

This assignment is to help Jernhusens business area Projektfastigheter with their experience feedback, which is to-day almost absent. Business area Projektfastigheter has the task of supporting Jernhusens three other business areas with skills and resources for the estate projects that Jernhusen runs. Jernhusen must become stronger with the collecting of experiences and as a business because of the liberalization of the railways, which leads to a more competitive market. A tool for this is successful experience feedback.The concept of experience feedback is to gain experience across a variety of cases, where individuals and/or groups can chose situations with relevant similarities and differences with current case.

Bakgrund: För att kunna bli organdonator måste en patient avlida i total hjärninfarkt medan han/hon vårdas i respirator. Det är få personer som avlider på detta sätt. När döden har fastställts får medicinska åtgärder inte fortsätta mer än 24 timmar. Sjuksköterskan som bör vara med i hela processen, står inför flera utmaningar; är patienten lämplig som organdonator? vad är patientens önskan? vad är anhörigas önskan? m.m. Syfte: Syftet med studien var att belysa sjuksköterskans upplevelse av att vårda en potentiell organdonator med diagnostiserad total hjärninfarkt.

Syftet med studien var att beskriva överensstämmelsen mellan elevernas uppfattning och Carlforsska gymnasiets menade budskap med ?The Carlforsska experience?.
