???????Främsta anledningen till att kontant rörlig ersättning existerar är för att motivera ledningen till att arbeta mot aktieägarnas främsta mål, vilket är en ökad avkastning  (Kaplan & Atkinson, 1998). Dock kan en rörlig kontant ersättning resultera i att ledningen endast arbetar efter kortsiktiga mål vilket kan leda till ett högt risktagande och är därmed riskfullt för företaget (Jacobsson, 2010). Den 1 januari år 2010 gav därför Finansinspektionen ut nya regler, FFFS 2009:6, som innebar att för anställda som har inflytande över ett företags risknivå ska minst 60 procent av deras rörliga ersättning betalas ut efter tre år eller mer. Finansinspektionen ger även ut nya regler, CRD III, som är mer preciserad om den rörliga ersättningens form och träder i kraft 1 januari 2011.

The objective of this thesis is to map the resources and methods used at the department OPPC, at AstraZeneca, and derived from that give suggestions on possible solutions that will increase their productivity.Mapping of the product flow, as well as gathering of process data, has mainly been done using observations, but consultation with the process technicians has also played a great role. Further have theoretical methods been used, based on literature studies, within the areas of Lean production and statistics.The work has incrementally gone forward since the steps taken has been restricted by the irregularity of production which led to the need of creating a fictive production flow. This has affected the lead-time calculations in the way that they are meant to give an indication, rather than an absolute truth, on how different methods described shall be used.The current state analysis showed multiple areas of improvement when defining capacity as value adding time in relation to total throughput time. Using the "standard scenario" as a basis showed that the actual production flow only constituted 50% of the total project time. Further it showed that the workflow contained more non-value adding activities than value adding activities, which is a result of how the work is distributed within the department as well as in the different projects.

During the years 2006-2010 Gotland University conducted seminars excavations in Västergarn parish on Gotland. Inside the wall a total of six house foundations have been found and a total of 127 combs have been registered. This thesis is based on a material study of the 127 registered medieval combs. The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the combs and with their chronology illuminate in which period the society of Västergarn was active. And also to find out what the material remains can tell us about the place and its people.

Om sådana kan identifieras undersöker vi statistiskt i vilken mån de kan förklaras av National Hurricane Centers rapporter om orkanernas egenskaper. Teoretiskt perspektivDet teoretiska huvudperspektivet utgörs av den effektiva marknadshypotesen och dess grundantagande om att priset på en tillgång är en återspegling av all, för marknaden, tillgänglig information. MetodGenom att genomföra en eventstudie där olje- och petroleumindexet DJ-AIGP studeras under orkanperioder undersöker vi om det under dessa perioder existerar abnormala avkastningar. Eventuella abnormala avkastningar söker vi statistiskt förklara med de stormvariabler som rapporteras av NHC.

Då uppfattningen om vad som skapar balans är subjektiv, torde det från företagets sida vara viktigt att veta vad medarbetarna upplever, stödjer och hindrar upplevelsen av balans. Dessutom torde en klar bild över vad som stödjer och vad som hindrar, säkerställa en maximal avkastning av de satsningar som företaget ger personalen. Utifrån detta utformades studiens syfte, vilket var att öka förståelsen för vilka faktorer individer anser stödjer och hindrar upplevelsen av balans.

Two haematological instruments intended for small animal clinic use were evaluated at the Department of Clinical Chemistry, Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU), Uppsala, Sweden. The QBC-V and Vet abc were compared to a reference instrument, the Cell-Dyn 3500. Fresh blood samples were obtained from canine and feline patients from the University Veterinary Hospital, SLU. The QBC-V was used for 111 canine samples and 78 canine blood samples were analysed with Vet abc. From cats, 23 samples were analysed with both instruments.

The main purpose of this thesis is to analyze laws that completely prohibit abortion through a legal philosophical perspective. To demonstrate that abortion blanket bans cannot be seen as legally legitimate, the author has completed a literature study where she uses Robert Alexy?s ?Concept of Law? to analyze abortion laws both in general, and in Nicaragua in particular.Based upon Alexy?s ?Concept of Law? the author has identified three relevant key elements ? social efficacy, the argument from injustice and correctness of content - which she uses in her analysis. In order to apply these three elements on the total abortion ban, she then uses four different analysis tools - feminist theory, Human Rights, deontology analysis and right analysis. This has enabled a thorough analysis of the total ban on abortion that has demonstrates that such laws cannot be considered legitimate.By highlighting the human rights violations the law entails, one can conclude that the law has a social impact.

Intresset för hälsa har lett till att konsumenter efterfrågar högre kvalité där fokus inte längre enbart är pris. Allt eftersom kvalité hamnar i centrum är det intressant att undersöka hur kvalité skapas. En produkt som tydligt följer denna trend är kaffe. Denna uppsats ämnar undersöka hur svenska kafferosterier skapar kvalité på kaffe genom en studie av sex rosterier av varierande storlek i Sverige. Studien följer en kvalitativ struktur som utformats efter en av de dominerande teorierna inom kvalitetsforskning, Total Quality Management, där analysmodellen primärt baserats på The Juran Trilogy.

Begreppet controller har sitt ursprung i USA, där den började användas för drygt 100 år sedan. Till Sverige kom begreppet på 1970-talet. Controllerns uppgifter har förändrats under åren från att enbart vara inriktad mot bokföring till att ha en mer verksam roll i ledningsgruppen. I början förväntades controllern enbart vara en skicklig historiker. Rollen har sedan utvecklats till att controllern också förväntas vara en förutseende visionär.

In this study we examine to what extent people with disability participate in television news and how they are represented. We chose to examine one broadcast per day of SVT Public Service news program Rapport and commercial channel TV4 Nyheterna (TV4 News) during one month using quantitative content analysis and qualitative discourse analysis.We found that people with disability are underrepresented in television news. In Rapport only 1,9 percent of the total broadcasting time contained people with disability and in TV4 Nyheterna 3 percent of the total broadcasting time contained people with disability. In the news people with disability were often represented as stereotypes, most commonly as victims. The focus was often on the medical aspect of the disability and on the problems that people with disability had.

I detta arbete undersöks huruvida olika artsammansättningar i grön marktäckning påverkar odlingsresultatet vad gäller avkastning, kväve (N)-förlust och ogräsförekomst. Främst vit-klöver (Trifolium repens) men även rödklöver (Trifolium pratense L.) har sådana egenska-per att det bryts ned snabbare samt innehåller mer N än timotej (Phleum pratense). År 2001 genomfördes ett fältförsök med grön marktäckning i ekologisk odling av vitkål (Brassica oleracea var. alba). Tre olika artblandningar användes, de bestod av: 60% röd-klöver + 40% timotej (1), 32% vitklöver + 28% rödklöver + 40% timotej (2), samt 75% timotej + 10% rödklöver + 15% övrigt (3). N-innehållet var 193, 218 respektive 134 kg/ ha.

This paper tests the information signalling hypothesis on a sample of firms making open market stock repurchases. Using an earnings-based valuation model, we find that a majority of repurchasing firms are undervalued relative to their economic value. This result is consistent with previous academic studies, which claim that undervaluation is the prevalent factor explaining the observed abnormal return following the announcement of a repurchase program. We do not, however, find any evidence that the repurchase is consciously made by management to provide the market with new information. .

Examensarbetet har genomförts i samarbete med Karlshamns AB, husdjursföreningarna i Blekinge-Kronoberg och Halland, samt Svenska Lantmännen i Skåne. Arbetet handlar om fettutfodring till mjölkkor. Fetterna som har använts är två olika sorters kalciumförsåpat fett som består av 85% fett och ca 15% kalcium samt ett härdat fett som består av 98 % fettsyror. De kalciumförsåpade fetterna innehåller en hög andel C18:1 och C16:0 och det som skiljer de två fetterna åt är i princip förhållandet mellan C18:1 och C16:0 fettsyrorna. Det härdade fettet består i stort sett enbart av C16:0 och C18:0 fettsyror, se tabell 2 och 12.
