I många svenska städer går det att upptäcka fenomenet av det peri-urbana landskapet och en planering som strävar efter en expansiv stadsutveckling. Det är ett hybridlandskap, en expanderad stad där skillnaden mellan stad och land inte existerar i form av en exakt gränslinje. Staden innehåller samtidigt miljöer och platser, i flera fall centralt belägna som tenderar att glömmas bort, åsidosättas eller placeras i ett väntans läge vid planering. Dessa tomma ytor och håligheter utan definierad funktion är platser som befinner sig i ett gränsland - mellan det planerade och det oplanerade, vilket påverkar den angränsande bebyggelsen och marken. Detta ger upphov till arbetets tema - rum i marginal, mellanrum som blir en outnyttjad resurs vid planering.

CML Data AB is a small IT-company that offers complete IT-solutions adjusted to the needs of the customers. It is hard for the employees to bring all necessary papers, files and software when visiting a customer. They also have difficulties planning their daily work and to keep track of each other, because of the lack of a shared calendar.The purpose of this report is to answer the following questions:- How do you develop a centralized information system for CML Data AB where it is possible for the employees to gain access to files, plan their days and where the customers can get access to relevant information?- How do you develop an information system that is easy to manage?- How do you make it easier for the employees at CML Data AB to update their homepage?We discussed the problems and the future information system with the employees and were able to establish a set of needs and requirements which we then used as a foundation during the software development. We used user centered system design during the whole process and focused a lot on usability and interaction design.The project resulted in a stylistically pure and user friendly portal.

The aim with this study was to collect fundamental information, and to plan, a windpower farm in Juddhult , Småland in southern Sweden. The goal is to collect the bestavailable projecting planning support. The pieces of this projecting planning supportthat will be presented is; Environmental Consequence Description (MKB), productioncalculations, comparisons between different plant types, economic calculations, evaluatethe economy and give some farm design suggestions. The imagined wind farm will belocated in forest environment and which may cause a number of new problems. Specialinterest that will be affected, where special consideration because of the forestenvironmental is requested is, hunting, wetlands, ancient monuments and windturbulence.

Detta arbete behandlar hur en bostads- och verksamhetsutbyggnad i Älö by skulle kunna ske. Det övergripande syftet med arbetet är att genom planering skapa förutsättningar för en hållbar utveckling i tätortsnära landsbygd med avseende på områdets natur- och kulturvärden, försörjning och social samhörighet. Problemformuleringen består av tre frågor; hur nya bostäder i Älö kan planeras för att bevara dagens glesa landsbygdskaraktär, hur bevarande av Älös funktionsblandning i form av lantbrukande, småföretagande och hur boende kan kombineras med nya bostäder och ökad turism utan att förstöra byns kvaliteter. Metoden för arbetet var en kombination av litteraturstudier, intervjuer och ett analyserande planförslag. Litteraturen som studerades var tvärsektoriell och belyste landsbygden utifrån historia, dagens situation och hur framtidens landsbygd kan komma att se ut. Intervjuer som genomfördes var gruppintervjuer med semi-struktur. Dessa tillsammans med litteraturstudien var grunden i utformningen av planförslaget. Den teoretiska bakgrunden inleds med hur historiska skiftesreformer, by- och gårdstyper har påverkat landsbygdens utseende.

This report is a case study of ?citizen forums? in the municipality of Uppsala. These forums are arranged to make people participate more in local politics. The aim of this study is to find out if the opinions and the wishes coming from the citizens are later involved in The planning process etc made by the authorities. The aim is also to explain why or why not the opinions from the citizens are of any importance.My empirical data come from interviews that I have made with seven different respondents, both politicians and civil servants.

Västerås Stad har i översiktsplan för Västerås tätort formulerat fem planeringsstrategier som ska vara styrande vid all fysisk planering. Dessa planeringsstrategier syftar till att Västerås mål om en hållbar utveckling ska uppfyllas. Planeringsstrategierna är: ° Bygg staden inåt ° Blanda bostäder och verksamheter ° En ny syn på trafiken ° Stärk grönskans och vattnets roll ° Utveckla försörjningssystemen Ängsgärdet är beläget cirka en kilometer öster om Västerås centrum. Stadsdelen började bebyggas i slutet på 1800-talet. Fram till 1950-talet var stadsdelen ett trivsamt och lummigt småhusområde.

In Scandinavia today many old harbour areas are developed into residential and commercial areas. For example are both Helsingborg city and Malmoe city in south Sweden planning to restructure some of their harbour areas to accommodate shops, schools, offices, residences et cetera. In Copenhagen in Denmark new plans for Nordhavn is also underway. In almost every plan proposal to redevelope an old harbour area the harbour activities are set a side to give room for new development. In Reykjavik, however, this has not been the case.

Arbetet inleds med en teoretisk del som behandlar begreppet attraktivitet och fysisk forms betydelse för denna. Först görs några allmänna reflektioner om attraktivitet samt en genomgång av olika aspekter av attraktivitet. Därefter görs en kunskapsöversikt med kopplingar mellan olika teorier om den fysiska miljöns betydelse för attraktiviteten samt vad denna attraktivitet består i. Avslutningsvis dras några allmänna slutsatser. Därefter tillämpas på Söder det som framkommit i den generella kunskapsöversikten.

This thesis constitutes a long term (100 year) ecological landscape management plan for the estate Götebo 1:5. The estate is situated close to Gothenburg and is owned by Skogssällskapet. The planning has been made by dividing the estate into different areas (zones). In each zone one of the goals nature conservation, recreation or economical yield has been prioritized. Nature conservation is one of the main goals for the forest management plan.

Studien syftar till att söka samband mellan gestaltning av den fysiska miljön och upplevd trygghet runt ett förortscentrum, samt undersöka hur dessa förhållanden behandlas i en centrumomvandling. Detta gjordes utifrån en fallstudie över Mörby centrum. Genom observationer, intervjuer och frågeformulär samlades data in, som sedan ställdes mot beprövade teorier av såväl forskare som myndigheter och författare. Dessa användes sedan för att granska den nya detaljplanen över området ur ett trygghetsperspektiv. Studien visade att sambanden mellan upplevd trygghet och gestaltning av den fysiska miljön är många och starka. Den nya planen över Mörby centrum ger utifrån analysen goda förutsättningar att öka den upplevda tryggheten, då den behandlar många av de samband som hittades. Det uppdagades dock att nya otrygga områden kan utvecklas runt centrumet, men att dessa inte kan påvisas med visshet innan planen är genomförd..

There is an ongoing process where the free market within the European Union is expanding, partly through the incorporation of new member states, partly through the signing of association agreements with nearby countries and regions. When trade barriers are removed in different ways more companies consider an internationalization of the company. However, the procedure of the internationalization of companies is a rather new and unexplored area in the context of research. The focus of this study is therefore to examine how a few companies situated in Sweden, has proceeded while searching for knowledge during the internationalization process. Data has been collected through interviews that have been balanced with information from Internet and other sources.

The purpose of this thesis is to inquire how a small town can be affected by some planned changes in the physical structure of the town, and how its inhabitants can benefit from those major changes. The town in question is Ulricehamn, and of the four projects considered, two concerns infrastructure. A new railway and a new locality for the major road, today passing through Ulricehamn. The other two projects are run by the local authorities, that is the planning of a modern town park by the lake, and a new public building for cultural purposes. There are no guarantees that any of the four projects will ever be realized, but in the process with this work, they have been considered as already a fact.

The purpose of this thesis is to investigate the plaintiffs and the defendant?s prospects to change their claims and pleas in optional civil actions and how the rules for the modifications of a suit are affecting the framework of the process. The plaintiff's general ability to expand and alter the claim is found in the chapter 13, 3 § of the Act of Procedure and the basic principle is that a claim is not to be changed. From this basic principle exceptions are allowed to claim another fulfillment or to expand the process with a claim for interest or other additional obligations. The plaintiff can also limit his or her claim or expand the claim with new legal foundations as long as the issue of the process does not change.
