This essay focuses on two social workers talking about their working field in the prostitution area in a Swedish city. The study aims to investigate how the social workers talk about their field and clients that are in it through the use of narrative analysis. Furthermore we discuss the complications with qualitative interviews, narrative analysis from a feminist theoretical and methodological point of view. The study is based on an interview with the two social workers. The result reveals only tendencies rather than a general "truth".

Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to highlight three preschool teachers and three child nurses? views on the educational work tool pedagogical documentation and Reggio Emilia educational philosophy, often associated with pedagogical documentation. Preschool teachers and child nurses? are all employees under the same pre-school director, and works on three preschools located in the same area. The purpose of the selection of respondents is based on highlighting how far the staff describes the concept of educational documentation, and pedagogy of Reggio Emilia, and how far their statements are consistent with each other or not.Questions: The thesis is based on three questions;How does preschool teachers and child nurses? describe pedagogical documentation?How does preschool teachers and child nurses? describe the Reggio Emilia pedagogical philosophy?If there are differences between the preschool teachers and child nurses?, what could these mean for the pedagogical documentation in preschool?Method: The study is based on empirical data collected through qualitative interviews.

Studien syftar till att undersöka manliga idrottslag och få en ökad kunskap i gruppdynamikens uppbyggnad och påverkan på laget och dess individer. Metoden som används för detta är tre stycken halvstrukturerade intervjuer samt observationer. Resultatet visade att gruppdynamiken är en väldigt vikig del av idrottslag. Stämningen som finns är byggd på gamla traditioner om hur män i grupp ska fungera samt på en rollsättning som görs i laget. Detta i sin tur skapar en speciell ton och kommunikation inom laget som främjar vi-känslan och samhörigheten.

SammanfattningMålet med det här arbetet är att analysera två pedagogiska metoder för barn med utvecklingsstörning, närmare bestämt TEACCH-metoden och Lilli Nielsens pedagogik, när det gäller kunskapssyn och då framförallt aspekterna hur barnet med utvecklingsstörning tillägnar sig kunskap och vilka former denna kunskap tar. Avslutningsvis undersöks vilka kategorier som kan identifieras ur de analyserade texterna (citaten).För att samla in data har jag använt mig av litteraturstudie men för att tolka och bearbeta data har jag valt att använda mig av kvalitativ innehållsanalys. Litteraturstudie innebär att jag söker efter specifika svar i litteraturen som jag sedan jämför.När det gäller frågeställningen hur barnet med utvecklingsstörning tillägnar sig kunskap enligt TEACCH-metoden har jag funnit följande kategorier: Strukturerad miljö, strukturerade aktiviteter och? hand på hand-metod?. När det gäller frågeställningen vilka former denna kunskap tar enligt TEACCH-metoden har jag funnit följande kategorier: Faktakunskap och Färdighetskunskap.

Uppsatsen syftar till att få kunskap om aktörernas handlingar med utgångspunkt i en lärare/elevinteraktion.Undersökningen är en kvalitativ studie där vi genom observationer i årskurs 7 och 9 vill visa på flödet av händelser i klassrummet. Vi diskuterar och analyserar interaktionen mellan lärare och elever utifrån följande aspekter: Relationer i klassrummet, gester, inflytande och delaktighet, ramfaktorer samt makt.Våra resultat visar på att interaktionen som uppstod i klassrummet mellan lärare och elev inte gynnade elevernas möjligheter till inflytande över undervisningen. I det stora hela hade eleverna inte så mycket inflytande över sin situation och det inflytande de hade var främst formellt och ytligt. Eleverna fick säga vad de tyckte men då inget mervärde lades i deras tankar och åsikter påverkade de inte sin situation överhuvudtaget. Det är tydligt att det sker en trög maktrelation i klassrummet eftersom eleverna inte är jämställda med läraren.

The aim of this thesis was to find out how the teachers I have interviewed, felt that they worked with and looked at conflict management. The aim was also to find similarities and differences in teachers' ways of working with conflict. With the help of my questions, I got answers to what I wanted to explore in my essay. I used these questions: What strategies do the teachers I interviewed for managing conflicts in preschool? What tools do the teachers I interviewed see as most effective in the process of conflict management? Are there differences and similarities in the way that the teachers I interviewed work with current conflict? What factors, according to the informants starts a conflict? What is the teachers? definition of a conflict and how does their definition affect their approach when working with conflicts?In my study, I have used a qualitative approach in the form of structured interview, to get material for my thesis.

Syftet med denna kvalitativa studie var att ta reda på om mina kvinnliga informanter upplevde en ökad/ förbättrad självkänsla under coaching/ samtal. Vidare var syftet att belysa den ökade positiva ökade välbefinnandet av coaching och samtal ur individ synpunkt. Samtliga kvinnor upplevde en positiv ökad upplevelse till sig själva av återkommande coaching/ samtal sessioner. Ett resultat var att alla informanter upplevde en betydligt högre grad självkänsla och välbefinnande. Kvinnorna upplevde att de alla i högre grad kände sig mer tillfredsställda mer sig själva som personer. Även självförtroendet upplevde de hade förbättrats då de vågade ta för sig mer än vad de hade vågat innan , både i privata och arbetsrelaterade situationer och relationer..

This paper examined if childrens wellbeing affected their social and academic competence. The data was collected through an anonymous study using questionnaires, where the measuring instruments GHQ12 and EQ was used, and also a number of questions concerning academic competence. The population concisted twentytwo eight grade students, both girls and boys. The population had both Swedish and foreign ancestry. The result showed that wellbeing and the academic competence had a positive correlation.

Syftet med studien var att studera hur typsnitt uppfattas, och särskilt hur dessa uppfattningar påverkas av illustrationer med varierande innehåll. Stimuli skapades genom att kombinera 3 olika illustrationer och 5 olika typsnitt, totalt 15 stimuli. Försöksgruppen bestod av 18 personer, 11 kvinnor och 7 män. Åldersspannet var från 22 till 67 år. Deltagarna fick individuellt markera på skattningsskalor hur varje stimuli uppfattades, efter 7 olika dimensioner.

With this paper the aim is to find out whether there are any differences in how five students from the north part of Africa structures their tales in comparison with the Nordic tale "The emperor?s new clothes". The purpose is to look at how the genre pedagogy can be said to relate to these differences. The purpose of this study is to find, understand and discuss the experiences of former employees at SAAB, and present how this can be understood according to my core theoretical concepts, which are participation and identity. The questions asked in the study are based on how the labor is described, characterized and what comes forth as valuable, which is compared to absence of labor work.First, labor is described in an historical and social context, and at the same time related to the core theoretical concept. Second, the methodology chapter is presented, which mainly consists of 11 observations and 10 interviews. Third, the chapter regarding former theory leads to an analysis model, which is used on the empirical material of the study.The result shows that labor work at SAAB primarily is described as important for socializing, security and the possibility to be independent. The tasks at SAAB are described as backbreaking and monotonous, while the lack of labor work influences the physical and mental wellbeing.

The study aims to increase understanding and knowledge of motivation; this by examining how the leader experiences her capability to promote employees' work motivation. Also, how employees perceive that the leader influence and enhance their work motivation. Interviews were conducted with a manager and two employees of a government agency in Sweden. The results demonstrate different opinions between manager and employees in the manager's ability to foster motivation in the everyday work. The leader thinks that she promotes her employees work positively and believes that she is giving her employees attention and appreciation.
