Denna uppsats syfte är att ta reda på hur hur den vertikala maktdelningen har sett ut i Ryssland mellan 1991 fram till 2004. De frågeställningar som uppsatsen ämnar besvara är hur den vetikala maktdelningen har sett ut under denna period samt om det ha funnits federalistiska och/eller enhetstaliga drag under denna tid. Det som framkommit gällande detta är att det vid år 1991 rådde en inneboende konflikt mellan centrum och regionerna. Detta är ett federalistiskt drag. den hade att göra med att regionerna hade börjat kräva mer självständighet från centralmakten.

Motivation: The aim of this study has been to conduct a comparative study concerning how race, ethnicity and class is represented in American contrary to Swedish daily press and from there on to explore and explain similarities and differences that have been found in the material.Problem statement:? How is race, ethnicity and class represented in American contrary Swedish daily press?? What are the similarities and differences between the countries? daily news flow?? What causes the similiarities and differences to achieve their current form?Material: The material which has been the subject of this study consists of eight articles ? four American articles (USA Today) and four Swedish articles (Dagens Nyheter). The material has been elected to meet certain criterias and mainly discusses the effects the health care reform will have on the American population.Approach: The material has been approached by using theories concerned with race, ethnicity, class and framing. The method used to analyze the material was Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA).Results: The results shows significant similarities, although mainly differences, between the countries? daily news flow.

Syftet med vår undersökning har varit att öka förståelsen för komplexiteten som skolledningen och lärarna möter när en ny reform genomförs i skolan. Vi har grundat undersökningen på hur en skola upplevde och genomförde reformen med den individuella utvecklingsplanen, IUP. Undersökningen bygger på kvalitativa intervjuer med personer från skolledningen samt en lärargrupp. I våra intervjuer har svaren från respondenterna varit att de upplevt att direktiven med reformen IUP varit otydliga. Denna otydlighet har vi sökt svar på genom att undersöka en reforms väg från regeringsbeslut till lokalt genomförande.

The goal of this paper is to examine whether the introduction of a qualifying day in the use of sick insurance in the Swedish welfare system resulted in an increase in the use of parental benefits as substitute to avoid the qualifying day. We believe that this could be the case because of the higher gain from the welfare system. We use OLS to perform a linear regression from a data set from the data base LINDA during 1991-1996. The results in this paper are that there is a significant increase in the parental benefit after the reform although there is a negative trend for parental benefit during the examined period..

Jag kom fram till att det finns stora skillnader i bedömningsarbetet mellan den svenska och den ryska skolan och att båda skolsystemen genomgår i dag stora förändringar. Den svenska grund- och gymnasieskolan får nya styrdokument. Syftet med denna reform är att anpassa utbildningen till moderna samhälleliga krav och höja kunskapsnivån hos elever i alla årskurser. Det ryska skolsystemet har genomgått stora förändringar under sista två decennierna och fortsätter att moderniseras.

This essay examines the Swedish debate on Internet hate with focus on theories concerning Internet as a public sphere, sociocultural turbulence and subaltern counterpublics. Examining material fromnewspapers, alternative news media and discussion forums, with an hermeneutical influenced method, the task is to understand the Internet hate debate, and the study wishes to discover its relations to biggercontexts, such as social transformations and power dynamics. The purpose of this study is to examine the view of knowledge and the view of learner which are prominent in the ministry memorandum Specific programs and access to vocational programs (U2009/5552/G) and thereby understand the potential impact of the new transformation of the current individual program and what it brings to the students who do not achieve the objectives in grade 9. We have used a qualitative text analysis method. The background to the study describes in particular today's individual program, view of knowledge and view of learner. This bachelor of economics paper discuss that the increasing globalization has put the small companies in the Swedish textile and clothing industry in a situation where internationalization has become a necessity. Furthermore has the European Union lead to that this type of companies has to seek growth on foreign markets with great socio cultural distance from the home country, Sweden. Nowadays there?s no time to internationalize in the same course of action like before. Before, the Swedish companies begun their operations abroad in fairly nearby countries and only gradually penetrated more far-flung markets.

The purpose of the essay has been to clarify why and how small companies, whose major resource is knowledge, establish strategic alliances and which opportunities it brings. We have increased our understanding for the concept of strategic alliances through empirical search and through well-known scientist work. The method, which has been used in the essay, is principally qualitative interviews and gathering secondary data from articles from well-known authors. Our study has given that we have found that entering strategic alliances can make growth and by that way create competitive advantages for the company in question. We also found that there are risks with strategic alliances and the company can protect themselves by legal actions.
