Syftet med uppsatsen är att belysa vad som kan göras för att undvika konflikter inom band och för att hantera dem, detta genom att undersöka olika konflikter inom band och genom att se vad bandmedlemmarna berättar om dem. Syftet är också att reflektera över på vilket sätt resultaten kan överföras på och vara användbara för organisationer.Metoden består av en induktiv forskningsansats och en kvalitativ forskningsstrategi, dessutom har undersökningen skett i form av en fallstudie. Detta medför att det var möjligt att samla in empirin som sedan kunde tolkas med hjälp av teorin och vidare var det möjligt att undersöka ett fenomen i stället för att bevisa någonting. Det användes kvalitativa intervjuer med medlemmar i ett band där de intervjuade fick prata om sina egna upplevelser för att få fram empiri, samt böcker om Mötley Crüe och Kiss.Studien visar att medvetenhet om olika roller och samspel mellan bandmedlemmar är viktig för hantering av konflikter och för att undvika dem. Studien ger närmare inblick på detta genom att beskriva olika samband mellan konflikter och bland annat gruppdynamik, roller, förväntningar, behov och krav.

The aim of this study has been to highlight how school social workers experience their discretion, and furthermore how they feel about working in a context mainly dedicated to teachers. The study is executed with a qualitative research method where ten interviews with school social workers, in eight schools in the area of Stockholm have been conducted. The theoretical framework used to analyze the results was discretion, street-level bureaucracy and human service organizations.The main findings of this study imply that the most important ambition of the social work that was conducted in the schools was to help the students reach their knowledge goals. The assignment is, however, not clearly defined, which has lead to school social workers defining the mission and goals themselves. They all have wide discretion and great possibilities to decide how to execute their work, but how they use the freedom that was given seems to vary among them.

This thesis examines the effects of the Swedish school reforms that took place in the early 1990?s. Theories such as Principal-Agent, Stewardship and Lipsky?s street-level bureaucracy are discussed as well as New Public Management (NPM). These reforms were heavily influenced by NPM, causing an increased level of street-level bureaucracy, and according to Principal-Agent theory some outcomes could have been predicted.

Rapid urbanisation is putting strains on both the landscape and the city dwellers and the pressure on planning for sustainable and equitable cities is crucial. As many cities in Sub-Saharan Africa are expanding, city planning has trouble keeping up to meet the needs of the growing amount of urban dwellers. Many cities have also been planned with the cars in focus and the needs and comfort of the pedestrians have been overlooked. The capacity of institutions is limited due to centralized government and bureaucracy, as well as corruption. Planning is erratically implemented and it is difficult to know what will happen.

Hedersrelaterade brott är komplexa och skapar svårigheter för skolpersonal i deras brottspreventiva arbete. Forskning har visat att offren för hedersrelaterade brott i stor utsträckning är flickor och kvinnor, men att kvinnor även begår hedersrelaterade brott, antingen som medlemmar inom kollektivet eller som primära förövare. Teorin om sociala band kan användas för att minska brottslighet. Syftet med studien var att belysa hur kuratorer som arbetar med flickor från familjer med hedersrelaterade problem upplevde sitt brottspreventiva arbete. Det brottspreventiva arbetet innefattar arbete gentemot utsatthet för hedersrelaterade brott utifrån de fyra elementen ur teorin om sociala band.

Our study examining how well the guidelines, from Skolverket (School Department), aboutgrades in the course "Samhällskunskap A" are implemented in the Swedish Upper SecondarySchool. The study focus on both teachers and students. To discover which knowledge the bothgroups have, we have used two different methods. The students have answered a survey,which was based on the phrases from the course plan "Samhällskunskap A" about grades. Thesurvey wanted to see how well the students could match the correct phrases with the gradesteps (the Swedish school uses three grade steps).

Sweden has one of the best elderly cares in Europe and the Swedish care work is also one of the best in terms of quality, compared to other European countries. In recent years, higher demands have been set on the care work and the number of privatizations of public services has increased. In 2009 a new law came into force, the Act on System of Choice (LOV) which increased individual?s right to a greater participation and a free choice in the selection of health and social care providers. This paper aims to highlight the impact of the law, system of choice.

This study aims to identify the municipalities of Hallands? methods, guidelines and policies in integration concerning new arrivals of children and teenagers. Some of the new arrivals are under the power of Swedish Migration Board and some of them are by a contract handed over to the municipalities. The evaluation is based on Michael Lipskys street-level bureaucracy which puts its focus on the lower level of bureaucrats meeting with clients. The frame is Skolverkets guideline for education of new arrivals which is more or less a way towards a common policy.

The purpose of this essay was to describe and analyse the tension/conflict between external demands and actual conditions, as experienced (and told in interviews) by employees at two social insurance offices in Scania, concerning their roles in the process of working life rehabilitation. The theoretical starting point is the theory of street-level bureaucrats, as defined by Lipsky. The comprehension among the employees were that working life rehabilitation services are approved less today compared to a few years ago. The discretion, i.e. the position to choose among competing alternatives; about what to do, how to do it etc., characteristic of street-level bureaucrats, according to the employees is less prominent, as the routines of handling cases and decision making are regulated.

Vi har valt att undersöka barn och ungdomars musikkonsumtion samt studerat närmare hur de uppfattar produktband i förhållande till det vi valt att kalla kreativa band. För att få en bakgrund kring resonemang som produktband och kreativa band ges en kortare presentation av musikindustrin. Här får läsaren en inblick i hur ett produktband tas fram och lanseras. Med produktband menar vi ett band som framställts primärt för att generera vinst åt företaget som skapat bandet, något som är stort inom dagens musikindustri, men långt ifrån en nyhet. För att få en djupare inblick i hur konsumenterna av produktmusik förhåller sig till produktband och dess musik har vi genomfört två undersökningar.

I föreliggande C-uppsats behandlar vi ämnet sociala band och dess beskaffenhet i en verksamhet i södra Sverige. Vi undersöker även huruvida dessa band är en påverkande faktor för emotionell energi och hur detta i sin tur påverkar motivationen i arbetet. Intresset har också varit att titta på om det existerar en skillnad i dessa processer, beroende på om respondenterna i verksamheten befinner sig i nära anslutning till varandra eller ej. Dessa frågor har vi undersökt genom kvalitativ metod samt hermeneutisk ansats, vilket innebär att vi inte är ute efter absolut sanning eller fakta utan det vi kommer fram till är en tolkning av respondenternas egna upplevelser. Materialinsamlingen har skett genom nio semistrukturerade intervjuer och sedan analyserats utifrån fyra teorier ? Johan Asplunds teori om social responsivitet och asocial responslöshet, Thomas J.

The purpose of the connections is to enable a more simple and cheaper way of mounting the circuit boards inside a container. Syftet med min studie är att belysa vilken betydelse de sociala banden har för människors ohälsa inom bemanningsbranschen. Uppsatsens centrala frågeställningar är: Hur upplever de bemanningsantällda inom industrin att deras sociala relationer påverkar hälsan? Hur upplever de bemanningsantällda inom skola/förskola att deras sociala relationer påverkar hälsan? Uppsatsen bygger på kvalitativa forskningsintervjuer och Thomas Scheffs teori om sociala band. Det empiriska materialet har insamlats med hjälp av intervjuer och jag har använt mig av grundad teori som analys metod. Genom att läsa tidigare forskning fann jag att det fanns lite fokus på vilken betydelse de sociala banden har för bemanningsanställdas ohälsa.
