ASYL och KONVERSION Asyls?kande konvertiters f?rst?else av sin konversionsprocess

The purpose of this study is to analyse asylum seeking converts understanding of their conversion process based on church context, specifically within the realm of evangelical church and theology. Through the method of content analysis this essay analyses six qualitative interviews done with converts from two Islamic traditions to Swedish free church Christianity. The essay discusses the results through the lens of Lewis Rambos seven-phase theoretical concept of conversion. The important results given by this study shows that the first contact with other Christians in a new country, which creates a new community serving as an interpretive framework for their lives, triumphs the question of the theological perception for the conversion. Also, the results shows that intellectual understanding of the doctrines of faith is less important relative to the conversion process best described by the words touched, taught, and transformed.

AbstractJan Johansson: Georg Stubendorff, organist i S:t Jakob ? En musiker i stormaktstidens Stockholm och hans concerto "O Jesu dulcissime", [Georg Stubendorff, Organ Player in S:t Jacob's Church ? A Musician in Seventeenth Century Stockholm and his Concerto O Jesu dulcissime], Uppsala universitet, Institutionen för musikvetenskap, uppsats för 60 p, 2006.Georg Stubendorff, organ player in S:t Jakob's church in Stockholm 1663-1672, was one of the very competent foreign musicians that came to work in Sweden in the 17th century. The purpose of this essay is to contribute to the knowledge about him and about the conditions in general for church musicians in Stockholm during that era, and to present an edition of his Concerto a 3. It is shown that Stubendorff may have come to Stockholm from Livland, rather than Germany as earlier accepted. The Concerto a 3 is the only composition by Stubendorff that has survived (now in the Düben collection at Uppsala university library).


Religion + Idrott = Sant?

Syftet med vår studie har varit att undersöka idrottslärares inställningar till, och uppfattningar om, situationer som kan uppstå i mötet mellan religion och idrottsundervisning. För att komma åt vårt syfte samt skapa oss en bild av verkligheten använde vi oss av en kvalitativ metod i form av intervjuer med idrottslärare. Intervjuerna har sedan analyserats och på så vis har vi fått fram det vi anser vara lärarnas uppfattningar och inställningar inom vårt område. Resultatet visade att lärarna inte anser att religion påverkar idrottsundervisningen nämnvärt även om deltagandet till viss del tycks påverkas. Religionskunskapslärares utsagor om undervisning av Sveriges förkristna religioner : - en studie av religionskunskapslärares utsagor om fornskandinavisk religion och samisk religion inom Religionskunskap A

Sammanfattning:I studien intervjuas sju religionskunskapslärare angående undervisning om fornskandinavisk religion och samisk religion. Studiens utgångspunkt är att fornskandinavisk religion och samisk religion kan ses som en del av Sveriges kulturarv. Informanternas utsagor studeras utifrån didaktikens tre översiktliga frågor: undervisningens vad?, hur? och varför? Deras utsagor diskuteras även mot tidigare läromedelsforskning som anknyter till pedagogiska texters framställande av fornskandinavisk religion och samisk religion. Sammantaget diskuteras informanternas utsagor mot utmålad fond.Studien visar att undervisning om religionerna anknyter till både gällande och annalkande nya styrdokuments yttranden om kulturell mångfald och identitet.

The Swedish state and educational system are secular, so to say they do not depend on the former protestant state church anymore. Many people in Sweden are also secular. Even so, in school teachers meet students with a religious faith. The purpose of this study is to examine how teachers without a religious belonging experience the encounter with religious students. The method used was semistructured interviews with five teachers in a upper secondary school in a multicultural suburb of Stockholm.

Följande uppsats handlar om studie- och yrkesvägledares inställning till troende, främst muslimska klienter och hur deras förförståelse av religion i allmänhet och islam i synnerhet, påverkar deras arbete med dessa klienter. The aim of this essay is to study how the Sami are presented in four textbooks about religion and history that are used in the schools of the majority culture of Sweden today and one book of ideas asto how a textbook could look like from a Sami's perspective. Syftet med denna uppsats var att först redogöra för västvärldens allmänna syn på muslimer och islam och därefter kontrastera den bilden med hur muslimer själva väljer att bli porträtterade i den kanadensiska komediserien Little Mosque on the Prairie. This study aims at using discourse analysis to analyze SFI students attitudes to religion and religiosity in an SFI-context. The questions are: How is the discourse constructed and maintained by religion and religiosity of SFI students in an SFI context? How do SFI participants experience that their religion has affected their time at SFI?Using a case study approach, interviews were conducted with a group of SFI students. The results show that the religious discourse in SFI is influenced by the SFI-context and affected based on the current education discourse that exists there.
