This is a qualitative study with a reflexive approach. The aim of this masters thesis is to describe how the internal information is managed in Borås Theatre and Borås Public Library related to the internal flow of information within the organisations according to descriptions of different units, staff and work tasks. Ten qualitative semi-structured interviews with employees at the Theatre and the Library have been conducted. The organisations have been studied separately. The interviews are presented according to six categories presented in the theory chapter as a result of the study.

Multiprofessional Teams is a common way of organizing the work in rehabilitationmedicine clinics. Team members are usually physicians, physiotherapists, occupationaltherapists, counselors and nurses where the counselor is the only one from the psycho-social discipline. Team care interventions are provided from a holistic perspective inwhich the patient's physical, psychological and social rehabilitation is taken intoconsideration. The meetings between the professional team and patient have the mainpurpose to increase patient participation. The aim of the study is to observe and analyzecommunication between the professionals, the patient and their relatives during teammeetings.

Hur har den finansiella krisen påverkat Västerbottens läns främsta damfotbollsföreningar : - Avseende sponsring

 This study is made, on behalf of Västerbottens Fotbollsförbund, with the purpose to investigate how the 2008 financial crisis have affected the sponsorship to the voluntary sports sector in the Västerbotten region, with focus on the womens elite football Teams. The background of this study was to investigate the effect of the financial crisis to help the voluntary organizations in the future. The study was carried out with a qualitative approach as depth interviews with ten people representing both the voluntary organizations and the sponsoring companies, which one was a previous sponsor. To understand and interpret the result of the interviews we used models such as the stakeholder model, the A-ERIC model and a communication model for sponsorship from literature such as Donaldson and Preston (1995), Mitchell et. al.

Cloudmetoden : Utveckling av ett alternativt arbetssätt för produktion i digitala medier

Denna slutreflektion kommer att beskriva planeringen och utvecklingen av en alternativ sorts arbetsmetod kallad Cloudmetoden, vilken lämpar sig för mindre arbetsgrupper som utvecklar digitala medier (i vårt fall spelproduktion). Slutreflektionen kommer att innehålla beskrivningar om vilket typ av problematik som gjorde att vi valde att skapa ett eget sätt att arbeta. Vi diskuterar och jämför vår arbetsmetod med redan existerande projektmetoder inom digitala spel. Att leda och koordinera projektgrupper på distans

In recent decades, project based work form has taken a dominant role of work for many companies. Developments in the field have progressed rapidly and research has contributed to more efficient working practices. This study describes the elements that a project manager should keep in mind when he leads a project without actually being physically present, complex factors occurred and the basic approach to encounter them. The aim of this report is to examine factors that arise in the context of coordination at a distance and how companies, in their daily work, surpass these obstacles. The study does not include cultural differences, time zone differences and language differences, all very common in project management at distance.

Kunskap i Företag : En Studie över Kunskapsöverföring och dess Hinder i Virtuella Team

Globaliseringen har blivit något företag måste ha i åtanke när de opererar på den internationella marknaden. Detta innebär att Transnationella företag i dag är vanligt och dessa arbetar i virtuella team vilka stöter på andra problem än team som arbetar på samma fysiska plats. Denna studie undersökte vilka hinder i överföringsprocessen virtuella team ställs inför och om dessa hinder skiljer sig från de hinder som team som arbetar på samma fysiska plats ställs inför. Detta utfördes genom en fallstudie av två företag, ett i Sverige och ett i USA, som nyligen hade slagits samman till följd av ett uppköp. Företagen agerade som ett Transnationellt företag som arbetade i virtuella team på den globala marknaden.

Incorporating the future - a study of three companies? internalisation of future trends forecasting and scenario planning.

Purpose:The purpose of this thesis is: to determine key success factors for an organisation?s internal process of internalising future trends forecasting. Methodology:A qualitative approach has been chosen by examining three different companies (Electrolux, H&M and, Sony Ericsson) through interviews and other data. The empirical material have been analysed by using valid theory as a platform from where the analysis can be performed. This has created a conceptual analysis that enables the use of the conclusions in other similar companies.

 ABSTRACTBackground: There are many studies of stretching and its effects on the body. Research shows that stretching can have both positive and negative effects on the body. Meantime there are no qualitative studies on stretching and how the opinion of stretching is among soccer players. Female soccer players are a group that is rapidly growing and that is injured to a great extent.Purpose: To describe stretching exercising female soccer players? opinion of stretching.Method: Ten stretching exercising female soccer players over fifteen years of age from two Teams were interviewed in a semi-structured interview.

This qualitative interview study examines the shared and discrepant experiences that nine professionals, three from each field of psychiatry, social service, and housing have from working with people with hoarding disorder, and their view on help. The main difficulty when working with hoarding disorder is described as lack of insight and understanding of the severity and consequences of the disorder among people with the disability. Professionals highlight the importance of proper diagnosis and cooperation among disciplinary Teams working with hoarding disorder. Approaches differ regarding the issue of how to best help a person with hoarding disorder, especially as the emphasis of autonomy becomes more prevalent. The landlords who were interviewed expressed the hoarders? need of help from the society, whereas the social service interviewees accentuated voluntariness and motivation as a favorable long-term management.

Samarbetssvårigheter och konflikter mellan dag och nattpersonal inom äldreomsorgen : En studie ur medarbetares och enhetschefers perspektiv

We investigated a retirement home, where we looked at whether there are differences, disagreements or conflicts between Teams who work day and night shifts. Our purpose was to examine the Heads of Unit and the employees perspectives on their perceived work situation, cooperation difficulties and why they emerged. We chose the general systems theory as our theoretical basis, which gave us the opportunity to highlight different parts that can affect the working climate and the cooperation of the working groups. The study also highlights the importance of structure, common goals, reporting and dialogue meetings. To understand the perceived work situation, we used methodological triangulation, using quantitative and qualitative methods (surveys, semi-structured interviews).

Utvärdering och jämförelse av olika fälttester för fotbollsspelare

Different field tests are currently used in a wide extent in different levels of soccer Teams. To be able to assess the players? physiological status the tests must have high validity, reliability and external validity. Many different tests have been developt, but currently only five of these tests are most commonly used: Yo-Yo intermittent recovery test (YIRT), Yo-Yo intermittent endurance test (YIET), Multi-sprint-test, Beep-test and Cooper-test. Presently there is no definitive conclusion regarding which of these tests is most suitable for soccer players.

This text will describe the planning and development of a new kind of working method we call The Cloud Method , which is suited for smaller Teams who develop some kind of Digital Media. Traumateamsövningar - vad kommer patienten till del?

Background: In today's Swedish health care, it is required that the various professionals must work together in Teams to safer care. Several professionals with various skills expected working together in the traumateam at the care of the traumapatient. At the same time, research shows that substandard teamwork leads to avoidable errors in care. One way to improve teamwork is to practice. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to shed light on the experiences of the traumateam exercises that exercise participants feel has been favorable for the patient at the initial care of trauma patients.

It used to be a demand that Social workers and personnel at Child and adolescence psychiatry had interdisciplinary collaboration, today it is more then a demand it is a requirement. The aim of this study was to understand how the personnel at the Social services and Child and adolescence psychiatry look at the cooperation between the two organizations in Sweden.To be able to accomplish this study we have interviewed four persons employed at the Social services and three persons employed at Child- and adolescencepsychiatry all of them were interviewed individually. To be able to analyze our material from the interviews we have used new institutional organization theory and Goffmans dramaturgic perspective at Teams. The interviews showed that there is collaboration between the organizations on all levels, but that the organizations have different priorities.
