Motivation a?r viktigt i alla organisationen och i alla yrkesroller. En bransch med mycket differentierade yrkesgrupper a?r revisionsbranschen och det kan vara problematiskt att motivera alla olika yrkesgrupper med ett och samma incitamentsystem. Da? motivation enligt tidigare forskning anses fo?ra?ndras o?ver tid a?r det viktigt fo?r fo?retagsledningen i ett fo?retag att kontinuerligt arbeta med incitamentsystemens utformning (Adair, 2006, s.95).

The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of learning on open-field activity among pre-school children varying from 3 to 5 years old. Altogether 25 children, 13 girls and 12 boys, entered the test from three different preschools in Dalarna. Six of these children represented the control group. The children were asked to learn 2 tasks, 1 visual memory task and 1 spatial constructing-kit task. Before, between and after the tasks, the children were allowed to move freely in the open field.

Medarbetarnas motivation är avgörande för att uppnå organisationens mål. Syftet med studien var att undersöka vilka av de två ledarskapsstilarna (transformativa och transnationella) som har mest påverkan på medarbetarnas motivation.  Undersökningsgruppen bestod av 40 personer. Resultaten visade att både transformativa och transaktionella ledarskapsstilarna är nödvändiga på medarbetarnas motivation. Det specifika resultatet visade att den transformativa ledarskapsstilen hade en högre effekt på medarbetarnas motivation. Syftet med studien var att undersöka hur individer med olika roller inom en fotbollsförening för unga talanger upplever motivationsklimat. För att skapa förståelse för begreppet motivation i en fotbollsförening har följande frågeställningar använts; hur upplevs klimatet i verksamheten, vad upplevs vara tillfredsställande prestationer samt hur upplevs att tillfredsställande prestationer uppnås? I studien deltog tio manliga respondenter (m=36,4 år, Sd=16,9) med olika roller kopplade till idrottsverksamhetens talanglag. Respondenterna grupperades enligt följande: spelarrepresentanter, ledarrepresentanter och föreningsrepresentanter. Intervjuer genomfördes utifrån en semistrukturerad intervjuguide baserad på studiens syfte.

Det finns mycket forskning som visar att motivation påverkar människan i organisationen. Motivation delas upp i inre och yttre motivation. Inre motivation är då individen har ett genuint intresse för något. Yttre motivation är då individen drivs av någon extern belöning. n this dissertation a comparison of two evolutionary methods for evolving ANNs for robot control is made. The methods compared are SANE with enforced sub-population and delta-coding, and marker-based encoding. In an attempt to speed up evolution, marker-based encoding is extended with delta-coding. The task selected for comparison is the hunter-prey task. This task requires the robot controller to posess some form of memory as the prey can move out of sensor range.

AbstractWe have been honored to work with a company called Frimeko AB. Frimeko is located in Halmstad where they make and sell furniture for school and office environment. Our task is to construct a new, more modern sewing machine table for schools. The task is to use the same function as before, ease the storage and production of sewing machine.Efforts to develop the new sewing machine table resulted in that we came up with an innovative design that the company is pleased with.During this project the group has used the method from ?Fredy Olsson Konstruktion? .

In order to broaden the understanding of work motivation the aim of the study was to compare how three different teams within the same organization constructed motivation. The three teams consisted of post sorters, team leaders and mailmen. Three focus group interviews were conducted with three men and eight women. The interviews were transcribed verbatim and thematically analysed with QSR NUD*IST. The result showed both similarities and differences in the construction of work motivation in the three teams.

The purpose of my independent work was to develop and test a task-specific assessment matrix to the students writing logs that occurs in connection with their APL (workplace-based learning). The matrix is based on upper secondary school subject plan House building from The Swedish National Agency for Education and the four courses House building process, House building 1, House building 2 and House building 3 - conversion. Due to the matrix structure, I used the example matrix of Malmö University. The task-specific assessment must both serve as a guide for students in the implementation of the log writing, and in the evaluation of the assessment work. Both students and teachers then get a common assessment tool for evaluation.

AbstractBackground: The factors goals, emotions and motivation are nowadays well researched. Studies that shows the interaction between these three factors does exist, but in a small amount. In all different jobs people encounter these factors, no matter what you?re working with, some experience them daily and others only sometimes.Purpose: We want to study the significance of the interaction between goals and emotions among employees in the construction business, when leaders are about to motivate their employees.Implementation: To succeed with our study and achieve the purpose, we chose to do a qualitative research. We have conducted four visiting interviews and one telephone interview, with both leaders and employees in the construction business.Results: We have through our study found out that the interaction between goals, emotions and motivation are important in the work of construction, even if it?s not something everyone thinks about.

Abstract: Elite soccer in combination with education is a unique and demanding task. The path towards a glory career in sports takes hard mental and physical training. The objectives in this study are 6 elite focused high school students studying high school education programs in combination with football profile. They are 3 of each gender. The purpose of the study was to find out more about their perspective of motivation and what makes them keep going towards a career in football in beside their education.The study is of empiric hermeneutic survey used qualitative method and interviewing to collect data.

Den här studien handlar om arbetsmotivation på två äldreboenden i Gävleborgs län. Vi gjorde en jämförelse mellan ett privat äldreboende och ett kommunalt äldreboende för att undersöka hur arbetsmotivation diskuteras på enheterna. Syftet med studien var att se om det fanns skillnader mellan det privata och det kommunala boendet samt mellan chef och medarbetare i definitionen arbetsmotivation. För att få svar på våra frågor använde vi oss av en kvalitativ semistrukturerad intervjuform. Det vi i huvudsak kom fram till var att arbetskamraterna, de boende och att prestera bra var de mest framträdande faktorerna till arbetsmotivation.
