Lärande är nödvändigt för att organisationer ska kunna utvecklas och förbättras. Tidigare forskning har studerat organisatoriskt lärande ur flera olika aspekter, bland annat som ett utvecklingsinriktat respektive anpassningsinriktat lärande. Syftet med denna studie är att beskriva de mekanismer som påverkar lärandet i en organisation. Den organisationen som studerats är en hemtjänstgrupp som börjat arbeta enligt Vanguardmetoden. Datainsamlingen skedde med intervjuer, totalt intervjuades elva personer i hemtjänstgruppen.

Background: The main purpose of our study is to try to give an idea of what a multicultural school is and what difficulties girls find with Swedish as a second language. We are at the end of our teacher education, which means that in a few months, we will be responsible for creating environments that are conducive to the students and to ensure that opportunities that allow the students to develop exist. We are aware that in a multicultural school that we no have in Sweden there has been some discussion regarding the Swedish language, which can be interpreted as the Swedish language being at a disadvantage with the students because of all the integration that occurs in schools and the lack of knowledge regarding the different cultural backgrounds. To get this knowledge we had to seek more knowledge on the subject.

This is a study of why Japanese comics, so-called manga, in such a high degree make Swedish readers eager to write and draw comics themselves, and what didactic implications this might have for teachers working in Sweden. To answer this, the author has put together a focus group of Swedish artists influenced by manga, and also used a questionnaire at two Swedish art schools, where young artists are taught how to draw in a manga style. The results show that it is the compelling storytelling and the focus on the characters that enthral readers about Japanese comics, but that it is the seemingly simple style that makes the readers think they themselves can master it. The fact that the interest in both reading and creating manga, almost completely overlap with the so-called period of oppression (between the ages of 11 and 14) when most students lose interest in creating art, is something that could and should be used in the Swedish educational system..

This report compares two different types of insulation with regards to fire and moisture. The materials were tested for the company Fiskarhedenvillan AB, for a wall and a roof construction that the company currently uses in the establishment of Sweden's first certified passive house for international standards.Their current material, Rockwool, is compared to a relatively new material on the Swedish market called SEALECTION Agribalance sold by the company ISO Green AB. The material is a type of polyurethane insulation. This insulation material would result in a more efficient execution of the construction as it provides waterproofing and is applied more easily than Rockwool. Organisationskultur är ett komplext begrepp med många olika definitioner. Kulturen inom organisationen kan vara enhetlig, uppdelad eller splittrad och den kan även påverka hur en organisation presterar. I studien finns tre olika perspektiv på organisationskultur som speglar huruvida kulturen är enhetlig, uppdelad eller splittrad. Dessa tre perspektiv är integrationsperspektivet, differentieringsperspektivet och fragmenteringsperspektivet och i vår studie har vi undersökt vilket av dessa perspektiv som två olika delar av en organisation tillhör. Vidare har vi sökt svar på frågan hur de olika perspektiven påverkar måluppfyllelsen i de två olika delarna av organisationen.

Yrket som personlig tränare växer allt mer, vilket bidrar till att fler personer väljer att utbildasig till personlig tränare. När personerna skall välja utbildning kan det vara svårt att finna vilken utbildning som passar individen bäst, då alla utbildningar både har likheter och skillnader. Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka hur de olika utbildningarna inom personlig träning skiljer sig åt i struktur, att belysa skillnader i nationell och internationell standard samt hur yrket personlig träning kommer kunna utvecklas i framtiden.Studien har en kvalitativ utformning, och med hjälp av telefonintervjuer har information samlats in. I resultatet framkom det att utbildningarna använder kursmaterial som framtagits på snarlika sätt, då samtliga producerar egen litteratur. Majoriteten av lärarna i utbildningarna hade specifik utbildning inom det området som de undervisar i.

The Unesco Public Library Manifesto states that libraries are to formulate a policy defining objectives, priorities and services in relation to local community needs. In this essay I compare the description of the Thirty Years? War in a number of German and Swedish encyclopedias published between 1854 and 2005. The essay is a historiographical research with focus on three areas; the description of the war background, the reason of the Swedish intervention in the war and the picture of the Swedish king Gustav II Adolf with the consequences of the war and the peace of Westphalia. I want to analyze the differences and similarities in the way the history is being told in the German and Swedish encyclopedias. The purpose of this study is to investigate how the subject Swedish is being constructed in syllabuses for the subject. The study includes the syllabuses for the subject Swedish from the Swedish curriculums Lgr 11 and Lpo 94. These are investigated in order to show what conceptions of the subject, i.e. the purpose, content and work models of the subject you can spot in these, and in what direction the perception of knowledge has changed.
