This essay is about the Swedish Royal Foundations and especially the culture foundations. The Swedish Royal Foundations in culture are four. I?ve also made a short background about Royal engagement through foundations in history. I?ve given examples on what Royals in Sweden have done in the past and what they do today.

Syftet med uppsatsen är att identifiera och ansvarsfördela framgångsfaktorer mellan kundföretag och konsultföretag vid lyckosamma business intelligence (BI)-implementeringar i stora företag, dvs i företag med över 800 anställda. Inledningsvis skapas en modell med kritiska framgångsfaktorer utifrån beslutstödslitteratur. De funna faktorerna testas därefter mot resultat som kommer fram genom öppna frågor ställda vid kvalitativa enkätintervjuer med konsulter och kundföretag som har erfarenhet av implementeringar av beslutstöd.Vid genomgång av enkätsvaren framkommer att de viktigaste kritiska framgångsfaktorerna ? där såväl konsulter som kundföretag är ense ? är:· säkerställandet av vilken information användarna behöver få ut av systemet (vilket i huvudsak är ett kundansvar)· inrättande av utvecklingsråd för business intelligence (kundansvar)· säkerställande av tydliga mål och syften med BI-projektet (kundansvar)· lämplig implementeringsstrategi (kundansvar)· välja leverantör med omsorg (delat ansvar mellan kund/konsult).Förutom ovannämnda faktorer anser konsulterna att det är avgörande att kunderna säkerställer ledningens stöd medan kunderna anser att konsulterna ska ansvara för träning och utbildning av användarna. I enkätintervjuerna framkommer två faktorer som inte funnits med i den teoretiska ursprungsmodellen: konsulterna påpekade vikten av utvärdering av olika lösningsalternativ och kunderna vikten av dokumentation.

Dessa system används på olika nivåer i en organisation.ProblemdiskussionKomplexiteten och intensiteten på marknaden är inga nya fenomen i dagens affärsmiljö då det ställer höga krav på beslutsfattarna. Därav finns det ett behov bland beslutsfattare att använda ett datorbaserat verktyg för att svara upp mot de höga kraven som ställs.SyfteDenna studie utvärderar analys- och rapporteringsverktyget QlikView och hur införandet av detta system i Jönköpings kommun påverkar första linjens chefer inom två av kommunens förvaltningar. Olika nyttoeffekter kommer att identifieras och utvärderas för att förstå vilket mervärde QlikView kan ge beslutsfattarna.MetodKvalitativa och kvantitativa metoder har använts för att utvärdera faktorer i samband med införandet av QlikView. Dessa metoder har använts för att få en så rättvisande bild som möjligt av verkligheten.

Arbetet beskriver ett systemutvecklingsarbete som innehåller kravfångst, analys och design av en data warehouse/business intelligencelösning till Svenska bordtennisförbundet. Svenska bordtennisförbundet/SBTF/ behöver utöka sitt beslutsunderlag för att kunna fatta strategiska beslut. SBTF behöver även få bättre kontroll på sin verksamhet för att kunna sätta, utvärdera och följa upp mål. SBTF önskar lösa detta genom att skapa ett data warehouse till vilket data från de olika systemen laddas för att därefter kunna presenteras för användarna genom business intelligence. I kravspecifikationen framkom att klubbarnas medlemsregister, alla tävlingsspelare, all träningsstatistik och de matcher som spelats i Sverige sedan 2011 var det dataunderlag som skulle ingå i ett data warehouse.

The purpose of this work is to map what inspiration means to people who work with music, how it feels when you are inspirated compared to how it feels when you`re not. How does inspiration affect us? Are we depending on it? What do you do when you lack inspiration? Is it possible to ?inspire? one self? My method has been to interview eight persons, selected by me, who all work with music. I have used literature, for instance about our intelligence, and also different theories on the subject of inspiration. The results of the interviews show that our experiences of inspiration are individual.

This paper examines constructions of identities in Swedish news paper articles concerning the European Unions?s Tobacco Products Directive. Using critical discourse analysis (CDA) supported by theories of discourse, semiotics and identity formation, this paper argues that constructions of a Swedish ?Us? are distinguished from a non-Swedish ?Them?. These constructions depends on categories such as use of tobacco, science, history and war, which are frequently used in the discourse to separate ?Us?, ?the good? from ?Them?, ?the bad?.

Earlier this year the Swedish migration board gave a part of their responsibility for the separated children to those municipalities that have signed an agreement with them, so that the children can get the best handling of their matters and also to lift the heavy pressure of the Swedish migration board. Our aim in this paper is to see how this division is made and which areas of responsibility they have. We want to see how this process is being handled in relation to these children?s rights, the Convention on the Rights of the Child and the Swedish law. To get the best information possible we used a qualitative method.

This thesis will explore how the medium of film is treated in the recently published Swedish textbooks and how these textbooks take into account the four different aspects of Cineliteracy.Cineliteracy is a theory which advocates the necessity of students' increased cinematic knowledge by presenting the four skill areas that should be included when it comes to teaching film in school. The theory implies students´ analytical skills, contextual knowledge and knowledge of the film canon as well as the development of students' skills to produce films. Cineliteracy theory finds support both within Swedish National Agency for Education and in recent Swedish research.This study includes investigation of eight new textbooks, adapted to the criteria for the new Swedish curriculum 2011. This study is set out to examine if there is any kind of influence between the EU and Swedish gender policy. More specific the Swedish efforts within the gender policy area, especially in the area of social policy and employment, during the Swedish presidency in the Council of Ministers 2001. And also to examine the impact of Europeanization in Swedish gender policy. We have decided to delimit our study to care of elderly and children when it comes to the area of social policy. We are using a descriptive, examining qualitative method.

Bakgrunden till examensarbetet är Medius behov av rapporter för uppföljningav verksamheten. Medius använder sig sedan årsskiftet 2008-2009 av affärssy- stemetMicrosoft dynamics AX. I verksamheten finns ett behov av ett antal standardiseraderapporter för uppföljning som inte existerar i Dynamics AX idag samt en portaldär dessa rapporter lätt kan hittas.Syftet med examensarbetet är att ta fram enhifi-prototyp som visar hur rapporter för verksamhetsuppföljning kan standardiserasoch presenteras i ett webbgränssnitt.Arbetet som utförts i examensarbetet kan delasin i fyra steg. Först gjordes ett antal intervjuer med personal från olika nivåer iorganisationen för att få en bra bild av vilka rapporter som det fanns ett behov av.Därefter sammanställdes dessa intervjuer till scenarion som sedan användes för attta fram en kravspecifikation i det tredje steget. I det sista steget utvecklades självahifi-prototypen utifrån kravspecifikationen.Vissa av rapporterna som prototypeninnehåller är informationsmässigt väldigt att generera.

This paper aims to analyze if ground based air defence of the Swedish Defence Forces is sufficiently equipped to protect units serving abroad. The Swedish ground based airdefece has its roots in the era of the cold war but the focus of Swedish Defence Forces has shifted from defending Swedish territory to peace keeping and peace enforcement in foreign countries. First I will take a look at the base factors for ground based air defence units serving in a peace keeping or enforcing mission and then use this to define what abilities you would like to have in a ground based air defence system. This essay is about the Swedish working woman in the early 1930s. The empirical data consists mainly of Arbetarkvinnornas Tidning (AKT), a Swedish Communist magazine which was launched in December 1929. A qualitative discourse method has been used. Texts, articles, letters to the editor and reports about social conditions in Sweden and Soviet during the years 1929-1932 has been examined. Soviet women models and ideal types are compared with the image of the Swedish working woman.
