The aim of this study is to describe ideas put forward by Sweden Democrats (Swedish: Sverigedemokraterna) about Christianity in Sweden and the Church of Sweden as a Folk Church, a church for a whole people, and how the political party uses Christianity as a part of constructing a Swedish identity. The investigation is based on official documents, newspaper articles, statements and political motions which are analysed using a form of text analysis called idea analysis. The theoretical frame of the investigation is founded on Claire Mitchell?s theory about religious content in ethnic identities and Einar Billing?s and Johan Alfred Eklund?s thoughts about what makes the Church of Sweden a Folk Church.The investigation shows, among other things, that the Sweden Democrats? view of the Church of Sweden is similar to the thoughts of Eklund but they differ in their lack of references to theology. The investigation also shows that Christianity serves as an important marker for the Sweden Democrats in creating a Swedish identity. .

The living library started in Denmark at the festival of Roskilde in 2000. It was initiated by the youth organisation ?Stop volden? (?Stop the violence?). Since 2005 the idea of lending a human being who represents a prejudice has also become a practice in a few public libraries in Sweden. I found it interesting to analyse the living library in relation to the mission of diversity in the public library.

The aim of the current study was to examine the radical right-wing sympathizers in Sweden. To fulfill this aim, a quantitative case study on Sweden Democrats sympathizers was conducted. More specifically, this study has examined socio-economic backgrounds and political attitudes of the Sweden Democrat sympathizers. The results show that sympathizers of Sweden Democrats are higher among younger people and men. The results also show a higher support for Sweden Democrats among people with lower education and low income that also live in small towns and in the countryside.

Miljökontoret i Luleå har sedan 1997 gett tillstånd till ett antal minireningsverk i Luleå kommun. I april 2006 fanns det totalt 42 hushåll med minireningsverk. Syftet med examensarbetet har varit att ta reda på vilka typer av minireningsverk det finns i kommunen, hur de fungerar, vad som egentligen kommer ut från anläggningarna och om serviceavtal finns. I examensarbetet finns en litteraturstudie över vad avloppsvatten innehåller och allmänt hur minireningsverk fungerar. De reningsverk som finns i kommunen är från tre olika tillverkare, arbetet innehåller en beskrivning av dessa anläggningar baserat på det material som finns från tillverkarna.

This essay is about the hamlets´ older boundaries, i.e. boundary lines (?rågångar?) and boundary markers in the form of rocks, and an own survey of two hamlet boundaries in southeast Sweden. Many of the boundary rocks were subjected to unintentional damage or destruction that arose during forestry activities, the excavation of ditches, or road construction. Boundaries between hamlets sparsely populated areas were not clearly defined from the beginning, but were established initially in the form of boundary zones, that often consisted of wetlands, watercourses, or mountain heights.

This was done in the context of how organisations of civil society have gained influence. Following questions were answered: How does UNICEF Sweden legitimise its operation? Which strategies does UNICEF Sweden use to encourage involvement and donations?The study shows how UNICEF Sweden legitimises its work by promoting a unique influence, their unique methods of work and by showing how the organisation helps the most disadvantaged children.

The municipality of Västervik, with support from Envipro Miljöteknik AB, is carrying out a main study of the minefields at Gladhammar. Mining of iron, copper and cobalt under different periods from the 16th century until the end of the 19th century has led to discharges of metals to the lakes situated downstream. The aim of the main study is to investigate the possibilities to reduce the environmental load on the surrounding ground and water caused by heavy metals from the mine. Syftet med studien var att få ökad insikt och förståelse för lärande av pop- , rock- och soulsång. Speciellt intresse ägnades moment i sångundervis- ningen som berör stilenligt sound, sväng och personligt sound/uttryck, och undervisningsmetoder som kan vara lämpliga. Efter granskning av forskning i böcker, tidskrifter, artiklar och sidor på Internet utfördes intervjuer av tre aktiva sångpedagoger i Sverige som arbetar med den populärmusikaliska genren som utgångspunkt. Resultatet visar att elever kan lära sig att sjunga pop och rock stilenligt och med sväng främst genom att lyssna och härma förebilder och föregångare inom stilen, samt genom att eleverna får möjlighet att träffa en pedagog som kan vägleda eleven på ett fruktbart sätt i hans eller hennes utveckling. Det är också av intresse att eleverna får lära sig att reflektera över vad det är de hör i musiken, vad de tycker om och inte, och finna sin egen identitet inom stilarna.

This research outlines studies about the relationship between social integration process of Japanese immigrants in Sweden and how social media assists in this process. The purpose of this research includes: To find out the reasons of migration to Sweden for six Japanese immigrants, any difficulties that they faced at the beginning of their immigration process and/or any positive qualities that they found in living in Sweden, whether they have accessed social media since they have moved in, if they do so, how the social media has been used and also, whether the social media has had a role to play in contributing to help their social integration process. In addition, it has been considered whether the participants have plans to return to Japan. In Sweden, there is relatively small Japanese migrant population. This social science research paper is the first in Sweden which explores the immigration process of Japanese migrants into Sweden.

AbstractMedia presents hate crimes and nationalism as phenomenon that has increased both internationally and nationally in recent years. Further media largely pair these phenomenon together. The groups mostly exposed to hate and nationalism are people of different ethnic origin and LGBTQ (lesbian, gay, bi, trans and queer) people. In Sweden's general election in 2010 a RHP-party, Sweden Democrats, made it in to Parliament. The purpose of this study was to examine how hate crimes and nationalism, in the form of the Sweden Democrats, has increased in Sweden and if there was any link between them.

Under detta projekt har vi tittat på hur man kan återladda en bergvärmekonfiguration med lågtempererade solfångare. Projektet utfördes åt Newsec Energy i Stockholm vars kund samfälligheten Ängsbacken ville minska andelen tillskottsenergi som utgörs av olja till sin bergvärmeanläggning. En utredning av anläggningen gjordes av Newsec Energy som visade att berget kylts ned och att anläggningens borrhål varit underdimensionerade. Vi fick uppdraget att utveckla en systemlösning med lågtempererade solfångare..

Examensarbetet utfördes på Atlas Copco Rock Drills och det gick ut på att uppdatera en borrenhet med Rig Control System. Det är ett datastyrt hydrauliksystem som möjliggör automatisk borrning. För att få automatisk borrning behöver borrmaskinens position mätas med hög noggrannhet och en lösning kunde presenteras som uppfyller det kravet. Projektet startade med att ta fram olika förslag i form av koncept som sedan utvärderades med personal från Atlas Copco. Resultatet blev ett förslag som sedan vidareutvecklades och kompletterades med produktionsritningar och strukturer..
