Syftet med denna kvalitativa studie har varit att undersöka förskollärares definition av omsorgssvikt, samt om emotioner påverkar att förskollärare gör en anmälan till socialtjänsten gällande omsorgssvikt. Empirin samlades in med kvalitativa intervjuer av fyra förskollärare, som hade erfarenhet av anmälan till socialtjänsten. Intervjuerna analyserades med hjälp av teori om omsorgssvikt, emotioner samt interaktionsritualer. Studien ger inblick och förståelse för förskolepersonalens kunskap och erfarenheter av omsorgssvikt samt om hur emotioner formar relationer mellan de inblandade och kan påverka en anmälan. Resultatet visade att förskollärarnas definition av omsorgssvikt inte består av ett visst antal tecken, utan att de bildar sig en helhetsuppfattning av barnets situation.

Intressenter har under de senaste åren ställt högre krav på att företag ska ta ett socialt ansvar vilket har bidragit till en omfattande debatt om Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Denna uppsats ämnar att undersöka hur Ericssons CSR integreras på organisationens huvudkontor i Kista. För att kunna svara på samhällets förväntningar är det väsentligt för företag att integrera CSR djupt i organisationen. För att integrera CSR presenterar denna uppsats en fyrstegsprocess som bygger på att företag bör ha en intern CSR röst, att de ska mäta CSR aktiviteterna, att företaget ska ha ett proaktivt synsätt och att det ska ske en attitydförändring angående CSR i företaget. Genom att analysera Ericssons CSR-aktiviteter utifrån denna process kan vi konstatera att Ericsson integrerar sina CSR aktiviteter via sitt ledningssystem, sin Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability rapport, intern kommunikation och utbildning och dialoger med företagets interna intressenter.

The purpose of this study is to examine a brand?s green marketing and its consumers? perception of it in order to compare these views. The idea is to find a potential gap and what effect it may have on the brand. A case study has therefore been made with the grocery market brand Coop with focus on organic food. The material used consists of texts from Coop?s website to represent their brand.

The aim of this study was to examine how the political party Sweden Democrats is represented in two Swedish newspapers. The study included a national newspaper and a local newspaper, Aftonbladet and Blekinge Läns Tidning. We studied 35 articles from both papers, from 2005 and from 2009. We analyzed the texts using the linguist Norman Faircloughs (1995) method for discourse analysis. Based on his theories, we created our own model to examine the texts. Our model primarily focused on representation. The study was conducted at a time when Sweden Democrats was given much support in opinion polls and knocked on the door to the Swedish Parliament. The study showed that Sweden Democrats in both newspapers, primarily by descriptions, the choice of interviewees, etc., often are represented as racists.

The purpose of this study was to investigate how Swedish retail companies work with CSR internationally.The study also sought to explore the opportunities and challenges that exist, and the stakeholders that motivate companies CSR commitment.The theoretical framework is composed of international CSR guidelines of the OECD and the UN, Carroll's CSR pyramid and three-stage model and Freeman's stakeholder theory. Furthermore a qualitative research approach was applied where four in-depth interviews were conducted with representatives from Axfood, Löfbergs Lila, Oriflame and CSR Sweden.Finally, the study demonstrated the conclusion that the companies CSR strategies are structured in a similar way regardless of the market. CSR attract and retain workers, create a good reputation for brands and results in working conditions, living standards and environmental improvements. Difficulties, however, are the complexity of being able to control each partner and manage differences in language, laws and culture between countries. Finally there are a number of stakeholders that motivate companies to work with CSR, of which shareholders are considered the most important..

Background: In a world that are becoming more and more aware of the climate changes that occur as a consequence of the increasing emissions around the world companies? experience that the opinion blame the internal processors for this. Many companies feel forced to align their strategies to the environmental goals set by the community. Some of the emissions the companies? operations can be linked to business trips and it is therefore interesting to see how these can be reduced by using different performance measures.

Företeelsen har i allt större utsträckning vuxit fram under de senaste decennierna, samtidigt som en oundviklig medvetenhet om att både privatpersoner och företag måste börja förhålla sig till jordens begränsningar blivit allt starkare. Ett verktyg som delvis uppkommit till följd av ovanstående omständigheter är hållbarhetsredovisning, som i grunden är kompletterande redovisningsinformation rörande etik, miljö och samhällsengagemang. Syfte: Syftet med studien är att upplysa kring hållbarhetsområdet, med fokus på hållbarhetsredovisning enligt GRI. Our purpose was to examine why and how to start a ?bridge building enterprise? between qualified Chinese human capital and Swedish structure capital. The theoretical framework consists of literature from well renowned authors and is divided into four different parts: Intellectual Capital, Knowledge Management, China & Intercultural understanding. The empirical foundation has been gathered from a great variety of different sources in an attempt to cover the many complex angels in which this subject can be looked upon. In this study environmental work in the Swedish hotel chain "Scandic" is investigated. Earlier studies point out sustainability and different environmental certificate programs as essential for the housing sector to contribute to sustainable tourism. The purpose and willingness to fulfill such a mission has been investigated by interviewing central actors in the hotel chain. The result shows that there is a desire to be part of environmental certificate programs mainly for the reason to be part of the system and not for the benefit of nature. Sustainable development is understood as being environmentally friendly. Different solutions to adapt and being more environmentally friendly is discussed.

At this point seamen have a lot of tasks of administrative character, beyond the traditional tasks aboard a ship. Due to the new conventions that are formed by IMO, more requirements are added which often lead to time consuming administrative tasks and documentation that should be spent on activities which are contributing to the ships safety. The issue has been observed by IMO that has through BIMCO done a study with the aim to identify and reduce administrative burdens at sea.The primary aim of this study is to find out if safety officers aboard Swedish ferries consider that SOLAS Chapter III, 8.3 och 19.5 regulations are administrative burdens, restricted to muster lists and documentation of training aboard the ship.The secondary questions to the study are if it is possible to remove, combine or change the documents and how much time can be saved by doing this. The question about timesaving could not be answered, because the values were scattered and could not be used for further investigation. The observed values were accumulated by a survey and the result indicated that safety officers did not experience the two regulations as administrative burdens.

Studien av hållbarhetsredovisningar har genomförts med hjälp av kvantitativ data. Teoriteska perspektiv: Teoretiska referensramen består av intressentmodellen, Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) och Media Agenda Setting Theory (MAST). Empiri: Det empiriska materialet grundar sig på intervjuer av åtta företag, två revisionsbyråer samt två experter.
