Motivation - Vilka faktorer kan företag med monotona arbetssyslor förbättra för att öka sina medarbetares motivation?
Arbetssysslan har en stor påverkan på medarbetarnas motivation. Är arbetssysslan monoton kan det skapa negativ effekt attityden kring arbetsplatsen och motivationen. Syftet med denna forskningsstudie är att bidra med förståelse kring hur företag med monotona arbetssysslor kan öka motivationen hos sina medarbetare. Fokusen i studien ligger på att ta reda på vilka faktorer det är som kan öka motivationen hos medarbetare med monotona arbetssysslor. Utifrån en kvantitativ surveyundersökning hos tre företag tar vi reda på hur företagen arbetar med motivation och hur medarbetarna upplever motivationen utifrån olika motivationsfaktorer.
Faktorer som påverkar elevers motivation
Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka vad det är som gör att eleverna känner sig motiverade eller omotiverade och vilka faktorer som påverkar deras motivation. Uppsatsen ger förhoppningsvis läsaren en fördjupad förståelse för elevers motivation.För att uppnå studiens syfte har jag genomfört kvalitativa intervjuer med åtta elever. Intervjufrågorna baseras på studiens frågeställningar: Vad är elevernas uppfattning om vad som gör dem motiverade? samt, Vilka faktorer påverkar elevernas motivation?Jag för även ett teoretiskt resonemang kring motivation som baserar sig på vad forskare tidigare har skrivit inom ämnet.Analysen av resultatet visar att eleverna i undersökningen i regel känner sig motiverade inför skolan och skolarbetet. Aspekter såsom engagerade lärare och elevernas mål påverkar motivationen.

The need for second language learning is increasing in today?s multicultural and globalized society, and adult studies are becoming more common. Teachers must encourage all students, and all schools need to promote equality. Motivation is one of the most important factors for positive learning and progress, and it can be helpful for second language teachers to know more about this subject. The aim of this study was to examine which motivational factors that influence adult immigrants to learn Swedish through SFI education in Sweden.
Motivation at Work?
The purpose of this diagnostic master thesis is to examine the motivation of the individuals working in a specific section at Sony Ericsson BGNMVNL. In order to do this, we will distinguish motivational and de-motivational factors that influence the individuals? in their work. Further, we also have the aim of giving recommendations on how to act on these outcomes in order to improve the motivation in BGNMVNL. Our thesis is a diagnostic study in which data is collected by qualitative face-to-face interviews and observations with selected individuals at Sony Ericsson.

Earlier research has shown that combining education with entertainment can improve students motivation in school. With this study we aim to learn more about interactive digital learning resources and how they should be designed to entertain and thereby contribute to motivation. We have identified aspects of educational games that also could be considered when developing interactive digital learning resources, to make them more entertaining and motivating. We have chosen to study and evaluate an interactive digital learning resource called ?Grasp the Disaster?, a fictional online adventure created for students in the ages between 13-15.

this study was to gain a better understanding of how adult learners with ADHD
experience academic studies related to cognitive difficulties, emotion,

Inre arbetsmotivation och engagemang i organisationen: en studie om skillnader mellan inhyrda och tillsvidareanställda läkare
The purpose of the study was to examine if intrinsic motivation and work commitment to the organization differs between permanent doctors and hired doctors. The total of 63 doctors who participated in the study made an internet-based survey with 21 questions taken from the Basic Need Satisfaction at Work Scale and 3 questions from the section ?work commitment? in QPS Nordic. The main results of the study showed that permanent doctors perceived a higher level of intrinsic motivation on all the three needs autonomy, competence and relatedness. Att motivera och/eller manipulera : En begreppsutredande litteraturstudie
This study aims to theoretically investigate the concepts of the interpersonal actions 'to motivate' and 'to manipulate' and also to examine possible differences and similarities between the two. The method used is a conceptual review based on the Self-Determination Theory, related to the concept of motivation, and Machiavellianism, related to the concept of manipu-lation. The results show that 'to motivate', according to Self-Determination Theory, concerns influencing the intrinsic or extrinsic motivation, where intrinsic motivation is related to the feeling of self-determination, inner locus of causality, being or feeling competent and exercise activities for the pleasure of it, whilst extrinsic motivation is related to external locus of cau-sality, external pressure and engaging in activities for the purpose of reaching a goal or re-ward. 'To manipulate' is according to Machiavellianism based on the manipulator doing whatever it takes to reach a certain goal and gain something for himself with no regard of what methods being used. Relationen : en väg till motivation
Denna uppsats syftar till att undersöka sambandet mellan rättvisa och motivation bland skolelever, då det tidigare saknats specifik forskning inom området. Enkäter delades ut till högstadieelever för att mäta deras upplevelse av distributiv, procedural, informativ respektive interpersonell rättvisa i relationen till läraren samt deras motivation i skolarbetet. Totalt ingick 227 respondenter i studien. Resultatet visade på ett signifikant positivt samband mellan samtliga former av rättvisa och motivation i skolarbetet. Graden av informativ respektive interpersonell rättvisa visade sig även förutsäga graden av motivation i skolarbetet.

Målformuleringar och deras påverkan på inre motivation: Universitetsstudenters inre motivation för lärande
Syftet med detta examensarbete är att studera den påverkan som olika typer av mål har på inre motivation för studenter. Hypotesen är att försökspersoner i genomsnitt erhåller högre inre motivation för en uppgift med inlärningsmål än för en identisk uppgift med resultatmål. Uppgiften behandlade det psykologiska begreppet kognitiv dissonans. Uppgiften genomfördes av 30 försökspersoner där15utförde uppgiften med inlärningsmål och 15 med resultatmål. Efter att försökspersonerna hade genomfört uppgiften mättes deras inre motivation för uppgiften med hjälp av en enkät.

This is a study of innovative technologies that are primarily based on collaboration with a client who in this study is called FTG, because they chose to be anonymous. A problem set has been presented, analyzed and worked with. The result of this is that we found some weaknesses in the leadership that have influenced the motivation in the workgroup negatively. The study has focus on changing leadership in order to increase motivation and openness to innovation within the company. With this focus on change in leadership, we have done a basic search for relevant theories related to the topic and found interesting data to work with.
