In this degree project I have tried to analyse thoughts about what?s important in the future work among Students that are leaving the Land and animal husbandry programme. I have also asked employer to understand to what degree they knew about the coming employees thoughts about the future. The method was a questionnaire which was sent to 14 schools of Land and animal husbandry. The questionnaire was answered by Students in their last schoolterm. I got 167 answers from Students. 11 employer also were asked about their ideas conserning the Students thoughts about their coming work. The questions where about wages, working environement, responsibility and further education. The questions were multiple choise.

This present study is a result of a research that I made . My purpose is to find out how the debate about inclusion looked like back in the history. My research was about the view we had absolut inclusion in the history, I also made some interviewes among teachers and Students in the schools of today. I wanted to se their views about inclusion today and I wanted to know their opinions about inclusion. Did the Students and the teachers have prejudice against other Students with functional disabilities as Down syndrom and blindness? What was their thoughts about inclusion of Students with differents functional disabilities?One more task I had with this study I made was to raise another debate about inclusion .! Keywords: Inclusion and funtional disabilities.

The main purpose of this study was to compare the levels of anger and aggression between male and female Police Academy Students (N=106) and male university Students (N=100), using 2 psychometric anger instruments; Novaco Anger Scale-1998-S (NAS-1998-S) and Aggression Questionnaire-S (AQ-S). Another aim was to examine if there was a difference in anger and aggression between male and female Police Academy Students. Questionnaires were handed out to Police Academy Students in Växjö and the result was compared to university Students from a previous study by Lindqvist, Dåderman & Hellström (2003). Analyses using a series of Independent sample t-tests showed a significantly lower level of anger and aggression in the Police Academy sample. There were no significant difference in anger and aggression between males and females with the exception of two subscales of the NAS-1998-S and AQ-S; females scored significantly higher on NAS Arousal and males scored significantly higher on AQ Physical aggression..

We wanted to study if and how Students become motivated and stimulated towards a permanent interest for regular physical activity, from a pedagogical perspective. Our goal was to examine how physical education teachers create motivation for the Students and how you, as a physical education teacher, can motivate those Students who are physically inactive due to obesity or other various kinds of problems. In the theoretical background, we have made a summary of sports and development of the physical education subject over the years. We also describe society´s perspective on public health. The motivation concept is definded and we explain different motivational theories.

The aim of this master?s thesis is to examine the information needs in the character subjects of the Students at a vocationally oriented program in the Swedish upper secondary school. I also examine from which sources the Students get the information. I want to create a wider understanding of information seeking processes at a vocationally oriented programme. The main focus is the Students? own thoughts and opinions about their information needs and information seeking processes.

Swedish Students' knowledge of both mathematics and reading comprehension has deteriorated in recent years. Scientists are discussing whether there is a connection between these areas and that the pupils deteriorating math skills may have something to do with their increasingly lower results in terms of reading comprehension. To investigate this possible connection, I conducted a survey among Students in ninth grade and have come to the conclusion that the scientists are right: this connection absolutely exist. Students who received a high score on tasks designed to test Students' mathematical problem-solving skills, also received high results on the reading comprehension test. And Students who received a poor performance on the problem-solving tasks, were also low performers in the reading comprehension test.

The purpose of this study is to analyse and describe social work Students? view on a person with self-injurious behaviour and the following issues. The aim and focus is on the general depiction. The theoretical perspectives have been intersectionality and its focus on social constructivism, and gender perspectives. The method was semi-structured interviews with eight social work Students at Linnaeus University Kalmar.

The purpose of this Masters thesis is to investigate how Students at an upper secondary school for adults use school and public library when searching for information for school assignments. The focus in this investigation is on the feelings and experiences of the process of the information seeking and use. The focus is also on the Students experiences of school and public libraries and the help they receive from them in learning. The method used is focus groups interviews. Two groups were interviewed.

This is a qualitative study of high school Students? definition of their conception of a ?good? teacher. Its purpose is to provide increased insight for teachers about Students? ideas of the phenomenon. The study is based on the reports of six respondents, which was later analysed according to the Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis method (IPA).

Aim and questionsThe purpose for this study was to investigate how marks and mark settings are formed in physical training at some compulsory schools. We also wanted to see how the criteria for marks are formed. These were the main questions during this study.? How do the Students find the evaluation and the making in physical training?? Are there differences between different student groups when it comes to their experience around estimation and marking in physical training? (gender, marks, schools etc.)? How do the teachers motivate their marking in physical training?? Are there any differences between the criteria for marking between different schools?MethodThe study was carried out during the spring 2005 at eight schools in a municipality in the middle of Sweden. The study involved 339 Students opinion polls and 12 teacher opinion polls.

This essay investigates the knowledge about the dialect in Jönköping among youths in the same city. My aim is primarily to focus on their knowledge around words and expressions in the dialect of Jönköping. My method is both qualitative and quantitative and the survey was performed through questionnaires that were sent out to 50 Students. In the questionnaires the Students were asked to translate words from the dialect in Jönköping but also to freely speculate around the features in the dialect. My findings indicate that the knowledge around the Students own dialect is very poor. Knowledge about the words and expressions that were used in my questionnaire were also poor but among those words that the Students actually recognized many originated from the Romany language.

The aim of this thesis is to look for signs of Students? understanding of algebra by studying how they make the transition from arithmetic to algebra. Students in an Upper Secondary class on the Natural Science program and Science and Technology program were given a questionnaire with a number of algebraic problems of different levels of difficulty. Especially important for the study was that Students leave comments and explanations of how they solved the problems. According to earlier research, transitions are the most critical steps in problem solving.

The main purpose of this study was to establish to what extent undergraduate Students use reference services, what knowledge they have about those services and what their views of them are.The survey took place at Lund University Library, UB1, the main library responsible for collections in social sciences, humanities, theology and law. A total of 476 undergraduate Students were asked to fill in a questionnaire, 273 accepted. The study is quantitative and was carried out during the autumn semester, 1996.The results show that the service used most frequently by undergraduate Students is the reference collection. The least used service is the Internet, more than 50 percent of the Students never use Internet at the University Library. In general, Students are very pleased with the service given by the reference librarians, and with the collection of reference books.

The purpose of this study is to investigate what kind of idea a group of Students in third grade, who attends a school in the Stockholm area, have on group work in school and how they think it affects their learning.The study is based on two questions:What opinion do the Students have about group work?What opinion do the Students have about how group work affects their learning?The method I have used to retrieve information has been to interview six different Students, where the interviews were both individually and in groups. I started by interviewing Students individually and then had a group interview. The idea with the group interview was to end it all with a brief discussion about the thoughts that came up during the individual interviews. I chose a selection of six Students, four girls and two boys which they all were at the age of 9 and go to the same school.The socio-cultural and structural perspectives, is those theoretical perspectives that my study is based on.
