Research now shows that the Individual Educational Programs (IEP) are dominated by individual- oriented actions. This despite the fact that the school`s policy documents advocate that IEP should be viewed in context of the school`s activities. Support must be seen from a holistic perspective and the Student`s difficulties will be related to the whole school environment. In an attempt to understand why the individual- oriented actions are still there, I have studied how specific IEP are formulated, and how it relates to the school`s policy documents.In the study, I used discourse theory as a method. By examining the I E P in educational activity, I wanted to find the meaning with which the concept of individual, group and organizational level were filled.The results show that the IEP in comparison with the policy documents mainly differ on the definition of group and organizational level.

Preschool belongs to Lpo-94. School readiness can interprets in different kind of aspects, then you can not found any goals to reach in Lpo- 94 for the pre-school, which preschool teachers can relay to. There are comprehensive goals for the nine-year school in Lpo- 94, about which knowledge the Student should have for the fifth grade. Purpose of the studie is to examine preschool teachers understanding of the phenomenon school readiness. Qualitative interviews by preschool teachers in south and middle of Sweden has been carried out and a hermeneutic analyse has been used for a deeper understanding of pre-school teachers interprets of school readiness.

The aim of the present study is to describe the experiences of high school Students as regards the effects of their activities, in and out of lessons, being published on the web. In addition, a further purpose is to acquire knowledge about whether a website could be used as means of increasing the Students level of attention, and focus, to their activities in school; and, furthermore, how such a website should be designed to correspond with the Students requests.The implemented methods are interviews with Students, school administrators and teachers. A survey was conducted covering the Student?s personal experiences and opinions. Furthermore, an interface test of the website was performed.

The purpose of this master's thesis is to investigate how the Students at Chalmers University of Technology at Lindholmen in Gothenburg use libraries in their schoolwork. The empirical material consists of the answers of questionnaires that were handed out to two classes of Students, on the second year of their education. To illustrate the topic there are a theoretical frame and examples of earlier studies. The theoretical frame is Limbergs texts that deal with for example information seeking and how important it is in all education. The earlier studies are about Student's different ways of using libraries.

Arbetet har genomförts i samarbete med uppdragsgivaren HT-Svarv i KalixFör att definiera befintliga problem med dagens konstruktion har förstudier, med kartläggning av företagets behov, genomförts. HT-Svarv vill ändra hur bussningen monteras ihop. Detta för att få kortare operationstid under processen och minska behovet av personal vid montering.

The aim of the study is to investigate attitudes about rapists and to determine whether it is felt that they need treatment, imprisonment or a combination of the two. The study examines differences in attitudes between two different educational groups. The first group of Students is comprised of those studying on programs that lead to careers working with people, whilst the other contains Students who will work in business administration. The investigation also includes views on which punishment alternative the informants believed to be the most appropriate. The same differences are also investigated between gender and age.

Varje år dör 125 människor i Sverige i alkoholrelaterade trafikolyckor och ännu fler skadas. Detta medför stora kostnader för samhället och lidande för de som drabbas. Unga vuxna är överrepresenterade i olycksstatistiken för alkoholrelaterade olyckor. Syftet med studien var att undersöka unga vuxna högskolestuderandes (mellan 18-24 år) vanor och attityder till alkohol och bilkörning. Vi gjorde en enkätstudie på en högskola.

The aim of this study was to investigate what formative assessment means and get information about how teachers? assessment practice in formative assessment can look like, based on five key strategies. I have observed five teachers in grade 4 to 6 during a week of their mathematics teaching. Formative assessment is assessment for learning and has the purpose to support Students? knowledge development.

The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to examine and understand how teachers of younger children teach information literacy and also what part the school library and the school librarian take in this process.I have, in the study, used parts of Limberg & Folkesson´s IDOL project as my theoretical framework and the material was collected through qualitative interviews with four teachers. My result of this study indicates that many teachers have a vague idea of what information literacy is. My study also indicates that teachers only teach information literacy occasionally. This despite the new curriculum (Lgr11) which clearly indicates that information literacy is a priority. Some of the teachers express an opinion that the Students, for example; in their source critical ability, develop this skill with age.

Finns det någonting att vinna på att lämna skolan ett par år mellan gymnasiet och det att en högskoleutbildning påbörjas och finns det något värde i de erfarenheter en Student eventuellt har från livet utanför skolan? Ser Studenter och lärare inom musiklärarutbildningen någon nytta med dessa värden och ser även rektorer inom den kommunala kultur- och musikskolan att dessa värden har någon betydelse? Jag har i denna undersökning valt att intervjua aktörer inom musikhögskolan och den kommunala musik och kulturskolan för att ta reda på hur de ser på värdet av tidigare erfarenheter. Det resultat som jag slutligen kommit fram till visar att detta ämne är komplext och det är svårt att ge ett riktigt svar efter en undersökning som löper över enbart ett halvår. Dock visar de intervjuades svar att det är viktigt att dessa frågor diskuteras eftersom de flesta är överens om att det finns värden i tidigare erfarenheter..

The aim of this thesis is to examine how secondary teachers in the subject of history are using the textbook in their teaching. Four questions are being dealt with in this thesis. What importance is being placed on the use of history textbooks by the secondary teachers? What priorities do the secondary teachers have? How do they deal with Student interests? And what is the importance of the secondary teachers? work experience? I have interviewed four secondary teachers with different work experience to complete this thesis. A Dictaphone has been used in all the interviews. Research has shown that textbooks now have a central role in teaching and the lack of alternative materials and reduction of teaching hours has made it difficult to replace. The main conclusions of the thesis are that the history textbook has a dual role depending on the teacher you ask, and that the history book is used differently by the teachers.

Today there are many studies that have shown positive results in the treatment of ICT at an early age. The focus of the studies vary, and they target everything from the actual implementation of teaching resources in ICT, to Student performance with ICT support. Regardless of the amount of studies on the subject, there is no precise strategy for how to implement, working with ICT, integrate ICT in different subjects, utilizing the hardware and software that is or how it will eventually respond to new technologies. This work will there by focusing on trying to develop a basis for further research and hopefully in the future to develop an ICT strategy at a national level.In order to provide a basis, a comparison was made of ten different schools. The schools were entered into a table showing the similarities and differences .
