Skola för en hållbar framtid : En kvalitativ undersökning om lärare och elevers tankar om hållbar utveckling

The purpose of this study is to find out teachers and Students thoughts about sustainable development. Research shows that sustainable development should be a part of all education. When this is the case, the Student´s will develop a competence to act in this matter. This is important so Student´s encourages to act and make decisions based on knowledge about sustainable development. This field investigation is based on four interviews with teachers and eleven interviews with Student´s. The result shows that the teachers has learned a lot about the concept, and in different ways realizated this in their teaching.

The Students participating in my development work will work with a process book for handicraft studies. In the beginning of their studies, the Students need practical knowledge about the development of the profession itself, but they also need to be challenged and learn how to solve problems on their own which will help them gain a deeper knowledge of the subject.    I focus on open questions to create a process with the Students. This process is created when working with Solution-Focused-Education. Through ?assessment for learning? we can help the Students to improve their self-assessment and understanding of the learning process.

Arbetsmiljö : Arbetsgivarens skyldigheter och olika sätt att uppnå en tillfredställande arbetsmiljö

The Swedish school law says that Students who need special education should have all the support they need to reach the qualification that is set up. The arrangements have to be written down in an Individual education plan (IEP). Before the IEP is set up there has to be an investigation about what kind of support and measures the Student needs to reach the qualification that is set up. The aim of this study is to examine Student?s participation in school and in the progress with their own IEP.I have accomplished a qualitative study by interviewing eight Students during the letter part in the nine-year school.

Bidrar nationella prov i svenska till likvärdiga betyg?

The purpose of this essay has been to investigate if the national test results, in the subject of Swedish B at upper secondary school, are affecting a Student?s final grade in varied degree among different teachers. The purpose has also been to investigate if the assessment of these tests is equivalent among different teachers. This particular investigation showed that there are big differences between how teachers grade, in relation to achieved results on the national test. According to the Swedish National Agency for Education, the teacher should take all performance information available into consideration for each particular Student.

"Jag hävdar att det här har funnits jämt" : Formativ bedömning på mellanstadiet

The porpuse of this paper is to find out how three teachers working in years four to six in a Swedish school say they use formative assessment and how they use it in educational practice, and if there is a difference in the use of formative assessment between year four, five and six. Formative assessment is the kind of assessment that aims to enhance the Student?s learning, as opposed to summative assessment wich is intended only to summarize Student?s accomplishments. To answer the purpose, I conducted qualitative interviews with the teachers, and observations in each of the teachers? classrooms.

Den ojämlika kommunikationen ? regel eller undantag? En studie av några elevers uppfattningar om kommunikation och interaktion med lärare

In a classroom it is important that interaction between a teacher and a Student works or else the communication between them will be lost or come to harm. In the interaction between teacher and Student it is important that both of them respect each other, take the necessary responsibility and cooperate. The purpose of this paper is to investigate how the Students per-ceive the communication in the classroom with their teachers and how the interaction be-tween teachers and Students affects the communication. We have made interviewed with stu-dent in high school concerning their opinion of how interaction and communication work be-tween teachers and Students. Our method is qualitative and we used open-ended questions.

Jakten på en trygg oas i en torr öken : En studie om varför studententreprenörer väljer att delta i självorganiserade företagsnätverk

The aim of this study is to, by developing ideal types, describe why Studententrepreneurs participate in self organised business network. The investigation is based on answers from 41 participants in the business network ?Företagare på Lnu?, as well astwo semi-focused groups, which where analysed by using Webers (1978) ideal types.The investigation shows that there are several reasons for Student entrepreneurs to participate in self organised business network. For instance some people participate to gather knowledge from other Student entrepreneurs for their own future, since they have an idea of soon starting their own business. Others participate just for the fun of knowing what?s going on at the university..

Personligt varumärke: En studie om hur studenter kan bli mer konkurrenskraftiga på arbetsmarknaden

Nyutexaminerade Studenter inom samma utbildning går alla ut med samma teoretiska kunskap, men vad är det som gör att en Student skiljer sig från mängden och utmärker sig i ett hav av Studenter med samma utbildning? Med denna fråga i huvudet valdes ämnet personal branding, eller personligt varumärkesbyggande, i syfte att få bättre kunskap vad en Student kan göra för att bli mer attraktiv på arbetsmarknaden efter examen. Syftet med denna uppsats är att få en bättre förståelse för hur en Student kan utveckla det egna personliga varumärket för att bli mer konkurrenskraftig på arbetsmarknaden. Studien är en fallstudie av kvalitativ karaktär där vi genom intervjuer utfrågat två respondenter kunniga inom ämnet men som också innehar en god insyn för just Studenters perspektiv.Slutsatsen av studien visar på att med ett starkt personligt varumärke blir man som Student mer konkurrenskraftig på arbetsmarknaden och står ut över sina konkurrenter vid sökande av jobb efter examen. Et annat fynd är att det krävs många egenskaper och finns mycket att ha åtanke som Student vid utvecklandet ett personligt varumärke som ska ses som starkt.

En kvalitativ studie om frivilligorganisationens samverkan med myndigheter kring hedersrelaterat våld och förtryck

The purpose of this study has been to examine and analyze school counselors? experience of collaboration with other professions in the Student health team and the preconditions for their work. The study is based on qualitative semi-structured interviews with six elementary-, and two high school Student counselors in a medium-sized town in Sweden. The theoretical approach being used is: role theory, theory of professions and theory about collaboration. The study´s result shows that the school counselors? experience an unclarity in their job assignments and their role is often described as diffuse and vauge.

Dubbla karriärer : Elitidrottsstudenters uppfattningar om kombinationen elitidrott och akademiska studier

Retiring from elite sport can be a difficult and disruptive process for an elite athlete. To improve the quality of the transition after retirement, elite athletes are recommended to have dual careers which mean they combine their sport with education to be prepared for a new career when they retire from elite sport. To help elite Student-athletes with this combination, universities and sport organizations provide different kind of support. This study was conducted and aimed to investigate elite athletes? perceptions of support offered by a university in Sweden and the elite athletes? perceptions of combining top level sport and academic studies.

Individualisering i undervisningen : Fyra lärares uppfattning om och arbete med individualisering

The purpose of this study is to increase the knowledge of individualism also how individualism is applied in a teacher?s classroom. Based on the curriculum, teaching is tailored to each and every Student?s expectations and needs.  My research has been qualitative and includes four interviews with practicing teachers in two multi-cultural schools in the city of Stockholm. I have investigated how these four teachers perceive individualism, also how they individualize when teaching to meet all Students' expectations and needs according to them.

Attityder hos lärarstuderande till att använda Internet i
undervisningen

Syftet med uppsatsen var att undersöka attityder och förhållningssätt hos en grupp lärarstude-rande till hur Internet används för undervisning och som verktyg i det framtida arbetslivet. Resultatet visar att inställningen inte är en odelat positiv till detta vilket går att tolka på olika sätt. Datorvanan hos de blivande lärarna varierar kraftigt från nybörjarnivå till mycket van användare. Källkritik är något som tas upp av samtliga blivande lärare som viktigt att tänka på, liksom etiska frågor. Essensen av undersökningen visar på en osäkerhet hos blivande lära-re inför hur innehållet på Internet kan användas i undervisningen.

Kundrelationer inom banksektorn : Hur svenska storbanker verkar för att säkerställa kontinuitet och lönsamhet inom studentsegmentet

The purpose of this study is to investigate how the major swedish banks look upon and promote Student profitability as well as long-term relationships within the Student segment from a CRM point of view. The study incorporates a qualitative course of action with an abductive research approach which has been carried out by conducting personal and telephone interviews with representatives from three out of the four major swedish banks Nordea, Swedbank and Handelsbanken. Our research finds that the banks appear to regard their relationships with Students as long-term investments, but that they simultaneously seem to lack distinctive, clear and procreative strategies for securing these relationships. Furthermore, the development of profitability within the Student segment is considered an informal process that does not necessarily need to be computed through the use of quantitative estimates. Also, educational variables does not influence the banks as they segment their customer base and the Student-centred offerings within the banking industry is to be deemed as being standardized rather than differentiated..
