As a newly graduated Student in construction you rarely have as much knowledge as you wish you had. It is a complicated line of business that requires knowledge and understanding of both technical solutions and interaction between actors. It is impossible to be fully learned and with that much unknown it can be hard to know where to start. This report is one step in the right direction. It contains a planning that contains construction and installations for a one level house in Kiruna with its different choices motivated.

Aim and questionsThe purpose for this study was to investigate how marks and mark settings are formed in physical training at some compulsory schools. We also wanted to see how the criteria for marks are formed. These were the main questions during this study.? How do the Students find the evaluation and the making in physical training?? Are there differences between different Student groups when it comes to their experience around estimation and marking in physical training? (gender, marks, schools etc.)? How do the teachers motivate their marking in physical training?? Are there any differences between the criteria for marking between different schools?MethodThe study was carried out during the spring 2005 at eight schools in a municipality in the middle of Sweden. The study involved 339 Students opinion polls and 12 teacher opinion polls.
Eleven i fokus : En studie över gymnasieelevers läsning
The aim of this study is to find out what education in literature is like from a Student perspective; what kind of literature the Students read and how well they understand literature, and the methods and didactics used during the literature lessons. The questions at issue are:1) What kind of literature do the Students read?2) How well do the Students understand literary texts?3) What do the Students think about their literature education?To be able to answer the questions, both quantitative and qualitative methods have been used in the study. The inquiry was accomplished on 29 Students, 17 boys and 12 girls in the upper secondary school. The result showed, despite the limited amount of Students, interesting facts.
Universitetsutbildning - endast till för eliten?
Syftet med vår uppsats har varit att undersöka hur Studenter på Makerere universitet i Kampala, Uganda upplever deras möjligheter att nå och genomföra högre studier. Vi presenterar en kortfattad bild av landets historia och dagsläge för att ge en djupare bild utav Studenternas egna berättelser angående deras dagliga upplevelser och hinder i livet som Student i Makerere Universitet i Kampala, Uganda. Vi berör ämnen såsom familj, finansiering och de olika sponsringssystemen som existerar i landet. Vi hade ett induktivt tillvägagångssätt, där vi valde att bestämma teorier utefter det insamlade materialet. Undersökningen bestod av tre semistrukturerade intervjuer där vi intervjuat en grupp Studenter, en enskild Student men även en akademiker och arbetande lärare på Makerere University i Kampala, Uganda.

To experience well-being physical activity, sense of coherence (SOC) and the individual experience of stress have important functions. School is an important part of the Student?s learning, development and socialisation.
Är landskapsarkitektstudenter isolerade? : en studie om landskapsarkitektstudenters möjligheter att integrera med andra studenter som anknyter till landskapsarkitektens yrkesområde under sin utbildningstid.
This paper examines the opportunities of landscape architect Students to integrate with other Students which are related to the landscape architects vocational field during their education. It also involves a discussion about the profession of landscape architects and the view of landscape architect Students concerning who they will work with in their professional career.
Six qualitative interviews were carried out to identify how one work with Student exchanges, both within the landscape architecture education program and in voluntary forums during the Students' leisure time. The interviewees have experiences of different Student exchanges and different
approach to landscape architecture education at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU) in Alnarp. During the interviews, it emerged that the number of exchanges for different reasons steadily has declined in recent years. At the same time, the interviewed conceded that exchanges are important to prepare Students for their professional career.
An electronic survey was sent to all landscape architecture Students at SLU Alnarp.
Gymnasieelevers förståelse av enhetscirkeln och trigonometri : en undersökning av elevers förståelse av matematiska begrepp, samt vad lärarna anser att nyblivna matematikstudenter bör kunna när de kommer till högskola eller universitet
The aim of my study is to investigate how last year Students in upper secondary schoolunderstand certain mathematical concepts, in particular the unit circle and its trigonometry.I have used intentional analysis to interpret Student?s actions when they solve certain tasks onthe basis of a cognitive, situated and cultural context.Interviews with four university teachers in mathematics about the unit circle, trigonometry,and mathematical understanding, serve both as background for the study and as basis for adiscussion, where I relate Students understanding to what the teachers want new Students toknow about these concepts when they begin university studies in mathematics.The Students were arranged in three groups with three Students in each group. Each group waspresented with two tasks, one in which they were asked to calculate the cosine values for onepointed, one blunt and one straight angle, each located in a separate triangle. They were alsoasked to decide whether the points (0,71; 0,71) and d (1 2 , 3 2 ) are located on the unit circleor not.My conclusion is that Students mainly have an operational conception of the unit circle andtrigonometry. The lack of structural conceptions result in difficulties in seeing connectionsbetween the concepts in unfamiliar situations.

In view of the difficulty of recruiting staff to care profession and in terms of the increasing need to find ways of ensuring a good language level in the profession, have an interest in language tests been revealed. The purpose of this paper is therefore to highlight the use of language tests for admission to the care courses for adults in Värmland. What provided This is a survey of the prevalence and an examination of the validity of the test. The issue that this study assumed is: How is language test in connection with admission to the certified health and social care courses for adults in Värmland? How well correlates intent of the use of the language test with the test's validity and reliability?The methods used to seek answers to these questions has been a combination of questionnaires and experiments.

NYUTEXAMINERADE SJUKSKÖTERSKORS UPPLEVELSER AV ATT VARA NY I SIN YRKESROLL
Det har visats att nyutexaminerade sjuksköterskor har vissa svårigheter att direkt känna sig bekväma i sin nya yrkesroll. Sjuksköterskorna uppnår kraven från verksamheternas sida men det är inte utan att både verksamheterna och sjuksköterskorna själva har påpekat brister i utbildningens struktur främst när det handlar om medicinskt och praktiskt kunnande. Även stressen och det stora ansvaret som medkom i yrket upplevdes överväldigande. Syftet med denna studie var att genom en kvalitativ ansats undersöka nyutexaminerade sjuksköterskors upplevelser av att vara nya i sin yrkesroll. Metod: sex semistrukturerade intervjuer genomfördes för att finna svar på studiens syfte och frågeställning Vad kan underlätta övergången från Student till yrkesverksam? Datamaterialet transkriberades och analyserades med innehållsanalys inspirerad av Burnard (1991) och ett kategorisystem arbetades fram.

SammanfattningDenna uppsats undersöker möjligheten till självförvaltning i Studentbostäder. Med rådande Studentbostadsbrist i baktankarna är syftet med arbetet att bidra till en ökad produktion av Studentbostäder i Sverige, med målet är att klarlägga Studenters inställning till självförvaltning. Detta ska besvaras med hjälp av frågeställningarna som följer: Vad innebär självförvaltning?I vilken utsträckning kan en Student hjälpa till med förvaltningen av bostadshuset?Hur stort är intresset för självförvaltning bland Studenterna?Uppsatsen grundar sig på en litteraturstudie om självförvaltning, intervjuer med fastighetsförvaltare och slutligen en enkätstudie, som ska klarlägga Studenters inställning till självförvaltning.Uppsatsen är en fördjupning av vad självförvaltning innebär. Begreppet är svårtolkat, men kan förklaras som ett underhållsarbete inom den egna fastigheten som utförs av de boende till en reducerad hyra.

The purpose of the studyfocuses onhow teachersatan uppersecondary school, Studentsin the autismspectrum,describetheir experiencesof working withmappingtools, Nylander(2012).Inmy research questionsIstarted fromthe teachers? descriptions of their experiences of mapping procedures, if the outcome ofthe mapping hasinfluenced theteachers'educational work and ifmappingcould contribute tothe visibilityandclarification of the Student´s functioning in aschool context.As the study is based on five interviews in which teachers reflect on their experiences from the tool of mapping, the socio-cultural perspective where learning takes place through interaction with the environment became a framework to build from. The method has been interviews based on a qualitative research interview. By using interviews, I was able to capture the diversity of the interviewees? experiences described from the basis of an interview guide.
NO-undervisning i klassrummet : En observationsstudie i hur undervisningen bedrivs av fem lärare på en skola
This essay is based on Students' growing lack of interest in science at school. Both from a democratic and social perspective, this is a worrying factor for the future. Through observation, I investigated how five science teachers conduct their teaching. This is to get a better understanding of how teachers' behaviour in the classroom can affect Students' interest in science. With a socio-cultural research approach, I have tried to highlight a few pieces of the puzzle that may explain Students' declining interest in science.

The purpose of this study was to describe senior nurses? expectations concerning how a digital information and communication technology systems (ICT) can contribute to the improvement of care leadership and how it can strengthen ties between the school's theoretical world and the practical clinical work-based training (WP) in nursing. The study has a descriptive design with a qualitative approach. The study involved seven leading care nurses. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews.
Utbildningen av nyanlända elever i gymnasieålder : Nationella utredningar och lokalt arbete i Södertälje och Malmö kommun
The purpose of this thesis is to study the education of newly arrived 16-20 year old immigrants and how their education in the towns of Södertälje and Malmö matches up with national inquiry into the subject.The research questions in this thesis are as follow: What type of documents shape the work with newly arrived Students? What's the preferred development surrounding the education of the newly arrived Students nationally? What does the latest study, which is a proposed reform of the Gymnasium system, say about the education of newly arrived Students?How does the local work connect with proposals of national investigations? Do the cities take responsibility for evaluating the education of newly arrived Students? From arriving to graduating, what does the road to graduation look like for a newly arrived Student? What is the curriculum of a newly arrived Student?The methods used here are studies of investigations made primarily by Skolverket (The National Agency for Education) and Myndigheten för skolutveckling (The Agency for Development of Education), studies of local documents such as annual reports of quality and promotional material for programs at local Gymnasiums (High Schools), and interviews with local persons in charge of shaping the work with newly arrived immigrants.This thesis has not used theory as a foundation for structuring the analysis, but postmodern theory and the use of three dimensional power inspired the thesis.The conclusions made focuses on the future of the education for these teenagers at large and makes connections between the national investigations and the local work with immigration education.In order for these teenagers to be allowed to join the Swedish national Gymnasium, they need to learn Swedish, and integration seems to be an important part of learning Swedish quickly. .
