Syftet med denna studie var att utröna de aspekter medarbetarna ser som väsentliga i utvecklingsprocessen mot ett utökat medarbetarskap. Studien baserades på teorier om förutsättningar och utveckling av medarbetarskap samt dess effekter. Dessutom beskrivs ledarskapets historiska utveckling samt olika teorier om ekonomistyrning. Studien fokuserade på medarbetarnas uppfattning, men verksamhetschefen gav också sin syn på ämnet. Det empiriska materialet i denna fallstudie samlades in genom fyra personliga intervjuer.

Uppsatsens syfte är att undersöka hur föräldrar med intellektuell funktionsnedsättning upplever sitt föräldraskap, samt hur professionella uppfattar detta föräldraskap.Vi har använt oss av frågeställningarna; Hur beskriver och upplever föräldrar med intellektuell funktionsnedsättning sitt föräldraskap? Hur upplever föräldrarna bemötandet från omgivningen? Hur uppfattar professionella föräldrarna och deras föräldraskap?Vi har använt oss av kvalitativ metod med bandade intervjuer. Vi har intervjuat en förälder med intellektuell funktionsnedsättning samt två kuratorer som arbetar inom vuxenhabiliteringen. Kuratorerna har arbetat och arbetar nära föräldrar med intellektuell funktionsnedsättning. I resultatet har vi tagit upp olika perspektiv på föräldraskap gällande föräldrar med intellektuell funktionsnedsättning.

Background and problem discussionThe temporary employment industry has grown extensively during the past two decades since the market was deregulated. Companies today need to be flexible to meet fluctuating demand and economic climate in society which has made the market expand. When using employees not directly employed by the company there is a risk that long term effects appears that the companies have not thought of.Aim of studyTo create a model of what negative aspects companies should consider when making the decision to use temporary employees.Methodological frameworkThe study performed through an abdicative literature study and with an empirical data collection method of a qualitative approach where we interviewed five hiring companies and one temporary agency on the decision of hiring temporary employees.Frame of referenceProblem areas with the use of temporary employments were identified through four perspectives of the organization; the structural, human resource, symbolic and political perspective. The problem areas we address are organizational learning, motivation, risk of eroding human capital, belongingness and conflicts. These will be described and presented together with management control to counter the problems.EmpiricsThe empirics are focused on what aspects the companies of the study considered when making the decision to use temporary employment, what the companies? different reasons for using temporary employment are and what they do to minimize possible negative effects.Analysis and conclusionsCompanies use temporary employees mostly to become more flexible, both numerically and in their competence.

Introduktion: Sekretorisk media otit (SOM) är den vanligaste öronsjukdomen och uppkommer oftast i efterförloppet till akut media otit (AOM). Om barnet får SOM leder det till hörselnedsättning som kan påverka språklig utveckling och ge beteendeproblem. Etiologin bakom SOM anses vara multifaktoriell. Barnets tryck i mellanörat kan påverkas vid flaskmatning. Allergier, bakteriella/virus infektioner och inflammationer har också betydelse för utvecklandet av SOM.

Sammanfattning Byggbranschen som sådan har över lång tid visat sig vara en mycket konservativ bransch. Gamla beprövade metoder och konstruktionslösningar tenderar att väljas före det som kan anses som nytt och oprövat. Under senare år har dock ett stigande energipris samt den globala uppvärmningen drivit utvecklingen i en riktning där energieffektiva byggnader efterfrågas i allt större omfattning. Detta medför en efterfrågan för nya material och byggnadssätt som kan ersätta eller komplettera de mer traditionella. Ett för i Sverige förhållandevis nytt byggnadssätt är att uppföra byggnader med Structural Insulated Panels SIPS. Dessa är konstruktionselement som används för både väggar och tak.

Concept - detail - buildingStockholm International Fairs, new main entrance I studied at the KTH School of Architecture from 1995 to 2000. After completing my studies I wanted to work in an office that had a structural way of thinking and that knew the building process; I therefore chose to work for Rosenberg Architects. I have worked on a number of projects, among them several for the Stockholm International Fairs, from the Rica Talk Hotel and Hall AE, to the new main entrance.In the projects we undertook at the School of Architecture we had to identify and draw details that were central to our concepts. I have here identified some key details that we considered to be essential for the concept in a built project; the new main entrance of the Stockholm International Fairs completed in 2013. The entrance has complex logistics with multiple intersecting flows: exhibitors, employees, journalists, VIPs and others.

Syftet med studien är att undersöka hur ungdomar (18-25-åringar) som är inskrivna på arbetsförmedlingen i en mindre ort upplever sin livssituation som arbetslös, vilka framtidsvisioner de har samt om det föreligger skillnader i dessa avseenden beroende på familjebakgrund. Studien baseras på sex kvalitativa intervjuer med ungdomar inskrivna på en arbetsförmedling i en mindre ort i Mellansverige som sedan transkriberats, meningskoncentrerats och slutligen analyserats främst med utgångspunkt i begreppen habitus, livsstil samt transaktionella behov. Resultaten i studien visar att respondenterna antingen vill flytta eller att förutsättningarna i orten gör att de känner sig tvingade till att göra det. Två olika mönster kan urskiljas i resultaten då respondenterna antingen tenderar att se flytten som ett medel för att få jobb eller tillgodogöra sig en utbildning, eller att de ser jobb eller utbildning som ett medel för att kunna flytta från orten. I analysen kopplar jag dessa två kategorier till begreppen habitus respektive livsstil och konstaterar att vissa ungdomar är mer habitusbetingade i sina handlingsmönster medan andra mer livsstilsbetingade.

Title: Journalism 2.0: About the journalist's perspective on citizen participation and its influenceon the news content.Purpose: The aim with this study was to examine whether, and if so how, professional journalists experience that the production of news has changed as the media development has progressed and the citizens opportunities for active participation in this process has potentially expanded.Research questions:Does professional journalists experience that the opportunities for citizen participation in the news making-process has changed with the spread and accessibility of new media- if so, in what ways?Wheatear professional journalists experience that the relationship between themselves and their news sources has changes with the spread and accessibility of new media?What consequences can an empowerment from citizens have on the production of news and on the professional role of the journalist?Theory: This essay is based on theories about convergence, gatekeeping, agenda building, participatory journalism, news sources and the journalistic profession.Method: The survey is based on ten qualitative interviews with ten professional journalists, eight reporters and two web editors from the newspapers NWT and VF.Results: The results of this survey shows that the citizens? opportunities in influencing the production of news has partly changed. The journalists do not experience that citizen participation affects their professional role. Citizens have always had an impact on the production of news but new technology offers citizens and journalists new channels that facilitate the communication and interaction. The gatekeeping process is protecting the decision-making role of the journalist, which restrains citizen participation.

Grunden för denna uppsats utgörs av en kvalitativ, empirisk intervjustudie med fyra kvinnor i chefspositioner. De kommer från olika organisationer i olika kontexter. Syftet var att med utgångspunkt i vår tolkning av deras upplevelser analysera deras möjligheter till ledarskapsutveckling. Frågor vi ställde oss var; Hur berättar dessa kvinnor om sin egen ledarskapsutveckling? Hur ser de på hinder och möjligheter som har funnits för dem? Hur kan deras upplevelser tolkas och analyseras?Metoden som vi har använt för insamling, bearbetning och analys av empiri har varit av narrativ karaktär.

Syftet med denna undersökning var att beskriva och ge en förståelse för hur elever med olika betyg uppfattar sitt elevinflytande. I bakgrunden beskrivs olika aspekter av elevinflytande och hur demokratin ska genomsyra den svenska skolan. Vidare nämns elevinflytandets effekter på elevernas betyg och lärande. Definitionen av elevinflytande som använts är det informella elevinflytandet det vill säga inflytandet som rör den egentliga undervisningssituationen. Två kvantitativa informationshämtande metoder, litteraturstudie och enkät, har använts.

The basic principle of the integrated school according to the Salamanca Declaration is that all children, whenever possible, should be taught together, regardless of any difficulties or diversity. It has been shown that students with neuropsychiatric disorders are having much more difficulties to achieve the targets than the average student. Pupils with neuropsychiatric syndrome will always be present in school and we who are working in the business must be better at learning to adapt to them so that they too can achieve proficiency in school.Mathematics is perhaps the topic that Swedish students generally have most problems with,and it will not obviously be easier if you have some form of neuropsychiatric disability.In our future role as special education teachers, we will mentor and support other teachers in the complex educational environment that exists today. The aim that has been built up is thus partly to explore how mathematics teachers work with included students with neuropsychiatric disorders, as well as how teachers wishing to become supervised by specialeducation teachers in mathematics. The study is conducted from a sociocultural perspective.A sociocultural perspective on learning means that all people are learning all the time in social settings.

Denna uppsats handlar om valfrihet och rättighet i de äldres boendesituation. Vi har drivit en tes genom uppsatsarbetet, att det finns en diskrepans mellan olika delar och moment i boendefrågan. För att undersöka detta, har vi gjort en enkätundersökning angående äldres uppfattning om utbudet inom äldreomsorgen vad gäller boende. Vi har tittat på lagtexter och riktlinjer, historik och kulturella uppfattningar om rättigheter, samt annan forskning på området.Teorier vi tillämpat för att bättre förstå vilka mekanismer som här kan vara verksamma, är Gerotranscendens, KASAM och Empowerment. Vi har också funderat över begreppet Makt och vad det betyder i det här sammanhanget.Vi tycker oss märka att valsituationen i den biståndsbedömda boendesituationen för dagens äldre inte är särskilt stor.

Grundläggande för en bibehållen hälsa och livskvalitet hos äldre, är att de har en hög fysisk, psykisk och social aktivitetsnivå. Projekt ?Aktivitet äldre? i Eslövs kommun har som mål att erbjuda de boende på äldreboenden i kommunen möjlighet till ett större och bredare utbud av aktiviteter samt att varje enskild individ, som är delaktig i projektet, ska få tänka, tala och gå varje dag.
