Tillvägagångssättet är induktivt.Resultat och slutsats:Studien visar att dagens besiktningsprotokoll är svårtolkade och därmed uppstår asymmetrisk information vilket i sin tur har effekt på mäklarföretagets lönsamhet och förtroende. Därför bör utformning och användning av protokollen förändras.Förslag till fortsatt forskning:Undersöka hur det juridiskt går att utforma besiktningsprotokoll med kostnadsförslag för kommande renoveringar och hur detta påverkar spekulanters relation till trygghet och undersökningsplikt. Ortorexia nervosa var från början tänkt som ett sätt att benämna en grupp patienter med liknande problematik, tills det framkom att detta var något som behövde undersökas närmre. En person med ortorexi är besatt av en hälsosam diet som istället kan bli farlig. Mål: Att beskriva vad ortorexi innebär, vilken sjukdomsstatus den har samt om det finns klara direktiv kring behandling.Metod: Vi har undersökt litteratur, vetenskapliga artiklar samt genomfört intervjuer med personer som har behörig kompetens kring ortorexi. Bakgrund: Beröring är livsviktigt genom hela livet. Människor mellan 66 och 100 år är de som får minst beröring. Beröring är en form av icke verbal kommunikation som kan förmedla kontakt och inge trygghet. Då äldre personer ofta får nedsatt kommunikationsförmåga blir den icke nödvändiga beröringen, det vill säga beröring som inte relaterat till omvårdnadsuppgifter, ett naturligt kommunikationsmedel. Syftet: Belysa icke nödvändig beröring i omvårdnaden av äldre personer.

This is a study of the trade union journal for female blue collar women in Sweden, Arbetets Kvinnor, between 1927 and 1931. The purpose is to examine how a female trade union activist's constructs collective identity by those notions of social class, sex, and moral values that are articulated in the journal. The main theoretical basis is Alberto Melucci's analysis where he argues that a collective identity in social movements is made in an interaction between individuals, where the action possibilities and limits are defined. Another purpose is how the female blue collar worker's resistance and/or adaption to the male hegemonic trade union and the bourgeoisie hegemonic society are presented. The essay shows how the collective identity is made of both historical and contemporary images of the working class women as workers and trade union activists.

The aim: To examinate depressive symptoms among heart failure patients. Another aim was to examinate the differences in depressive symptoms between gender and between heart failure patients and the population. METHOD: The self-assassment formula MADRS was answered by twenty patients with heart failure at the University hospital in Uppsala. MAIN RESULT: Among the participants 31,3 % showed diffrent levels of depressive symptoms. Mild depression was more common in women.

Demens är ett samlingsnamn för sjukdomar som medför minnessvårigheter och personlighetsförändring, vilket i sin tur kan sänka livskvaliteten. Syfte: var att beskriva aspekter av vad livskvalitet kan vara för personer med demens på särskilt boende. Metod: Detta är en litteraturstudie med deskriptiv design. Nio artiklar som besvarade studiens syfte valdes från databaserna Cinahl och Medline.

Purpose: Which type of social critique does hiphop music present and is it possible to categorize the critique?Is it possible to categorize the social critique ideologically on the basis of socialism, liberalism and conservatism?Procedure and method: A qualitative text method has been used to see which arguments the songs portray. Two different analyzes has been used. The first one was a theory based on Thomas Denk and Daniel Silanders book: Att studera demokratisering and Arvidssons book: Musik och politik hör ihop and its purpose were to categorise the critique. The second one was based on a book by Reidar Larssons: Politiska ideologier i vår tid.

In this textual analysis I have examined the book Att följa Jesus by Ulf Ekman and information from Word of Life's official website. The aim of this study is to see how a religious leader is shaping the identity of the groups members after a certain pattern that differs from the surrounding, secular society. The research focus  of this essay includes several aspects:  how a culture is formed in a religious minority in contrast to the prevailing cultural context; how the material can be explained by Paul Pruyser?s theory on the psychological worlds; how what Ulf Ekman writes about distinguishing themselves from the environment differs from how other religious minority groups distinguish their identity;  and,  how the psychological world, expected behavior, and context of Word of Life can be structured by Valerie DeMarinis? model of assessment. I have placed Word of Life in a realistic illusionistic world developed from Paul Pruyser?s theory of psychological worlds.

This study focuses on why people not longer want to be a part of a religious communion they have earlier been a part of. To examine this I have made seven interviews with people who have left their previous communions. Together with the methodological and theoretical discussions on discourse analysis, Richard Jenkins discussions on identity and theories concerning the post-modern society, I have made an analysis on how these people consider their previous communions and its members. They refer i.e. to the social control, the ?closed? culture and the non-questioning-culture that constitute the communions and its techniques.
