We conducted 10 semi-structured interviews with first line managers in Swedish public healthcare organizations. A result is reached by a thematically constructed analysis were citations are presented and analyzed. Result & Conclusions: The study shows through the model that has been used that first line managers are highly affected by administrative tasks that can be linked to New Public Management. The participant managers see these related tasks as important for the organizations and natural in their profession. Contribution of the thesis: The study contributes with an increased understanding of the managing of first line managers and how it is affected by New Public Management related administration through a perspective that is lacking in previous research. Abstract      Background: Stroke, caused by a blood clot or a bleeding in the brain, is one of the large endemic diseases in Sweden. The symptoms are very individual and depend on where the stroke is located. The nurse is a key person due to the importance to individualize the rehabilitation of the patient. The consequences after a stroke are not only visible functions reductions but also cognitive and practical problems. Stroke often leads to extensive changes in life, and individuals who get a stroke have to adjust their daily life. Aim: The aim of the study was to describe individuals? experiences of changes in daily life, one year or more after a stroke. Method: An inductive, qualitative approach was used.

The purpose of the essay was to investigate the way four different educators, at a pre-school with a bilingual profile, work towards strengthening the children?s bilingualism as well as their identity. The research questions concern which guidelines are being used, the educators perceptions concerning children?s bi- and multilingualism and in what way they believe that their pre-school distinguishes itself from others.Qualitative individual interviews and observations were conducted and the empirical data was analyzed using a theoretical framework, constructed of theories concerning language development, ethnicity and identity.The result presented in the study shows that the pre-school not only follows the national curriculum but also their own guideline. The guideline states that there should be both Spanish- and Swedish speaking personnel and that they are ?responsible? for the education in their own language.

The link between organizational culture and transformational leadership is the basis for the chosen theories. Methodology:                        We conducted a qualitative method with a deductive approach for intent a solution for problem. Personal interviews were conducted with two store managers and two deputy store managers at SIBA. Conclusion:                           We have found that the artifacts: role-models, stories and rituals communicate the transformative leadership. Study objects: Three different productions companies which the authors have chosen to be anonymous. Purpose: The purpose with this study is to examine why production companies choose to use 3D-animations in television commercials, and what different kind of aspects affects their decisions. Theoretical: The theoretical chapter reviews the history of 3D-animation andtelevision commercials and other fields that will be relevant laterin the analysis and discussion. Method: A case study has been made on three different companies, two of the companies are active in post-production and the other one is active in the consulting area. Data was collected through semistructured interviews with two of the companies.

The aim of this essay is to study the religious education which the Jewish Community of Göteborg offers to members between six and fourteen years of age. The main question of the essay is ?what function does the religious afternoon education serve for the Jewish Community of Göteborg??To answer this question I have interviewed four people who in various ways are engaged in the religious education. To analyse the result I have used Danièle Herviue-Léger?s theory ?religion as a chain of memory?.

SammanfattningBakgrund: Demens drabbar främst äldre och är en sjukdom där delar av hjärnan avvecklas. Personer med demenssjukdom får en nedsatt kognitiv förmåga och har svårt att minnas saker och utföra vardagliga aktiviteter. Många lider av ätsvårigheter vilket ökar risken för undernäring.Syfte:Att beskriva omvårdnadsåtgärder för att främja näringsintag hos personer med demenssjukdom.Metod: Studien är en litteraturstudie där sökningar i databaserna CINAHL,  PubMed och SweMed+  gjordes för att besvara syftet . Omvårdnadsåtgärder i artiklarna identifierades och kunde sorteras under olika kategorier och subkategorier.Resultat: För att främja näringsintaget hos personer med demenssjukdom identifierades fyra huvudsakliga åtgärder. De som lyftes fram var måltidssituation och matning, näringstillskott, miljöåtgärder och pedagogiska åtgärder.Slutsatser: Resultatet visar att vårdpersonalen har en viktig roll för att främja patienternas näringsstatus och kan tillgodose en gemytlig måltidsmiljö samt näringsrik och allsidig kost.

Syfte: Att undersöka vilka framgångsfaktorer som företagsledningar i konsultföretag använder för att få sin personal motiverade. Metod: Jag har valt en kvalitativ metod med ett induktivt synsätt. Min intervjuform är semistrukturerad med öppna frågor. Resultat och slutsats: Ledningen i företagen som ingick i studien har använt sig av en ekonomisk motivationsfaktor i kombination med flera icke ekonomiska motivationsfaktorer för att motivera personalen. Denna kombination av motivationsfaktorer kan ses som framgångsfaktorer i företagen. Förslag till fortsatt forskning: Samma typ av studie men istället en undersökning av en annan bransch, en annan storlek på företagen, eller ett annat geografiskt område t.ex. i en större stad. Ett annat förslag är att intervjua personalen istället för den personanalansvarige.

This text aims to examine how teaching in literature can contribute to the schools work with creating an antidiscriminating environment. When it comes to the Swedish schools antidiscrimination plans, this essay focuses especially on those sections that concerns pupils and student right to their own gender identity and expression.The main theories in this examination are Judith Butler?s theory on gender and performativity, queer theory defined by Fanny Ambjörnsson and theories concerning adolescent psychology with focus on the adolescent identity and it?s forming. The purpose of this paper is to examine how six students who attend a high school relate to their multilingualism and emphasize how their multilingualism has affected their views of themselves and their identity. The fundamental questions were:How do six students who attend a secondary school relate to their multilingualism?How has students' multilingualism affected their views of themselves and their identity?I did use a qualitative research method in terms of interviews to receive answers for my inquiries.Carla Jonsson (2010) speaks inter alia about ?the third space? which concerns adolescents creating a ?third room?. Almqvist (2006) believes that adolescents that are exposed to discrimination and prejudices can lead to them turning their backs on society in disappointment. Boyd (1985) has, in his thesis, found that multilingual students communicate with the majority language and with their mother tongue with their parents.

AbstractThe purpose of this essay is to discover the driving forces in top athletes, concerning training, body image and social positioning. Furthermore the object is to study how important being fit is for social reasons in today?s society. The athletes have been interviewed face-to-face and described their personal drive regarding training, their goals and the significance of the sport. They have also described how they see the image of the ideal body that currently exists within the field of sport and society and how training affects their own body image.
