AbstractManagement is a field that started getting attention in the beginning of the 20th century by Frederick Taylor. His publication is called the Principles of Scientific Management and is based on the principles of using scientific methods to find the best way of conducting each operation within a production facility. Many of Taylor?s principles may appear obsolete today but the matter of an effective material flow is still highly current. Efficiency is the relationship between the input into an operation and its result.

Finns det modeller och om det inte finns kan man hitta en modell som löser detta? Detta arbete utgår från de internationella operationer som svenska försvarsmakten idag deltar i för det är detta exempel som bäst beskriver problemet och lösningen. Om jag utgår från den av Riksdagen givna ramen för utlandsstyrkan att: Underhållstjänsten skall bedrivas så att utlandsstyrkan kan genomföra sin uppgift på bästa möjliga sätt med hänsyn taget till rådande läge och gällande bestämmelser. Tillräckliga resurser skall finnas avdelade för lokala förbandschef skall kunna vidtaga erforderliga åtgärder, så att inte säkerheten och välbefinnandet för svensk personal eftersätts.

Följande studien handlar om pedagogers uppfattningar om bild- och teckenkommunikation i förskolan. Studien utgår från kvalitativa intervjuer med sammanlagt sex förskollärare. Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka och få en fördjupad kunskap kring hur en strategiskt utvald grupp förskolepedagoger uppfattar det egna arbetet med bild- och teckenkommunikation med språkutvecklande syfte. Följande studie tar sin utgångspunkt i det sociokulturella perspektivet, där fokus ligger på Vygotskij teorier om språk, samspel och lärande. En betydande slutsats vi drar är att bild och tecken är stora potentiella källor, som hjälpmedel till språket.

The purpose of this study was to examine how a selection of social welfare officers based on the principle of the best interest of the child construct a minimum level of the material standard in a home. Another purpose was to examine whether different units with varying socioeconomic prerequisites in the municipality of Stockholm construct this level differently.The method used in this study was Sociology of Law and two focus groups were used for the gathering of the data. A social constructive theory, a class perspective using concepts of Bourdieu and a perspective of law were used to analyse the material of data.The results showed that the courses of action varied from enactment and the policies of the municipality of Stockholm, unspecified theories of the development of children, the conception of what is normal and what children needs, the context in which they work, the development of the society and what they estimate that children needs when attending school. The results also showed a difference between the two units concerning the minimum level of the material standard in a home.

Aim: The aim of this study was to examine health professionals´ experiences of giving advice regarding sleep to parents of infants and to perform and evaluate an intervention in the form of introducing information about the sleep of infants.Method: The study was designed as an intervention study with a qualitative approach where data was collected from two focus groups in the form of interviews. The intervention consisted of the information material Sugen på sömn. There were five participants whom three of them participated in the second interview. The interviews were processed by content analysis.Results: Health professionals´ experience of giving advice on sleep was summarized in three themes. The experiences of giving advice in interaction with parents, health professional themselves experienced the power to influence the parents with the advice they gave, while the parents' previous experience and knowledge impacted on how the advice came into practice.

Arbetet handlar om hur förskollärare arbetar med antalsuppfattning i förskoleklass och vad de utgår ifrån för material i detta arbete då deras läroplan Lgr 11 (Skolverket, 2011) inte har med något om antalsuppfattning. Förskoleklass är övergången mellan förskola och skola från hösten då eleven fyller sex år. Det är en frivillig skolform. Syftet med arbetet var att besvara följande frågeställningar: Hur arbetar lärare i förskoleklass med antalsuppfattning? Vilket material utgår lärarna från i sitt arbete med antalsuppfattning? Vi har använts oss av en kvalitativ undersökning.

Specialförband ska tillföra handlingsalternativ som ligger utanför reguljära förbands förmågor. Specialförband ska genomföra specialoperationer i hela kontinuumet mellan fred och krig med bred palett av förmågor. Detta ställer höga krav på en adekvat materielförsörjning som svarar mot de krav som ställs på specialförbanden. Trots detta är det lite forskat inom detta område.Syftet med denna uppsats är att med utgångspunkt i McRavens specialförbandsteori och med stöd av strategiskt vald empiri inom materielförsörjning identifiera kriterier som bör beaktas vid materielförsörjning av specialförband. Resultatet är femton kriterier som är av vikt för en materielförsörjningsorganisation.

Jag har genom en enkätundersökning tagit reda på vilken möbel det finns behov av i storadelar av världen med ambitionen att sedan designa den. Grundtanken utgår ifrån att manska tillverka möbler på den plats de ska säljas, med lokala material och tillverkare. På såsätt kan man kanske minska miljöpåverkan, göra designade möbler tillgängliga för fler,stärka länders nationella självkänsla och ekonomi och höja statusen på lokala material.Möbeln som alla behöver är en förvaringsmöbel. Jag har designat ett fristående, modulärtförvaringssystem. Det är flexibelt och lättillverkat och erbjuder samtidigt något nytt..

ABSTRACTPurpose/Aim: This essay aims to investigate what picture (obvious and hidden) of men and womens equality in our society that is to be found on DN Debatt.Material/Method: The material consists of 175 articles from DN Debatt during 2004. A content analysis and a rethoric analysis has then been used as a method of analysing the material.Main results: Men are much more represented on DN Debatt then women. The underlying picture of men and women that is presented sees men as being the ones who are in charge of all the important and ?big? decisions and questions in our society. Women on the other hand are pictured as, although they have reached higher positions in society, the ones who to a high degree focus on closer and more socially important issues.

Material handling is a term that includes all kinds of handling of material from a raw product to a finished one. ABB is active in the following segments; foundry, packaging and palletizing, metal industry and plastics industry.The demands for efficiency and reliability have been set very high in the industrial sector. Optimizing of the material handling will give the company higher cost-effectiveness. Around the robot there are different kinds of material flows, to optimize the cycle time, consisting of carriages combined in different ways.Motion Control is a complex system with main functions such as; positioning, synchronizing, indexing and more. The products in the system need to cooperate to make these functions possible therefore integration of motor- and servo products are important.

This paper presents the results from an osteological method study of the Ringsjöholm fishbone material. Ringsjöholm is located in Scania, southern Sweden and is 14C dated to 5960-5200 B.P. The aim of this paper is to critically analyse methods used on fish bone material in estimations of season. Three different approaches were used to estimate the fishing season at the Ringsjöholm settlement; 1) identified species, 2) size estimations of the pike based on Enghoffs (1994-95) regression formulae of os dentale, and 3) growth rings of the pike vertebrae.The identified species and the size estimations of the pike points to the fishing being active both during spring and summer. Growth rings analysis of the pike vertebrae didn?t give any quantitative results because of fragmentation.

Syfte: Syftet är att göra en redogörelse av förutsättningar för destinationsutveckling genom en film. I den här redogörelsen kommer vi att testa valda teorier på Öland.Metod: Vi valde att utgå från en deduktiv ansats för att på så vis kunna pröva våra valda teorier om filmturism på vårt empiriska material. Utifrån våra teorier kom vi fram till kategorier som vi utgick från vid insamlandet av vårt empiriska material. För att samla in information till vårt empiriska material intervjuade vi respondenter från Öland. När vi prövade teorierna på våra intervjurespondenter ställde vi frågor utifrån de kategorier vi kommit fram till.

 Denna uppsats behandlar hur sourcingprocessen av komplexa system på Försvarets Materielverks (FMV) kan struktureras genom att undersöka parametrar som är viktiga att beakta vid outsourcing. En del av FMV:s strategi grundar sig i att minska den interna verksamheten och att lägga större åtaganden på leverantörer av systemlösningar, för att på så sätt kunna minska behovet av interna resurser. Därför blir det viktigt att besvara huruvida systemansvar bör tas av FMV eller av en leverantör.Rapporten behandlar processen om att fatta ett beslut om make-or-buy och när och varför det är motiverat att överlåta systemansvar till leverantörer. McIvors modell om outsourcing används för att besvara frågan hur FMV bör fatta ett beslut rörande make-or-buy genom att modellen tillämpas på tre pågående projekt. Därefter används "the strategic supply wheel" för att bedöma vilka parametrar som är viktiga att uppfylla både internt och externt vid outsourcing av aktiviteter beroende på om tid, kostnad eller kvalitet är prioriterat i respektive projekt.
