The purpose of this study is to describe and understand how the principle of the child?s best interest in the asylum process for families with children is interpreted and implemented in practice by the asylum bureaucrats at the Swedish Migration Agency. Our questions are:?How is the best interest of the child in families with children interpreted by the asylum bureaucrats at the Swedish Migration Agency??"How are asylum bureaucrats at the Swedish Migration Agency reasoning about the implementation in practice of the child's best interest in families with children?The essay rests upon semi-structured interviews with eight asylum bureaucrats at three different asylum units. The interviews are based on an interview guide together with a vignette, which purpose was to see how the interviewees are implementing the best interest of the child in a specific case of a potential application.

Det vanligaste är att rekrytering, skapande- och utveckling av kompetens, överföring av kompetens och att behålla kompetens först blir aktiviteter i arbetet när ett behov uppkommer. Vi anser att det är ett viktigt ämne eftersom det är relativt nytt att kategorisera medarbetarna som organisationens viktiga resurs. Syftet med uppsatsen är att få en inblick och en förståelse över hur kompetensförsörjningsarbetet kan se ut i olika organisationer.

Syftet med detta arbete är att genom intervjuer se hur förskollärare använder sin miljö i sitt jämställdhetsarbete, samt få uppfattning om vilken inställning de har till begreppet jämställdhet. Det framkommer i studien att många av förskolorna är i en utvecklingsfas i sitt jämställdhetsarbete, medan några andra medvetet inte lägger något intresse och vikt i att utveckla jämställdhetsarbetet på förskolan. The thesis has investigated how Sandvik Coromant could implement the SMED principle on one of their grinders groups and what improvements it would lead to. The aim of the thesis is to identify the current situation and investigate how their setup times would be affected by SMED. The work initiated with a literature analysis about the SMED principles and then proceeded with an analysis of the current situation where the activity was time mapped. The analysis consisted of time trials of the process that the thesis would include. The time studies revealed opportunities for structural improvements to create environment for a more structured process.

How schools handles threat and violence among pupils could have an effect on the surrounding world, since schools reflect society at large. This study attempts to explore how this is handled within two schools, one secondary school and one upper secondary school. How do the schools work with violence and threats amongst pupils? Who is responsible for what? Is this work based on school guidelines? Why/why not? The Swedish healthcare system is characterized by lack of resources and extensive hospital queues. In order to counter these difficulties the Lund University Hospital have introduced Lean Healthcare to the hospital organization. The purpose of this scientific paper is to study the relationship between the implementation of Lean Healthcare and the experienced motivation among the staff.
