Celebrities used in advertising has recently been something that consumers have come in contact with on a daily basis. Corporations use celebrities and their attributes as positive reinforcement and association towards the company or their marketed product.Through increased usage of media, the consumers to this advertising technique have been given an opportunity towards better insight into celebrities? daily life. People are not only receivers of advertising, they are also media producers for the medias agenda. This makes everyone significant in the distribution of advertising.

För att kunna nå politiskt uppsatta nationella klimatmål för 2050 krävs en ökad användning av järnväg. Samtidigt belastas järnvägen mer och mer eftersom varor och människor reser mer och längre. Denna tendens och politikens ökade fokus på järnväg medför att järnvägen troligen kommer få en ökad betydelse inom stadsutveckling och eventuellt även ta mer mark i anspråk. Parallellt finns i Sverige en tendens till yteffektivisering där städer omvandlar ledig mark och övergivna tomter i en önskan att motverka urban sprawl. Problemet är att det kring järnväg skapas ytor som är svåra att använda.

Pottholmen är en stadsdel i de centrala delarna av Karlskrona som förbinder Karlskronas norra delar med Trossö och Karlskrona centrum. Som det ser ut idag lider Pottholmen av en del problem, men besitter också en del kvaliteer som väntar på att få utvecklas. Framför allt är Pottholmen en stor trafikapparat, med såväl järnvägstrafik som motortrafik i olika dimensioner. Ett stort problem är den motorvägsdimensionerade Österleden som löper längs den attraktiva vattenlinjen och in mot centrum. Det skapar ogästvänliga miljöer med buller och höga hasgheter på en plats som skulle kunna användas på ett mycket bättre sätt.

Riksdagens 15 nationella miljökvalitetsmål har utvecklats för att kunna säkra de hot som finns för att uppnå en ekologisk hållbar utveckling. Myndigheter, kommuner och statliga organ ska arbeta aktivt med dessa miljöfrågor i planeringsobjekt för att bidra till att på sikt uppnå dessa miljömål. Idag finns kritik och problem gällande miljömålen då många mål anses vara svårtolkade och diffusa. Målen blir därför svåra att hantera och i planeringsobjektet. Eftersom arbetet med de nationella miljömålen inte finns reglerat idag finns en debatt gällande vilken status miljömålen har i dagens samhälle.

Den här rapporten utgör dokumentationen av ett examensarbete som genomfördes inom Kandidatpåbyggnadslinjen vid Jönköpings tekniska högskola. Inom det jubileumsår som Nässjö stad firar i samband med stadens 100-årsdag var det Nässjö Järnvägsmuseums mål att ta fram en temporär kulturutställning i en tågvagn, vilken ska stå vid Nässjö tågstation under jubileumsårets gång. Genom projektledare hos Nässjö kommun kom museet i kontakt med en designstudent från Jönköpings tekniska högskola, vilken erhöll uppgiften att utveckla den temporära kulturutställningen.Syftet med projektet var att undersöka hur en temporär kulturutställning kan se ut för att locka till sig besökare och intresse från önskade målgrupper. För att konkretisera syftet konkritiserades de till en frågeställning som handlade om hur temporära kulturutställningar och deras grafiska kommunikation kan te sig för att locka till sig önskade målgrupper. Därtill togs fyra konkreta målsättningar fram, vilka specificerade att projektet ska leda till designen av en utställning, tillhörande grafisk kommunikation, skyltning för Nässjö järnvägsmuseum samt ett kompendie där den grafiska kommunikationen visades upp.För att exemplifiera hur en temporär kulturutställning kan te sig och infria målsättningarna inleddes arbetet med undersökningar observationer och intervjuer vid olika kulturutställningar.

Framför allt har den tekniska utvecklingen ständigt varit en stark drivkraft till organisatorisk förändring, både historiskt sett men även i modern tid. In this paper we have chosen to focus on social workers and their experiences of interacting with clients with neuropsychiatric disabilities, in example persons with ADHD (Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder), Asperger syndrome, autism and/or Tourette syndrome. The main purpose was to look into three areas: What knowledge do social workers mean that they need about neuropsychiatric disabilities and how can their needs of knowledge can be met? How do they experience the meeting with a person with neuropsychiatric disabilities? How does the cooperation function between authorities regarding persons with neuropsychiatric disabilities?Definition of the concept of disability and function from a historical perspective points out that the approach has changed over time. Previous research studies of the interaction in meeting between the client and the social worker shows that the social worker carries two faces, so called aspects. The first aspect is about help and care and the second aspect is about administrative functions.

Historiska stadsbyggnadsstrategier med fokus på hållbarhet eller grönska utgör utgångspunkten för framtagandet av en ny stadsbyggnadsstrategi som ska vara hållbar ur alla aspekter; både ur ett socialt, ekologiskt och ekonomiskt perspektiv. I kandidatuppsatsen undersöks möjligheterna att fortsätta förtäta staden och samtidigt behålla stadens parker och grönska. Stadsbyggnadsstrategin är döpt till Stad-i-park och är en utopisk vision som syftar till att förändra vårt sätt att leva och vilken funktion en stad ska fylla för att nå en hållbar utveckling. Detta uppnås i teorin genom att ersätta transporterna inom staden med framförallt spårbunden trafik, öka mötesplatserna i staden genom att föra in mer grönska och torg samt att förtäta staden då byggnader som tillhör dagens trafiksystem inte längre behövs. Förändringar i infrastrukturen ska inte påverka rörligheten utan staden ska även i fortsättningen vara tillgänglighetsanpassad vilket bl.a.

Title: How to Construct the Perfect Scandal ? a study of the news reported by Expressen concerning the SD-scandalAuthor: Linnea IvarssonThis C-paper presents the incident concerning the political party Sverigedemokraterna in Expressen in November 2012. The newspaper was the main source of the news reporting with the mobile phone camera film from the occurance and led the way of the news reporting in Sweden about three party members.The paper investigates how the story telling of the so called SD-scandal was constructed, using Critical Discourse Analysis as the analysis method combined with selected parts from the analysis method of critical linguistics. The theories that have been used to establish the results of the analysis are Critical Discourse as a theory based on Norman Fairclough and Teun A. van Dijks theoretical keystones combined with Sigurd Allerns and Ester Pollacks theories and schematic point of view on the constructions of political scandals in media.With the theories and analysis methods above mentioned the results turned out to confirm the theory about how political scandals in media are constructed and designed with certain strategies and agenda.

The study of culture is specifically relevant to libraries confronting changes. A variety of conditions makes it beneficial for libraries to understand the strengths as well as the weaknesses of the underlying culture. Such an understanding can help libraries in adjusting to changes easier, without losing the cultural values that they hold important to their identity and strategic strengths.Taking this as a starting point the purpose of this essay is to examine and describe what aspects in prevailing library cultures are important to pay attention to when meeting changes. To accomplish this we will explore the concept of library culture, its substance, meaning and expression.Culture is reflected in the artifacts, values and underlying assumptions of formal and informal groups. Culture can be found at various levels.
