Arbetet belyser frågan om huruvida konstnärer som även är pedagogiskt verksamma använder sig av sitt konstnärskap i den pedagogiska verksamheten. Syftet är att reda ut hur personer som är både konstnärer och pedagoger tänker kring problematiken att kombinera dessa två yrken, men även att skapa en digital Story kring resultatet och processen i form av bilder och tal. Begreppet konstnär diskuteras, samt om konst är en slags vetenskap. Även Reggio Emilia-pedagogiken och dess syn på konstnärligt arbete i förskolor berörs. Metoden som används i undersökningen är kvalitativa intervjuer.

Denna uppsats undersöker Environmental Storytelling som berättarteknik i spel. Huvudsyftet med uppsatsen är att få kunskap i ämnet för att applicera på ett specifikt spelprojekt, samt att undersöka området genom en användarundersökning. Frågan ställs hur spelare använder environmental Storytelling för att skapa sig en uppfattning om spelets Story. Teori undersöks för att samla information och rekommendationer om hur man använder environmental Storytelling, och denna information används sedan för att skapa en virtuell miljö. Miljön testas av spelare som får spela igenom miljön under observation och sedan delta i en kvalitativ semi-strukturerad intervju, där de frågas om vad de förstår av spelets Story, och hur de kom fram till det genom att titta på miljön.

This master thesis is a Story about the development of a rosary in Lomma hamn. During spring 2004 I attended a competition arranged by the municipality of Lomma and SLU Alnarp. The assignment was to design a rosary. The jury liked my ideas and invited me to proceed and develop them. The rosary in Lomma hamn was built in 2006. The Lomma hamn area is being developed as a new part of Lomma.

2007, Swedish television, ?Uppdrag granskning,? aired their Story about ?Louise? from Vetlanda. A drug dependent father had gotten custody of his daughter and sexually abused her from the age of 10 to 15. The local social services got several notifications about Louise suffering of negligence, and did investigate the family several times without taking any actions to protect her. At one time, father and daughter were living in his trailer placed in a gravel pit, and the police worried about her and called social services, because it was below cero degrees outside.

Sverige genomförde två stora kommunindelningsreformer under 1900-talet. Den ena varstorkommunreformen som kom 1952, och den andra var den så kalladekommunblocksreformen som kom 1974. Kommunreformen minskade antalet kommuner tillmindre än hälften och syftet var att varje kommun skulle kunna bära sina egna omkostnadergenom att skatteunderlaget skulle vara tillräckligt stort. Kommunerna i Halland var även de iolika grad involverade i kommunreformen och inställningen till denna varierade mellankommunerna. Det är då intressant att undersöka vilka skälen och attityderna tillkommunreformerna har varit, eftersom de bidragit till att ge en bild av samhället och denkommunpolitik som fördes i Halland vid tiden för sammanläggningarna samt att se om dethar skett en förändring över tid mellan förändringarna.Syftet med den här uppsatsen har varit att undersöka vilka attityderna och problemen vari Halland, och om de har varierat från den ena kommunreformen till den andra samt försökage en bakgrund till medborgarnas inställning..

This study deals with a research on what the opening sounds in movies tell us about the Story that we are about to follow. The purpose is to examine if and how the sound in the first five minutes of the movie contribute in giving information about the film?s genre. Holy war against the aberration and the newspaper terrorismHeligt krig mot förvillelsen och tidningsterrorismen This paper explores Bernhard von Beskow?s (1796-1868) conservative critique of the, for the early 19th century, new dominating voice in public matters namely the liberal press. There are competing narratives about the emerging liberal press and its critics. On the one hand the conservative critics were seen as hopeless reactionaries which acted against freedom of the press, themselves stripped of positive ideals and/or handled with little interest as footnotes in the great Story of the liberal victory over its opponents. On the other hand this Story has been questioned and an alternative has been presented of how to understand the conservatives and their critique of the press.

The main purpose of this thesis is to discuss what exile writing is and who can be seen as an exile writer. If the word ?exile? is related to forced dislocation, like Paul Tabori and Sopia A. McClennen describes it, who can be viewed as an exile writer? Is Anders Olsson?s definition of an exile writer acceptable or not? Could the The Escape, a future Story about exiled Northern Europeans in Myanmar, be classified as exile literature?Another purpose with this text is to describe how a Story about exile can be made realistic and tangible to a reader who has not experienced exile.

The purpose with this examination essay was to find out if participation of children in social welfare investigations had increased since the social services had started to work with BBIC. I compared the participation of the child before BBIC, then when social service had started to work with BBIC and I tried to see if there were increased participation in the investigations. My theoretic starting-point was the symbolic interactionism and I used the qualitative method of investigation. In my investigation I found that there is not yet any increase in participation of the child in the investigations when social service work with BBIC. What I found was that the reason to start an investigation often was that the parents made the problem for the child and that conditions at home for the child influenced the possibility of the child to communi- cate with an adult that the child did not know.

This project report describes a supplement for character creation in a tabletop role-playing game ?Dragons and Demons." The purpose of this project is to improve the character creation for the players? trough the narrative elements such as character?s background Story. The applied qualitative methods such as a test panel and a questionnaire were conducted for the evaluation of theories used during character creation and to get feedback on the supplement?s creative value for the players. The aim of the questionnaire was to see how the method for the character creation differs from the regular way of making a character for a tabletop role-playing game and if this idea improves user experience during the tabletop role-playing game.The results of the evaluation are based on answers from novice and experienced players, and conclude that the additional background Story creates an insight into the character's past, which makes it easier for novice players to get quick started with character creation.

Together, theystart to create a world of stories...?We, me and Sara Stiber have made a project in cooperation with the City Libraryof Malmö, where we have been developing a concept for a soon-to-belibrary department for 9-12 year old.

This essay deals with the complexity that I perceive in the collaboration processes between preschool and parents. In the essay I present my interpretation of two self-perceived situations where my experience has been that the cooperation has not worked satisfactorily for either part. As a basis for my conclusions I use different theories and studies within the domain. My own experiences - both from ten years of working in preschool as well as from an eight-year experience of being a parent also comes into use. The purpose of my essay is to investigate how different horizons of understanding can come into collision, and how limitations in our own understanding of the perspectives of others can complicate collaboration between educators and parents.In the first Story I discuss a situation where, in my professional role, I go into a conflict with a parent about how we have chosen to implement some changes.
