Denna studie avser att undersöka hur unga akademiker upplever arbetslöshet, och även att undersöka vilka aspekter av arbetslösheten som är mest problematiska för målgruppen. Vidare syftar studien till att undersöka vilka yrkesrelaterade mål de unga akademikerna har, och vilka hinder de upplever står i vägen för att nå dessa. Sex semistrukturerade intervjuer genomfördes med unga akademiker som är, eller har varit, arbetslösa de senaste två åren. Dessutom användes en insändare från en ung, arbetslös akademiker som empiri. Resultatet visar att de mest problematiska aspekterna av arbetslöshet för målgruppen verkar vara förlusten av tidsstruktur, minskad inkomst som i sin tur leder till uteslutning från vuxenvärlden, känslor av hopplöshet, nedstämdhet, ineffektivitet och ilska.

Banken har genomgått en ständig förändring sedan den etablerades. I början fanns bara bankkontor men idag har den utvidgats med bland annat internetbank, telefonbank och bankomater. Det mesta tyder på att banken kommer att fortsätta att förändras och utveckla sina tjänster och erbjudanden.Vårt syfte med uppsatsen är att beskriva hur banktjänsterna borde ändras utifrån ungdomars bankvanor och syn på banken. Detta för att hänga med i denna förändring och kunna hålla konkurrensen med de andra bankerna. Dagens ungdom är nästa generation ut på bankmarknaden och det är då extra viktiga att ta till sig denna nya målgrupp.Vi har valt att undersöka bankvanor hos ungdomar i årskurs tre på gymnasiet.

Uppsalahem AB is a municipally owned real estate concern that owns and administrates housing for nearly 30 000 people. The company puts a lot of effort into reducing the energy use of their housing stock. This project is a master?s thesis in the energy systems programme at Uppsala University, carried out in collaboration with Uppsalahem. The aim of this thesis is to provide energy saving measures for fourteen student housing buildings in Uppsala, Sweden.

This report shows the process of the development of a sensor module for the seed drills of Väderstad Verken AB. The module is supposed to replace existing solutions, provided that it is better from both a constructional- and an economical aspect. The purpose of the sensor is to continuously give the driver information about the level of height of the front- and drilling tools and the main purpose of the sensor is to allow the seeds to be placed at the desired depth. Microproduction, also called distributed generation, is something that has become more and more popular in the electric grid. Microproduction can however lead to unacceptable performance if several units are installed in the same low voltage network. It is therefore good to know a limit where the performance of the low voltage network becomes unacceptable based on given parameters. This limit is usually called hosting capacity.In this report the hosting capacity with respect to voltage and current have been studied in three low voltage networks which are located in Falu Elnäts concession area. This has been done by simulations in a GIS-program where critical times of the grid have been simulated.

This article is about Abrahams Children foundation and its teaching method called IE- method. It?s about how a teacher can use the IE- method in the religion lesson. There were some questions in this article that had to be answered and the questions are:- How is the form of the religion classes when a teacher uses the IE- method?- What happens in the class when you study the interaction and the communication?- Does the student?s participation increase when they work with the IE- method?- What are the advantage and the disadvantage with the IE- method?- Can the teacher use the IE- method in other classes?To get to the ?correct? answer I used many methods like, observation in the class, qualitative interview with the teacher (Lisa Andersson) and with four students (Kim, Erik, Amanda, Patrik) and I also used questionnaire.

Art in the city can be invisible until we talk about it. Letting children see public art in the context of play and narrative is a way to enhance creative thinking and knowledge as well as making the art visible. By creating a prototype for an art walk for children this study was able to create a scenery of children using different kinds of mediated narrative combined with a physical environment and movement. The theoretical framework of the project was picture books (Rhedin, 1991) transmedia (Jenkins 2006, Ryan 2004) and public art (Kwon 2002). The project?s aim was to create an empirical context for primary school children to explore public artwork.

The aim of this essay is to investigate to which extent the novel Kvinnor och äppelträd by Moa Martinson can be classified as a polyphonic novel. The concept polyphony was established in literary theory by the Russian language theorist and literary critic Michail Bachtin in 1929, in his book Problems of Dostoevsky?s poetics. In order to understand and comprehend the concept of polyphony I have used an interpretation due to the literature scholar Robyn McCallum. She notes that the characters in a polyphonic novel function as focalizers.

The common frame of reference affect the individual's thoughts and actions as well as their sexual desires and their own perception of self as a sexual being.

The study aims to investigate student?s attitudes and experiences of information retrieval on the Internet, as tools for learning. I have been interested of their own views about their own knowledge and experience in the subject, information seeking on the Internet. The focus is on what they perceive as problematic, what skills they consider they have and what needs they have in terms of teaching. Data were collected via questionnaires.

AimThe aim of this study has been to examine how health enhancement teachers in Montana, USA, view the value of physical activity from a lifelong perspective.In what way does the health enhancement teacher think the importance of physical activity from a lifelong perspective could be presented?What resources are available for teachers to present the value of physical activity from a lifelong perspective?MethodThe issue has been answered through qualitative interviews consisting of six health enhancement teachers, four women and two men, in Montana, USA. One of the teachers worked at an elementary school (for 30 years), three teachers worked at middle schools (20, 10 and 8 years of work experience) and two of the teachers interviewed worked at a high school (30 and 3 years).  ResultsThe majority of teachers feel that a wide variety of activities, adapted to an individual level, and the understanding of a healthy lifestyle are important in order for the teacher to present the value of physical activity from a lifelong perspective.The teachers felt they had sufficient material in order to present the value of physical activity, where the school budget provided the teachers with materials every year. In addition to the budget, all the teachers had 12 hours of professional development every year where they could attend conferences or their own choice of professional development.ConclusionWith the help in forms of professional development offered by the school, conferences, meeting with other teachers, and their own choice of development, the teachers instruction techniques could increase which could help the teachers to find the pupils? interest for different kinds of physical activities.KeywordsPhysical education and health, physical activity, SOC, sense of coherence..

Design används vanligen som något för att uppnå ökad konkurrenskraft. Oftast genom att differentiera och eller positionera produkter, tjänster och varumärken. Designbyråer har med sin specialkompetens sålt tjänster till företag i Sverige sedan femtiotalet. Förändringar i omvärlden som globaliseringen och internationaliseringen, tekniska utvecklingen samt ett förändrat kundbeteende har dock kommit att intensifiera konkurrensen för Svenska designbyråer.Med hänsyn till den problematik som lyfts fram är det intressant att se närmare på vilka faktorer som är viktiga för designbyråers långsiktiga överlevnad på en konkurrensutsatt marknad. Därmed blir syftet att undersöka och analysera förutsättningar för framgångsrika samarbetsformer mellan designbyrå och uppdragsgivare.
