Uppsatsens syfte var dels att utreda de upphandlande enheternas skadeståndsansvar vid offentlig upphandling, dels att analysera skadeståndsreglernas effekter. För att uppnå syftet har jag tillämpat en klassisk rättsdogmatisk metod. Om en upphandlande enhet har brutit mot de upphandlingsregler som finns på området, kan förfördelad leverantör väcka talan om skadestånd i allmän domstol inom ett år. För att skadestånd skall utgå krävs dels att ett fel uppstått i upphandlingen, dels att leverantör därav lidit skada. Det är inte enbart anbudsgivare som kan begära skadestånd, utan även leverantör som inte deltagit i upphandlingen men likväl kommit att lida skada kan begära ersättning.

Under de så kallade rekordåren mellan 1961-1975 byggdes det totalt 920,000 lägenheter i flerbostadshus i Sverige, och idag finns omkring 850,000 av dessa kvar. Den vanligaste byggnadstekniken under perioden var med byggande av förtillverkade våningshöga fasadelement tillsammans med en platsbyggd bokhyllestomme med tvärgående bärande innerväggar och gavlar.Syftet med arbetet är att kontrollera om en våningspåbyggnad på ett referenshus från miljonprogrammet med bokhyllestomme är möjlig för att skapa nya lägenheter som medför ökade hyresintäkter för fastighetsägaren, och kan medverka till ökad variation i området arkitektonisk och öka lägenhetsutbudet. Arbetet ger information om vad som behöver kontrolleras och utredas vid uppstarten av ett påbyggnadsprojekt.Arbetet jämför och beskriver tre olika stomförslag på en våningspåbyggnad. Alternativen som tas upp är massivträstomme med bärande flerskiktskiva, prefabricerad betong ? och stålstomme bestående av HD/F-plattor och VKR-pelare, och ett alternativ bestående av volymelement.Inventering av konstruktionen och bärförmågan hos den befintliga stommen visar att det finns bärförmåga kvar att utnyttja.

Kandidatarbetet förtätningsargument är en jämförande studie mellan Karlskrona, Lund och Helsingborg kommuns översiktsplaner. Där har argumenten som berör förtätning granskats med hjälp av innehållsanalys och komparativ metod. Syftet med kandidatarbetet är att belysa tendenser som finns inom den kommunala planeringsretoriken som handlar om förtätning. Arbetet syftar även till att tydliggöra skillnader och eller likheter mellan kommuners argument för förtätning. I kandidatarbetet granskas vilka kategorier av förtätningsargument som används i kommuners översiktsplaner och hur förhållandet ser ut mellan argumenten för förtätning respektive mot förtätning.

BAKGRUND: Att inkludera närstående är en viktig del inom palliativ vård. SYFTE: Studiens syfte var att undersöka i vilken utsträckning närstående till patienter som vårdas på en specialiserad palliativ enhet önskar vara delaktiga i omvårdnadsmoment. Vidare avsågs att undersöka i vilken utsträckning närstående vill bli informerade om vården, om de får tillräckligt stöd för att möjliggöra delaktighet samt om det finns några skillnader beträffande vilka omvårdnadsmoment barn och make/maka vill vara delaktiga i. METOD: Teorierna ?Delaktighet i ljuset ? delaktighet i mörkret? och ?Känsla Av SAMmanhang? (KASAM) används som teoretiska referensramar.
