Examensarbetet behandlar hur IT-konsultföretag arbetar för att kvalitetssäkra systemutvecklingsprocessen. För att utreda problemställningen har jag genomfört litteraturstudier om kvalitet, systemutveckling och ISO 9000. Jag har även intervjuat fem IT-konsultföretag, varav två företag är certifierade enligt standarden ISO 9001. Syftet med intervjuerna var att undersöka om kvalitetssäkringsprocessen varierande mellan olika företag och om detvar stor skillnad mot hur litteraturen föreskriver kvalitetssäkring.Resultatet som framkommit utifrån det insamlade materialet är att företagen använder sig av en systemutvecklingsmodell, men det kan variera om det är en standardiserad modell eller en egenutvecklad systemutvecklingsmodell.I samband med systemutvecklingsprocessen arbetar företagen i projektform. The aim of this study is to clarify the Swedish government?s purpose of participating in theEuropean Union Emission Trading Scheme. Taking as its departure point state-centricinternational political economy this study presents three plausible hypotheses on what thepurpose might be. Either it is to promote consumers interests, or to promote the Swedishnational climate goal ?Reduced impact on climate?, or to promote the profit of Swedishcompanies.

This master thesis aims to describe and examine Haninge cultural centre, inaugurated in 2002. We study the centre from an organization theory point of view, with focus on the buildings physical appearance. The question we want to answer is to what extent, and if, Haninge cultural centre fulfills the underlying vision, formulated by the municipality of Haninge. Is the centre the symbol of a new era of Haninge and a vivid democracy as it was meant to be? Is there a congruency between the image the building creates and the vision that was formulated by the municipality? We also seek out to see how the cultural centre relates to an older tradition of cultural centres.

Intresset och behovet av att strukturera förvaltningen av den komplexa IT-infrastrukturen har uppmärksammats under de senaste åren i många organisationer. Det finns olika definitioner av vad IT-infrastruktur anses vara ur tekniskt och organisatoriskt perspektiv. IT-infrastruktur är ett för brett begrepp för att kunna vara applicerbart ut ett förvaltningsperspektiv. Därför används begreppet grundläggande IT-infrastruktur istället för IT-infrastruktur för att tydliggöra vilka delar av IT-infrastrukturen som studien fokuserar.

Since the beginning of the new millennium the world?s population has increased exponentially fast. The majority of this growth has been accommodated for by urbanization of the developing world. This in turn has lead to a wide spread of informal settlements. Thus, areas of urban slums, that have risen illegally on the marginal lands within and at the periphery of the formal city.

Sedan år 2000 har XHTML tagit över från HTML som standard på webben. Detta examensarbete inriktar sig på att undersöka om den nya standarden har börjat användas på webben. Den frågeställning som gäller för arbetet är tredelad varav den första delen tar upp om det är XHTML eller HTML som används. Den andra frågeställningen ämnar kartlägga de anledningar som finns till varför XHTML inte används. Den tredje frågeställningen syftar till att ta reda på om XHTML är ett lika bra markeringsspråk som litteraturen säger.

Thesis purpose: The aim of this paper is to extend the knowledge of what influences the purchase decision of functional food in the store. By applying the M-R model in a new setting - the dairy department in grocery retailing in Sweden - and adding variables related to health attitudes, the aim is to contribute to existing research concerning in-store purchase decision making and store environment as well as consumer attitudes. Methodology: This thesis employs a quantitative strategy with a deductive approach and data has been collected with questionnaires. Theoretical perspective: Environmental psychology serves as an overarching framework where, more specifically, certain aspects of store atmospherics and some variables concomitant to health attitudes provide the theoretical base. Empirical data: The empirical data consists of customer purchasing a functional food product, Proviva, and this is contrasted with a test group, Bravo.

Syftet med studien är att få en större uppfattning om hur förskollärare ser på barns lek, hur de anser sig använda leken i verksamheten och om deras synsätt på något sätt präglar hur barns lek kommer till uttryck i förskolans verksamhet. Problempreciseringen i studien innefattas av: Hur anser förskollärare att de använder sig av barns lek i förskolans verksamhet? Vad anser förskollärare om barns olika lekar i förskolan? samt Vilken roll anser förskollärare att de har i barns lek på förskolan? Studien bygger på intervjuer med åtta förskollärare.

There are some hazards associated with mediating dogs for adoption to Sweden from foreigncountries. Contagion is considered to be one of them, but this report focuses solely on what adoptionsmay signify to the dogs concerning animal welfare. The aim of this study is to investigate how thebusiness in Sweden is run and what this can imply to the adopted dogs. Websites of the organizationswhich perform mediation of dogs, has been examined to show which information is available. A webquestionnaire was sent to these organizations to learn more about their standard procedure.

Quality is the key to a well executed product or service. The construction industry hasn?t highlighted the quality in recent times which have contributed to the construction industry receiving much criticism in the field. The public sees it as an offhanded industry where errors and delays are common.The reason for this is considered to be primarily the lack of time, constant pressure to reduce costs and skills and the ability to communicate between the parties about what the correct quality really means. The industry has begun to realize that it must start setting clearer standards and that there are great opportunities for improvement.This report will give Peab an opportunity to develop their quality work.

Sweden will, in accordance with the EU-directive 2003/54/EC, move from post-regulating the electricity power grid-tariffs by using a fictitious grid, to a regulation in advance which uses the actual power grid as a starting point. For this purpose a component breakdown of the grid needs to be made to determine the value of the network and by that the tariff price that is reasonable for the network business in question to charge.The primary breakdown criteria is the voltage-level and type of region. Voltage-level is crucial for the cost and complexity of a grid-part, because the higher the voltagelevel is, there are more and stricter laws and rules to follow. This work is limited to the distributionpart of the grid, in other words voltage levels from 20 kV and below.The type of region is crucial to the type of components you can and want to use. In city environments both overhead-wires and independent substations are undesirable for both practical, safety and aesthetic reasons.

Denna rapport är resultatet av ett examensarbete på Civilingenjörsprogrammet Teknisk Design, inriktning produktutveckling vid Luleå tekniska universitet. Utfört under våren 2013 för Tooltech AB i Töre med handledning av Lars Persson och Göran Lindvall på plats i deras lokaler. Arbetet har motsvarat 30 högskolepoäng och har gått ut på att bygga upp en ny standard för kontrollfixturer och höja helhetsintrycket på deras produkter.Projektets syfte har varit att för kontrollfixturer se över alternativa material och tillvägagångsätt att bygga dem, hitta ett färgschema att sätta på dessa men som även kan implementeras på företagets övriga produkter så småningom. Även skapa underlag för hur Tooltech AB ska nå sina kunder. Kraven från Tooltech AB har varit så enkel tillverkning som möjligt men utan några specifika detaljkrav, mer allmänt sunt förnuft eftersom att varje kontrollfixtur är unik.

Denna rapport sammanfattar ett examensarbete som utförts hos Kiruna kommun. Kommunen arbetar med framtagning av en ny IT-säkerhetspolicy och ville då göra en säkerhetsanalys av sin verksamhet. Denna säkerhetsanalys skulle göras utifrån Krisberedskapsmyndighetens standard Basnivå för IT-säkerhet (BITS). Informationsinsamlingen har skett via intervjuer av personal på IT-avdelningen samt platsinspektioner på skolor och serverhall. Dessutom har en enkät skickats ut till alla anställda inom kommunen.

Abstract Essay in political science, C-level, by Patrik Larsson, autumn semester 2007.Tutor: Susan Marton The battle over the agenda-Can media be regarded as an individual political actor? The purpose of this essay is to study to what extent media can be regarded to function as an individual political actor. In other words, do the media have more power over the political agenda than the politicians and do the media influence how the politicians make their decisions. This research is a case study and to be able to complete the intention of this study I have used Maxwell McCombs and Donald Shaws theory, the agenda-setting theory. From this theory I have used four aspects to analyse my material which has consisted of editorials from a Swedish newspaper, interpellations and debates that belong to the interpellations. The aspect I have worked with are, how the problem is defined, who is responsible for the problem, what values and which solutions are expressed.  I have used a qualitative text analysis as my methodological approach which means that the results of my study are my interpretation of the material. My conclusions are that the media in this case shouldn?t be regarded as an individual political actor because there is no tendency that shows that the media has influenced the government in their decisions concerning the real-estate tax.

I takt med att antalet mobiltelefoner har ökat har även efterfrågan på fler tjänster för dessa ökat. Detta är en av anledningarna till att WAP-tekniken skapats och att den har fått så stor uppmärksamhet. WAP, Wireless Application Protocol, är ett kommunikationsprotokoll som gör det möjligt att utveckla tjänster för mobila klienter. Den har utvecklats genom ett samarbete mellan en mängd olika företag och är idag en öppen standard. För att kunna utnyttja den nya tekniken och anpassa nya tjänster bör man tänka på vissa faktorer såsom begränsningar gällande klienten, säkerhet och gränssnittet mot användaren.
