Ett läkemedels uppgift är att erbjuda bot, lindra och/eller förebygga sjukdomstillstånd. Men de kan även ge negativa effekter i form av läkemedelsrelaterade problem på grund av felmedicinering.En anledning till felaktig läkemedelsanvändning hos patienter med många läkemedel kan vara att de, speciellt vid ordinationsändringar, inte har en uppdaterad uppgift om vilka läkemedel som är aktuella för behandlingen. Tidigare studier har visat att det finns stora avvikelser mellan vilka läkemedel patienter ordinerats och vad de i själva verket tar. Bland äldre patienter och patienter med flera läkemedel är risken för avvikelser som störst.Syftet med studien var att undersöka förekomsten av avvikelser mellan ?Mina sparade recept på apoteket?/recept i receptregistret (RR), patientens aktuella ordinationer i patientjournalsystemet på Hälsocentral samt vad patienten uppger är aktuella, gällande ordinationer för patienter med diabetes mellitus, anslutna till Stensö Hälsocentral i Kalmar.Studien genomfördes dels som en registerstudie genom avstämning av aktuella ordinationer i journalens läkemedelslista mot sparade recept i RR, och dels som en intervju med patienterna om vilka recept som utgjorde hans/hennes aktuella ordinationer.Studien visade att hos patienter med diabetes mellitus var 17 % av recepten i RR och 15 % av ordinationerna i läkemedelslista inaktuella, receptdubbletter eller dubbelmedicinering.Studien tyder på att endast 62 % av läkemedelsposterna hos patienter med diabetes mellitus förekom i både RR och läkemedelslista samt var aktuell enligt patientuppgift.Studien indikerar att en stor andel av recepten i RR utgörs av inaktuella recept, receptdubbletter och dubbelmedicinering.

Uppsatsen undersöker behandlingsmöjligheter inom vuxenpsykiatrin för personer med sexuella avvikelser utifrån att denna grupp antas vara i hög grad stigmatiserade och därför drabbas av strukturell diskriminering. Detta skulle i så fall innebära att denna patientgrupp inte prioriteras vid fördelningen av resurser inom hälso- och sjukvården.Undersökningen har genomförts i form av en kartläggning av vuxenpsykiatriska verksamheter, där 58 verksamhetschefer tillhandahållit information gällande resurser att behandla patienter med sexuella avvikelser. Undersökningsdesignen syftade till att täcka in samtliga vuxenpsykiatriska mottagningar i Sverige.Resultatet visar att ungefär hälften av verksamheterna har erfarenhet och/eller kompetens av att behandla patientgruppen. Det stora flertalet verksamheter (72 procent) saknar personal med kompetens inom klinisk sexologi. Endast åtta verksamheter bedömdes erbjuda behandling av hög kvalitet utifrån att de både hade erfarenhet och självskattad kompetens samt personal med kompetens klinisk sexologi.

Introduktion: Varje år skadas fler än100000 patienter av hälso- och sjukvården. Vårdskador innebär ett vårdlidande och påverkar samhällets hälsoekonomi. Sjuksköterskor har ett huvudansvar för det direkta omvårdnadsarbetet och är skyldiga att rapportera avvikelser. Trots att patientsäkerhetsarbetet är ett prioriterat område inom vård och omsorg visar forskning att sjuksköterskor inte rapporterar alla avvikelser som sker på arbetsplatsen. Syfte: Studiens syfte är att belysa sjuksköterskornas erfarenheter av att avvikelserapportera inom kommunal hälso- och sjukvård.

The following study examined whether similarities in motor speech deficits in Parkinson?s disease and in developmental stuttering could be observed. Furthermore, intelligibility was examined. Assessments of 16 people with Parkinson?s disease, 35 people with developmental stuttering and 49 matched controls were performed with the tests Dysartribedömningen and the Swedish Test of Intelligibility.

The present study tested the prediction that male offenders are judged more harsly than female offenders for involving in a violent crime. Three-hundred and fifty-four adult students (163 men, 190 women, 1 unspecified gender) evaluated a hypothetical crimescenario describing a violent conflict between two parties, as part of a 2 (Informants Gender: Male/Female) x 3 (Offender Gender Triad: Male/Female/Neutral) x 3 (Victim Gender Triad: Male/Female/Neutral) between-subjects design. In situations involving male offenders, compared to female offenders, the informants judged the male offenders more harshly which exposed a double standard, as we expected. This thesis discusses the possibilities to distribute digital video in a military vehicle. Today, an analogue system is used, which has a maximum capacity of eighteen video sources and the same number of monitors. The purpose of this thesis is to increase the systems capabilities regarding secure distribution and additional functions. Both software and hardware tests are made to investigate the features of the digital video standard MPEG-2. Both the coding delay and the image quality are of great interest.

Kvalitetskontroller används för att upprätthålla kvaliteten gentemot kunderna och uppnå företagets kvalitetsmål. För ett Toyotainspirerat företag är det extra viktigt att dessa kontroller är optimerade då ledningen ställer höga krav på kvalitet. Det är också bakgrunden till detta arbete då syftet med uppgiften är att presentera väl genomtänkta kvalitetskontroller för att uppnå målen med att säkra leveransen av högkvalitativa lyftvagnar till företagets kunder. Det finns en önskan om att optimera utformningen av slutkontroller i produktionen och att även se över kvalitetskontrollerna längs produktionslinan för att fånga upp avvikelser så tidigt som möjligt. Genom observationer och delaktighet i företagets verksamhet har en kartläggning av avdelningen för handdrivna lyftvagnar utförts.

I wrote this thesis for myself and someone who would like to learn improvised music not from Jazz but Bach. I analyzed one composition by Bach, then I showed one example of using his idea to a Jazz standard tune. It was challenging for me to understand and analyze his composition as a Jazz improviser. To be honest I don't like to learn the music language from Bebop music but I like to play Jazz standard music. If someone would like to be good at playing jazz music, I think that it is important to know the music language in jazz.

The company Sol & Energiteknik wanted to examine the possibility to make a standardhouse totally energy independent. Based upon this I have, during the spring of 2007,examined the possibilities available at the market today through litterature studies, contactwith several companies and reading reports at the internet.The first thing to examine has been to determine the energy consumption for a standardhouse, and find out if there are better technologies to be used for energy conservation.My conclusion in this matter is that there are possibilities today for building a house moreenergy efficient.When I had reached the point at which my design for the house was decided, I also hadto choose the different products to use to produce energy as well as to store that energy.To produce heat and electricity to the house I decided to use a wind turbine and a solarwater heater.The most difficult part of designing a house that is energy independent is that theproduced energy must be stored somehow. Storing the heat is relatively easy beacuse theheat can be stored in a large water tank. The electricity is a bigger problem beacuse itmust be stored in batteries, which today are too expensive to be used in a standard house.In the future producing and storing hydrogen might be used to produce electricity, buttoday that technology is both expensive and not tested enough.My final conclusion is that a standard house can not be built to be totally energyindependent today, unless it is very expensive to connect the house to the electricitynetwork. As an alternative solution I came up with a proposal for a house which isconnected to the electricity network and have some amount of own produced energy.This house prooved to be a good investment if you choose to build it today, and it couldbe a very good investment in the long run beacuse energy prices increase every year..

The design regulations of Boverket (BKR) have long been the mandatory standard for construction design in Sweden. However from the end of the year 2010, the BKR will be replaced by the European standard Eurocode (EC). The transition to EC has been delayed and it is not until the second of May 2011 that the use of EC will be mandatory. Because EC and BKR differ from each other it is highly interesting to investigate and explain these differences.The purpose of the thesis is to compare the two standards and investigate how they give different results or not for the dimensioning of structures of steel with associated loads. The current project HVC (Pets Science Center) in Uppsala is used as a model for the design of the steel structure used in this study.
