Syfte: Att undersöka ifall ett ökat intag av antioxidanter via kost eller supplement kan förhindra uppkomst och progression av Äldersrelaterad makuladegeneration, AMD.Metod: Granskning och sammanstÀllning av publicerade forskningsresultat inom omrÄdet.Resultat: Av 7 granskade studier visade 5 pÄ en skyddande effekt mot uppkomst eller progression av AMD vid ett ökat intag av antioxidanter. Resterande 2 studier kunde inte finna nÄgot signifikant samband. Resultatet varierar för specifika antioxidativa Àmnen i olika studier.Slutsats: Forskningen tyder pÄ att ett ökat intag av antioxidanter, antingen via kosten eller supplement, skulle kunna förebygga och bromsa de skador som uppkommer vid AMD. Man bör dock ytterligare utreda eventuella negativa bieffekter vid höga doser av bland annat ?-karoten och E-vitamin.

Syftet med mitt arbete Àr att undersöka progressionen i friluftsundervisningen pÄ tvÄ grundskolor utifrÄn pedagogers och rektorers perspektiv samt undersöka om deras arbete korrelerar med kurs- och skolplaner för Àmnet och för de aktuella skolorna. Jag har i min undersökning anvÀnt mig av kvalitativa intervjuer samt studerat kursplanen och de berörda kommunala skolplanerna. Tack vare mina intervjuer med bÄde rektorer, idrottslÀrare och fritidspedagoger tycker jag mig fÄtt en inblick i hur ett par skolor arbetar med friluftsliv. Genom att jag studerat de berörda skolplanerna tycker jag mig fÄtt en uppfattning om hur kommunerna ser pÄ friluftsliv och progression. Mitt resultat visar att mÀngden friluftsliv beror pÄ idrottslÀrarnas samt rektorernas intresse till momentet, vilket gör att det kan skilja otroligt mycket frÄn skola till skola.

Syftet med vÄr studie var att undersöka, analysera och diskutera lÀrarens, elevers och förÀldrars medvetenhet och engagemang om elevernas progression inom lÀsinlÀrningen. Analys och slutsatser byggde vi pÄ vÄra resultat och modern forskning om barns sprÄkinlÀrning. Detta gjorde vi med hjÀlp av en klass bestÄende av 1 lÀrare, 19 elever och deras förÀldrar. Vi anvÀnde oss av kartlÀggningsmetoderna God LÀsutveckling och Ordkedjor, enkÀter och intervju. Resultatet av vÄr studie visade att kartlÀggningsmetoden var betydelsefull, men metodvalet inte var det avgörande för lÀsutvecklingen hos eleverna.

Syftet med arbetet var att jÀmföra den svenska och den finlÀndska musikskolan i frÄga om elevurval och progression, och att beskriva musikskolelÀrares attityder till dessa frÄgor. Detta gjordes genom enkÀter till tvÄ musikskolor i Sverige och tre i Finland, och genom intervjuer av tvÄ musiklÀrare frÄn vardera land. Resultatet visade pÄ skillnader i styrramarna för musikskolan, och att de svenska musiklÀrarna i högre grad lade tyngdpunkten pÄ elevens personliga utveckling, medan de finlÀndska betonade musikkunskaper mer.
