Alkoholkonsumtionen i Sverige har ökat drastiskt de senaste tio åren med stigande alkoholrelaterad ohälsa i befolkningen som konsekvens. Distriktssköterskans preventiva och promotiva arbetssätt kan vara ett viktigt element i folkhälsoarbetet mot denna ohälsa.Syftet med föreliggande litteraturstudie var att utifrån befintlig forskning beskriva distriktssköterskans preventiva arbete för att motverka alkoholmissbruk hos vuxna i primärvården. Frågeställningarna var om det har någon effekt och om det fanns hindrande faktorer för detta arbete. Metoden som användes var en systematisk litteraturstudie där artikelsökningar gjordes i databaserna CINAHL, Swemed+ och Medline. Åtta artiklar med kvalitativ och kvantitativ ansats ingår i föreliggande litteraturstudie.

According to the Swedish preschool policy documents all children should have the same opportunities to develop their early language skills regardless of their social background. The purpose of this study is to investigate how preschool teachers work with children's early literacy and language development with focus on reading aloud. The reason is to investigate how the preschool teachers work to create an environment that stimulates children's literacy and language development. Another intention is to study how often reading aloud occurs in the children's home environment and what the preschool teachers thoughts are about that. The study is based on interviews with four preschool teachers and surveys that were answered by parents.

The aim of this study is to investigate how 20 children discusses norm breaking based on a children?s book with a focus on following questions:How do the children discuss norms based on the children?s book?Are there differences in opinions and comments between children with Swedish as their first language and children with Swedish as a second language, and if so, which ones?The investigation is based on four discussions of children?s literature, which are a method Chambers (2004) means enable the children to put their thoughts and feelings about the book into words.The theoretical frame of the study is founded on post-structuralism feminism and particularly Butler (Ambjörnsson, 2010) and Davies (2003) theories about gender and gender roles.The investigation shows, among other things, that the children are basing their discussions on the norms accepted by the society. But it also shows that there are differences in the way that the children with Swedish as a first language and Swedish as a second language discusses norm breaking. .

Aim: The purpose of this paper is to see if there has been a change over time in the performance and in the spoken word of the Swedish cooking programs. By testing the theory of intimization on the cooking programs I get the opportunity to see if the border between the private and the public have become clearer or more difficult to notice, and if the new language, the informal language as intimization entails, has been used in Swedish cooking programs since the 70s until today, or if there´s ever been a formal language in Swedish programs? Method/Material: I'm using a rhetorical approach that includes a three-step analysis. Analysing the context, means to persuade and performance. The empirical material I intend to analyze is Swedish cooking programs from the 70s until today, 2010.

Internet is the world?s largest source of information, and it is expanding every day. It is possible to find all kind of information as long as you know how and where to look for it, but still it is only the words itself that are searched for. We have with this essay tried to find an approach that makes it possible to give the word a meaning or a context.We have, as a starting point used the Socrates method, which is a method that breaks down texts into its smallest elements and forms activities. We have redone these activities to ontologies by forming general and specific descriptions of the activities.

Learning words have shown to be a very crucial part of learning a second language and the one most important factor to make pupils with Swedish as a second language succeed in school. To make sure that all pupils get the right conditions to learn from all subjects and their entire content a wide vocabulary is necessary. Even so it is found that there are shortcomings regarding this kind of teaching in Swedish schools.Through interviews and observations of two teachers that teach pupils with Swedish as a second language, and also with a short reading test for the pupils, the possible strategies that these teachers use for learning words have been studied. The result shows that the teachers are using several strategies and that they are actively working with transmitting these to the pupils, but there are some areas that need developing..

Studiens syfte var att, genom en 12 veckor lång intervention bestående av ett medvetet arbete med läsförståelsestrategier, bidra till ökad förståelse av sambandet mellan undervisningsmetod och elevers läsförståelse samt elevers och lärares upplevelse av detta arbete. Interventionen i studien genomfördes med för- och eftertest av både avkodning och läsförståelse, elevenkäter samt samtal med inblandade lärare för att tolka upplevelsen hos dessa två grupper. Testresultaten tolkades kvantitativt och enkäter samt lärarsamtal genomgick en kvalitativ bedömningsprocess. På det test som mäter läsförståelse framstod en grupp som de stora vinnarna i arbetet med läsförståelsestrategier, nämligen den grupp som i förtestet uppnådde stanineresultat 1-3. Elevgruppen med stanineresultatet 4-9 i förtestet visar ingen märkbar förbättring på eftertestet.

Medvetet eller omedvetet har doktrinen blivit en integrerad del i den amerikanska säkerhets- & utrikespolitiken. Genom Monroedoktrinen och dess korollarier har USA haft en förevändning att intervenera närhelst de ansett att intressena, som ska tillvaratas i doktrinen, har utmanats. Vi har i denna uppsats valt att analysera tre fall av amerikansk intervention i Latinamerika med målet att finna en gemensam drivkraft bakom amerikansk utrikespolitik i Latinamerika.

Language impairment affects the ability to communicate. Children with languageimpairment have difficulties in using language in interaction to various degrees, and the contributions of the conversational partner are of great importance. The use of languagein interaction can be analysed by means of conversation analysis. The purpose of thepresent study was to study interaction of a group of pre-school children with language impairment with four different conversational partners. These were a peer with languag eimpairment, a peer with typical language development, a pre-school teacher and a parent.

This paper is about the new programming language from Microsoft, C# (See Sharp) and the .NET Framework. They are still in beta-version, but will be released on the market in February 2002. This paper presents C#, not in detail but the characteristics that distinguish the language. A comparison is done with C++ and Java, since C# is most resembling to these languages. Both C# and Java have been developed from the mother- language C++.

I denna studie har en intervention gjorts för att undersöka om det leda till att elever i lågstadiet får en större förståelse taluppfattning än innan. Utifrån förtester som gjordes i en årskurs 1 valdes fyra elever ut för att under sex tillfällen få delta i en intervention där de presenterades för olika användbara strategier vid räkning av olika matematikuppgifter. Efter varje tillfälle fick hela klassen, inklusive interventionsgruppen, göra tester för att se hur klassen utvecklas inom området gentemot interventionsgruppen. När interventionen var klar gjordes två eftertester för att se hur effekten av interventionen höll i sig.Resultatet visade att de flesta eleverna i interventionsgruppen fick ett bättre resultat än innan. Under interventionens gång kan man se att eleverna utvecklats och blivit mer säkra inom området taluppfattning.Inspirationen till detta arbete kom ifrån studier som bland annat Fueyo och Bushell Jr (1998) och Kaufmann, Handl och Thöny (2003) genomfört.

The present study investigated free narratives in 72 children between 3;11 and 9;0 years. Participants were recruited from a multilingual environment in eastern Gothenburg. The children were instructed to make up their own stories after being provided with openings, ?Story stems?. The stories were then transcribed and analyzed on micro- and macro level and narrative evaluation.

Purpose: Reading aloud to children and having a conversation about a book, which is read to them, has attracted much attention as important factors that influence children's language development. Language development for children is one of the most important tasks that the preschool- teachers have, and according to ?Läroplanet?, all children must have the opportunity to develop their language. The aim of this study was to examine how reading aloud, and by letting them speak about a certain book, ?boksamtal? impacts preschool-children`s ability to develop their language according to preschool- teachers.Method: I have used a qualitative method by interviewing four preschool- teachers.

Syftet med denna studie är att genom en litteraturöversikt beskriva arbetsterapeutens användande av grupp som intervention för individer med psykisk sjukdom. För att besvara syftet valde författarna att göra en litteraturstudie för att få en fördjupad kunskap samt beskriva befintlig kunskap inom det valda området. Datainsamlingen skedde genom att författarna noggrant valde ut tre lämpliga sökord; arbetsterapi, intervention och psykisk sjukdom. Utifrån sökorden skedde datainsamling via utvalda databaser, sökningen utmynnade i tio vetenskapliga artiklar. Författarna valde sedan att analysera de utvalda vetenskapliga artiklarna utifrån ett manifest kvalitativ innehållsanalys.

Public health focuses on interventions related to physical activity during leisure and at work under conditions where health care is offered during working hours. Increased physical activity offers many positive effects on health in general and reduces the risk for most injuries and illnesses. Female cleaners represent a profession that is largely composed of women at high risk of overload injury and rarely participate in wellness initiatives offered at workplace. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of 20 minutes of daily physical exercise for 10 weeks of intervention for healthy female cleaners. A total of 40 female cleaners in a larger organization participated in the study and were divided in into an intervention group and a control group.
