More and more people in our society take part in adult education. In this study, eight students in adult education, the majority with a diagnosis such as ADHD and/or reading- and writing disorders/dyslexia,have been interviewed about their current study situation. The interviews have so party treated topics related to earlier schooling and the future. Earlier studies and available literature is to a large extent written from the perspective of children?s and adolescents? study situation and the question is if this is applicable to students in adult education.

That the Swedish society looks different depending on the location is a fact and that in turn means different schools with different conditions and resources depending on the localization. We have in this study interviewed four teachers in a high-status school and four teachers at a low-status school in a municipality south of Stockholm. The purpose of our study is to find out how teachers / educators perceive children's physical and psychological safety in their workplaces, and if there is a difference between the schools in resource allocation.In order to answer our purpose of the study, we chose to interview teachers about how the school looks for the kids in order of enough resources such as books for all, enough facilities and competent and even skilled teachers. To take into account and consider people´s backgrounds, experiences, and cultural frames of reference is a way to interact within a respectful world, and as a good approach to educating children from all parts of the world and with all the different mental and physical difficulties. The two schools in our study show lack of resources but of different kinds.

This essay aims to investigate the use of an origin-ID within the Beaker Complex, as defined by John C. Barrett, seen through their different expressions of use in ceramic form and ornamentation, architecture and landscape through time and space with special emphasis on the late Neolihtics in the South of England. The analytic vehicle "the reinforcing circle" is used as a new diffusion model suggested by Stuart Needham, and the analytic tool "incubation" is used to structure the process the Beaker-cultures may have used to reach cultural hegemony. Id est, that the Beaker-cultures socially invites already existing cultures, offering within family and trading the results of new technolo­gies. And/or, occupy the space and use the authority needed by re-writing the narrative as seen in the grave use and grave deposits.

Jag har undersökt hur man inom ett rektorsområde arbetar för att hjälpa elever med läs- och skrivsvårigheter. Jag har undersökt hur elever, skolledare och lärare ser på sin situation. I takt med att skolans ekonomiska resurser minskar föreställde jag mig att det också blir allt svårare att tillgodose de läs- och skrivsvaga elevernas behov. Min undersökning består av tre delar. Jag har intervjuat en skolledare och 22 elever och skickade ut en enkät till 6 lärare.

Specialpedagogisk handledning har enligt många forskare blivit ett svar på de förändringar som skett inom förskolan. Exempel på dessa förändringar är; förskolans övergång från Social-styrelsen till Skolverket, utbyggnaden av förskolan, tillkomsten av förskoleklass och inte minst de betydligt större barngrupper som idag blivit mer regel än undantag. I samband med övergången till skolverket blev förskolans föreståndare rektor, och ersatte den ledarroll tidiga-re föreståndare hade. I samband med detta dök en ny yrkeskategori upp, special¬pedagogen, som återfanns som handledare ? ett verktyg för förskola och skola i förändrings- och utveck-lingsarbeten.Studiens syfte var att undersöka om och på vilket/vilka sätt handledning har betydelse.

Undersökningen avsåg att besvara syftet utifrån tre frågeställningar. Vilka förväntningar finns det hos olika grupper på lärare som arbetar inom gymnasiesärskolan och hur de lever upp till dessa? Uppfattar deltagarna att eleverna trivs? Vilka förändringar har skett inom gymnasiesärskolan och vilka tankar och orsaker ligger till grund för dessa? Metoden Hur gick vi tillväga? Efter samtal med vår handledare, Kristian Lutz, och de tips vi fick beslöt vi oss för två parallella metoder.

I läroplanen för förskolan Lpfö-98 står det att barnen på förskolan skall ges möjligheter att vistas såväl inomhus som utomhus och att utomhusvistelsen skall ge barnen möjligheter till lek i planerad och naturmiljö. Syftet med studien är dels att upptäcka om och i så fall på vilket sätt samlingen, som en planerad aktivitetsform i förskolan, skiljer sig om den sker utomhus från om den genomförs inomhus och dels att undersöka vilket inflytande barn tilldelas på samlingar inomhus respektive utomhus. Studien utgår från kvalitativ ansats och bygger på videoobservationer och återkopplande intervjuer (stimulated recall). I studien ingår två lärare verksamma i förskolan och barn i åldrarna 3-5 år. Resultatet visar att det inte förekommer skillnad mellan samlingarna inomhus och utomhus när det gäller form, lärarens förhållningssätt och barnens inflytande. Skillnaden som resultatet visar handlar om lärarnas olika sätt att hålla i samlingen och inte om deras sätt att använda sig av möjligheter som utomhusmiljön erbjuder. Barns möjligheter till inflytande påverkas inte av att samlingen hålls vare sig inomhus eller utomhus.

Swedish as a second language and special education are two topics that have a lot in common. I have chosen to in my study look at something that is covered by the two subjects: Swedish as a second language education that is taking place in a group segregated from the class. I have interviewed students in preschool, grade one and grade two to learn details of their experience of the segregation. Finding out that it is mostly bad planning and trouble getting the schedule together that?s affecting the pupils in a negative way.

According to the curriculum for primary schools, pre-school and after-school Lgr11 says that students should experience different feelings and moods using different forms of expression including drama (Lgr11 2011:10). The purpose of this study was to examine how educational drama is used in three elementary schools and for what purpose in teaching. The aim was also to examine the four teachers' perceptions of what educational drama means to them.I have used a qualitative approach with interviews and contacted four teachers from three different schools to get different information for my study. Three of them were educated teachers and one of them was an actor. The information provided in the interviews was analyzed using educational drama theory and previous research. The interviews with the teachers and the actor showed the use of different methods of educational drama in education.

In the digital era, new services have entered the public libraries, like seeking information on the Internet, in databases, newspapers online etc. But many citizens do not know that these services exist. The libraries have a democratic responsibility to inform about them. In the county of Östergötland a project started in 2001 where libraries in five small municipalities built websites in which they present all their electronic services available. One of the aims was with the help of different kinds of marketing to reach special groups of people, like adult students, small companies and politicians.

In this essay, we have compared a conventional house to a passive house. The housesshared the same local conditions; they have the same living area and the same layout. Thedifferences between the houses were the different construction solutions for the roof, theouter walls, the floor and the heating system. Both the houses qualify the standards fromBBR and the passive house also lives up to FEBY?s special conditions.The purpose with the essay was to examine if it really is profitable to build small hoses aspassive houses.

Empowerment har blivit ett allt vanligare begrepp för att beskriva olika typer av försök att ge anställda i organisationer ökat inflytande, ökat ansvar och/eller mer självbestämmande. En vital förutsättning för ett lyckat utfall av en empowermentsatsning är upplevelserna hos de anställda.Detta är en forskningsöversikt med syfte att analysera hur empowerment upplevs av "the empowered" samt vilka faktorer i organisationen det är som påverkar dessa upplevelser. Detta sker genom en komparativ analys gjord utifrån fem fallstudier utförda i organisationer och branscher där empowermentsatsningar genomförts.En tydlig aspekt som framkommit är att empowermentsatsningar inte automatiskt får ett positivt utfall. Olika sätt att genomföra empowerment får olika konsekvenser och upplevs på olika sätt av de anställda i organisationen. En lyckad insats kan exempelvis göra att de anställda känner sig mer involverade i organisationen, att nya ansvar och arbetsuppgifter upplevs som en utmaning, att de känner att deras insatser är betydelsefulla och att de kan vara stolta över vad de bidrar med.

This study is conducted from qualitative research with interviews as a basis, where I have interviewed four teachers from elementary school?s early ages (year 1-3). The aim is to highlight the teacher?s perspectives and experiences of reading aloud, and how they connect the activity to gender.The questions at issue that have been answered in this paper are how the teacher?s reflect to gender and reading aloud in a school environment; do the teacher?s reflect over the gender perspective when choosing reading aloud literature? When reading aloud, which attributes are important to highlight for girls and boys according to the teachers? Which books do the teachers consider "good" gender literature?The paper is based on the theoretical grounds of social constructivism, gender as construction, gender conscious pedagogy and reading aloud. In previous research the focal point has been Kåreland?s study on gender in literature in pre-school, and on how children are being portrayed in children?s literature today, from a gender perspective.The teacher?s that have been interviewed in this study all agreed on the fact that reading aloud is a very important part of education and are used by most teachers on a daily basis.

Vi har valt att genomföra en studie om Ungdomstinget med fokus på inflytande och lärande. Syftet med detta arbete är att undersöka ungdomarnas egen syn på lärande om inflytande, genom sitt arbete med Ungdomstinget i förhållande till skolan. Detta har vi undersökt genom kvalitativ metod med intervjuer som vårt främsta undersökningsinstrument. Vi har intervjuat fem ungdomar ifrån Samordningsgruppen på Ungdomstinget samt en av grundarna till tinget. Våra slutsatser blev att Ungdomstinget betyder väldigt mycket för de aktiva ungdomarna men att det behövs fler medverkande ungdomar på tinget.

This essay studies what has been written about religious experience and visions both in the past and now. It deals with both the religious experience and tries to explain how and if there is any place in the modern society for religious visions and experience. The essay has a strong theoretical perspective to psychology of religion as presented by Anton Geels whose writings in the subject have been of one of my main sources.The study shows that people of all times and cultures have had religious visions and the feeling of a divine experience even if this has changed because of tradition, time and place. Religious experience and visions can furthermore occur both in a spontaneous, unprepared way as well as being cultured through ascetic practice in order to facilitate the divine reception. The study also shows that religious experience in no means is reserved for special ?chosen ones? but can occur to each and every one, no matter what class, race or position in life.
