I detta examensarbete i ämnet Fysisk planering lämnas förslag på lämpliga sätt att förtäta bebyggelsen i Skanör och Falsterbo utifrån målet en hållbar stadsutveckling. En hållbar stadsutveckling kan sammanfattas i orden Venustas, Utilitas och Firmitas ? Skönhet, Användbarhet och Hållbarhet. För att tillämpa detta i den fysiska planeringen krävs en analys av förutsättningarna inom de aktuella områden som berörs. Den analysmetod som tillämpas i detta arbete är i huvudsak Realistisk stadsanalys. Skanör och Falsterbo ligger på Falsterbonäset och hade båda sin storhetstid under medeltiden, då handel och fiske dominerade. Efter en nedgång väcktes intresset på nytt för städerna under 1900-talet, då antalet invånare ökade och en betydande nybyggnation, framför allt av friliggande småhusbebyggelse, ägde rum. Under senare år har den demografiska utvecklingen medfört att underlaget för service minskat, vilket bland annat berott på att ett generationsskifte i boendet inte ägt rum samt att det varit svårt att finna platser för nya bostäder. Prognoser talar för att antalet invånare kommer att öka i kommunen, vilket ställer krav på utökad och blandad bebyggelse. Framöver förväntas klimat förändringar leda till bland annat stigande havsnivåer, vilket får konsekvenser för den befintliga och framtida bebyggelsen på Näset. I det ena planförslaget i detta examensarbete föreslås en omgestaltning av Skanörs centrum, där bostäder kombineras med handel och kontorsverksamhet.

Every year, reports are published that shows how universities fail to meet the demand from companies who are looking to hire students with solid communication skills. At the same time, the importance of communication for effective leadership is constantly increasing. Today, many business schools around the world states that they strive to educate future business leaders and have therefore realized the importance of teaching the skills of communications to its students. The majority of Swedish business schools, however, have not yet made communications an essential part of their curricula. This indicates that most business students in Sweden today, do not receive the toolkit needed to take on leadership roles.

Collaborative planning ? a comparative study of theory and practice Why There is today, according to my experience, a growing interest and demand for a more inclusive and transparent planning process. Also, if we are going to be able to reach a truly sustainable society it is my belief that there is a need for a more integrated collaboration between different actors. Where the social, economic and ecological values can influence and benefit from each other. The question then is, how can the planning system accommodate that kind of collaboration? Purpose My aim for this thesis has been to study a selection of the theoretical work that exist about collaborative planning.

Detta arbete har tagit fokus på en ännu outforskad företeelse i svensk kommunal planeringspraktik, nämligen något som här kallas ?konsultplanering?, det vill säga konsultmedverkan i den kommunala planeringen. Uppsatsen har avgränsats till att handla om ?planeringskonsulter? och konsultuppdrag som konkret handlar om planering och inte olika utredningar etc. som i och för sig också ingår i planeringsprocessen och ofta utförs av konsulter.

Ämnet för kandidatarbetet är Pottholmen i Karlskrona. Pottholmen är en ö med en lång historia, som alltid har varit länken mellan Trossö och fastlandet. Transportfunktionerna, med Österleden, Borgmästarekajen och Järnvägsstationen, dominerar ön och skapar barriärer vilket gör att tillgängligheten för oskyddade trafikanter (fotgängare och cyklister) är dålig. På Pottholmen idag finns ett antal olika verksamheter men få bostäder och bebyggelsen är utspridd. Arbetets syfte är att göra ett planförslag för Pottholmen i Karlskrona. Som utgångspunkt för arbetet har varit en Realistisk stadsanalys jag gjort tillsammans med Erica Folkesson, Frida Fälth och Frida Petersson.

SAMMANFATTNING Examensarbetet skildrar hur barn och ungdomar påverkas av den fysiska miljön på skolgårdar samt hur miljön påverkar pedagogik och sociala mönster. Undersökningens främsta syfte är att åskådliggöra vilka utvecklingsriktningar som är aktuella då det gäller förbättringar av skolgårdsmiljöer. Eftersom skolgårdens fysiska utformning även påverkar den sociala miljön, undersöks den fysiska miljöns sammansättning i relation till pedagogiska och sociala behov. Barn och ungdomar vistas på skolgården flera timmar varje dag i många år, därför är det väsentligt att den utemiljö de har att tillgå ger stimulans och rekreation. Dagens debatter handlar till stor del om behovet av att vistas i naturen för att få helhet i undervisningen, träna motorik och kondition, tydliggöra samband samt lära eleverna lyssna till sin intuition.

This paper examines the opportunities and challenges of integrating conservation practice and the circular economy into practical planning processes. In recent years, the discussion of circular economy and its relevance in the sustainability debate has intensified. According to the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency, the transition to a circular economy is crucial to achieving the national and international environmental and climate goals as well as the global goals in Agenda 2030. Parallel to this, there is a long established heritage discourse that emphasizes the importance of preserving buildings and cultural environments as part of our cultural heritage. These two discourses have common goals, but they differ in how they present their respective arguments.

The study was conducted at a business in the social service. The purpose was to examine how the business works with human resource planning. In order to answer the purpose two questions was formulated, which human resource planning strategy does the business use? And, how do businesses need to act according to the theory of strategic manpower to achieve human resource planning? Survey data collection was done through a qualitative research design, where interviews with five employees in the business took place.The study shows that the business is using a own made strategy in order to achieve human resource planning. The strategy consists of two steps, in step one they do an background analysis and step two a needs analysis where a goal- and responsibility description are designed and then a set of requirements.

There are many barriers and obstacles that need to be removed to make the urban environment more accessible for people with disabilities. There are currently no adequate tools for urban planners to assess and address these obstacles. Geographical Information Systems (GIS) provide powerful methods for the visualization and analysis of spatial data, including the kind of data important in studies of accessibility. This study suggests a method urban planners can use to identify accessibility obstacles and to propose future actions to fix them.A literature review was conducted to find out what has been done and what is new regarding the accessibility issues. Different methods were evaluated which in turn led to the construction of a multi-step analytical strategy.

In order to fully grasp the phenomena 'City' we must understand its political structure as an integrated part of its physical structure and vice versa. This thesis focuses on one crucial element of the City, the public space, and discusses it in relation to the public realm, or sphere, of the City. The aim is to see if it is possible to conceive public space as a spatial dimension of power, and if so, how to analyse this. With the help of the theoretical tool of two ideal types of the configuration of public space, "The city as civic public life" and "The city as authoritarian control" an empirical study is carried out on the case of Prishtina, capital of Kosovo.Conclusions made are that function and use of a city's public spaces can be understood in relation to changes in the political climate of the society. Furthermore, a void in the asset of concepts offered by the ideal types is found ? and therefore also need for new concepts to describe and understand a public space undergoing a dynamic transformation, as being a part of a city in political transition..

Logistics planning for a construction site is usually limited by traffic flow to and from the workplace. The geographical location of the construction site is determined by roads around the workplace and opportunities for well-functioning logistics. Inventory of material is often impossible because of the frequently small workspaces. As a result, a concern relating material handling remains . Even before the establishment of a construction site, it is required in the construction industry to eliminate errors that might arise in the planning stage.

?Re:Regional? is a diploma work by Sanna Alm and Ylva Hedin, for the Master?s Programme in Spatial Planning presented at the Blekinge Institute of Technology, Karlskrona, Sweden. ?Greater Helsinki Vision 2050 ? International Ideas Competition? was the starting point of this study. The competition was launched the 15th of December 2006 and the closing date was the 31st of May.

Ämnet för den här uppstatsen är att undersöka vilka föreställningar det finns om tillgänglighet och hur samhälleliga strukturer påverkar arbetet med att öka tillgängligheten i samhället och vilka konsekvenser det har för berörda. Följande frågor har ställts för att kunna utreda detta. o Vilken roll har de statliga intentionerna i arbetet för att öka tillgängligheten i samhället och vilken roll har andra aktörer i samhället för hur dessa implementeras? o Vilka faktorer påverkar den fysiska planeringens förmåga att hantera tillgänglighet i den fysiska miljön? Uppsatsen utgår från de tre teoretiska perspektiven normalitet, makt och demokrati i relation till fysisk planering och tillgänglighet. Den egna undersökningen baserar sig på empiriskt material i form av kvalitativ textanalys och kvalitativa intervjuer. Den kvalitativa innehållsanalysen är utförd på tre politiska dokument, varav två av dem utgår från funktionshinderspolitiken, medan det tredje är förarbetet till Plan- och bygglagen (2010:900) och har därför en tydligare anknytning till fysisk planering.

This thesis presents the theory behind prototyping and user interviews as parts of requirements analysis. It further discusses how these were used in the development of a budget planning application. The implemented Web-based solution uses a new component-based design rooted in a Model-View-Controller architecture. The application is used today with complete success at the Department of Computer and Information Science at Linköping University..

The purpose of this master thesis has been to explore how Skanska Installation can be organized and managed from a Feedback of experience perspective, and define how an IT solution for knowledge management can be designed by identifying the company's current needs in communications, structural capital and information management.The study follows a deductive approach with a qualitative starting point. Using the literature  studies  the theoretical references were built, which is of great importance when using  a deductive approach.Furthermore the report is based on a case study on two different projects: Herrgården and Nattsländan. With the collected empirical data from the case  study the analysis was carried out with the theoretical framework as a basis. This finally led to the conclusions of the study.The purpose of a communications plan is to show how the communication between employees must be managed to best move the project forward. Emphasis is placed on the formal and informal communication of the company.
