Miljöundervisning har funnits lÀnge och idag Àr det fokus pÄ hÄllbar utveckling som har sitt ursprung frÄn 1970- och 1980-talet. Det Àr ett begrepp har kritiserats av mÄnga för sin komplexitet. HÄllbar utveckling har fÄtt mer utrymme i den nyutformade kursplanen för kursen naturkunskap 1b i och med den nya lÀroplanen Gy11. Hur vÀl anpassade Àr dÄ de nya lÀroböckerna för syfte och centralt innehÄll för kursen naturkunskap 1b inom omrÄdet hÄllbar utveckling? För att utföra undersökningen har de fem aktuella lÀroböckerna för kursen naturkunskap 1b lÀsts i fem omgÄngar, en analys av textens innehÄll, frÄgor och illustrationer har utförts.

HöganĂ€s kommun ligger i nordvĂ€stra SkĂ„ne. Centralorten har vuxit fram ur tvĂ„ byar, ett fiskelĂ€ge och en bruksort. Under 1900-talet har staden vĂ€xt samman. Men resultatet har blivit en delad och brokig stad.Med sitt attraktiva lĂ€ge vid Öresund och som en del av Öresundsregion lockar kommunen nya invĂ„nare. HöganĂ€s kommun har som mĂ„l att gĂ„ frĂ„n att vara 8 500 till att bli 10 000 invĂ„nare i centralorten.

Jag har undersökt om och hur hĂ„llbar utveckling finns med i pedagogers tankar och val pĂ„ förskolan. Dessutom har jag studerat vilket inflytande pedagoger och barn har i verksamheten nĂ€r det gĂ€ller hĂ„llbar utveckling. Jag har tillsammans med en annan student gjort besök pĂ„ 10 olika förskolor och dĂ€r intervjuat en pedagog pĂ„ varje stĂ€lle. Vi har anvĂ€nt oss av en kvalitativ intervjumetod för att vi ville nĂ„ djupare svar pĂ„ vĂ„ra frĂ„gor. Även om hĂ„llbar utveckling inte finns med som begrepp i lĂ€roplanen anser Ă€ndĂ„ mĂ„nga pedagoger att det Ă€ndĂ„ Ă€r ett mĂ„l de arbetar mot.

In Scandinavia the general idea of the Bronze Age society is that it was organised as chiefdoms. The model for what they looked like is taken from the anthropological studies of the Polynesian chiefdoms. The aim of my study is to investigate a Scandinavian Bronze Age feature, known as cairns mainly containing fire-cracked stone. This is compared with how people in different Polynesian chiefdoms, looked at similar remain. This is done to get a background for new ways of interpretation of such remains.

The purpose with this study has been to get a previous knowledge about how pre-school teachers look at the impact of the picture book for children and their language development and participation at the age of three to five years. The study was carried through inquiries at a pre-school in a west Swedish urban district. The study proceed from the sociocultural theory which means that children learn by teamwork with other more experienced individuals. The result shows that the pre-school teachers consciously let the interest of the children guide the choice of books. At the same time they push for the meaning of conversation with the children.

Cattle used for meat production can be held outside all year round and due to the legislation they should have access to shelters or other buildings for protection against the elements giving them a dry and clean bedding. There are different opinions concerning their need of protection and the question about necessity of shelters for cattle is of current interest due to a less profitable economy in meat production and the investment costs for shelters. The aim of this study was to acquire more knowledge about the natural behaviour of cattle concerning their use of shelters. The basis of the study was a series of questions regarding when animals choose to stay in shelters, if shelters were used less when they had access to protecting vegetation, how temperature and weather conditions affected the use of shelters and the influence of distance between shelter and feed. Behavioural studies was conducted at five different farms where six groups of suckler cows and heifers of following breeds and crossbreeds were observed; Aberdeen Angus, Charolais, Hereford, Scottish Highland Cattle, Simmental and the Swedish breeds SKB and SRB.

I enighet med bland annat Agenda 21, Baltic 21 Education och FN:s Ärtionde för utbildning för hÄllbar utveckling ska Sverige omorientera sina utbildningssystem sÄ att de stödjer en hÄllbar utveckling. Denna uppsats syftar till att undersöka vad utbildning för hÄllbar utveckling innebÀr för lÀrare i grundskolans högre Ärskurser,genom att identifiera och undersöka anknutna möjligheter, svÄrigheter och erfarenheter. Detta har gjorts utifrÄn en teoretisk litteraturstudie och en kvalitativ fallstudie. Den teoretiska studien baserades pÄ vetenskaplig litteratur sÄvÀl som internationella och nationella styrdokument, överenskommelser och undersökningar et cetera. För fallstudien genomfördes fem djupintervjuer med lÀrare.

Building a strong brand and the emphasis on strategic brand management is something that before was given less attention in firms but today we can see a general increase in awareness and relative emphasis in the strategic work of companies.Countries as brands: Is it possible to consider a nation or a country as a brand the same way you consider a product? Well, looking in to the subject it seems to be a rather complex matter and there are many questions to be asked and answer. Nations around the globe are indeed marketing and positioning themselves for several purposes.

Denna rapport beskriver framtagandet av ett Àmnesöverskridande temaarbete för Ärskurs 4-6 om mat med hÄllbar utveckling som grund. Dagens samhÀlle prÀglas av klimatförÀndringar och konsekvenser av detta. I framtiden kommer dessa konsekvenser att mÀrkas allt mer. För att vÀnda den negativa trenden och skapa ett hÄllbart samhÀlle spelar utbildning en stor roll. Enligt den svenska lÀroplanen ska hÄllbar utveckling genomsyra all undervisning genom ett övergripande miljöperspektiv.

It might seem obvious that public opinions should be included in the planning process. However, it is not clear to what extent. Statutory forms of public participation attract little interest since many people feel that it is hard to make a difference. The purpose of this study was to engage those that normally do not get to speak their mind in the planning process. In this study, two methods for conducting ?on-street surveys? were investigated.

Syftet med denna uppsats var att ta reda pÄ hur förskollÀrare upplever att barns utveckling och lÀrande frÀmjas, hur de upplever sin roll samt vilka fördelar och hinder de upplever i utomhusverksamheten. För att ta reda pÄ detta genomfördes semistrukturerade, kvalitativa intervjuer med fem stycken förskollÀrare med utgÄngspunkt frÄn en intervjuguide. Resultatet vi kom fram till var att alla förskollÀrarna hade en positiv instÀllning till utomhusverksamhet och att barns utveckling och lÀrande frÀmjas pÄ ett annat sÀtt utomhus Àn inomhus. FörskollÀrarna sÄg olika pÄ sin roll och nÀmnde flera olika egenskaper bl.a. att vara vÀgledande.
