SammanfattningTitel: Högt i tak - En studie om intern marknadsföring och arbetsmotivation inom fastighetsmÀklarbranschenSyfte & forskningsfrÄga: Syftet med uppsatsen Àr att öka förstÄelsen för hur anstÀlldas arbetsmotivation influeras av intern marknadsföring. Vi vill med utgÄngspunkt i fastighetsmÀklarbranschen, analysera, kartlÀgga och lyfta fram hur anstÀlldas arbetsmotivation pÄverkas av: den interna kommunikationen, interna relationer samt digitaliseringens utveckling. UtifrÄn denna uppsats syfte, formulerades följande forskningsfrÄga: Hur kan intern marknadsföring anvÀndas som ett verktyg för att pÄverka anstÀlldas arbetsmotivation?Metod: Studien Àr baserad pÄ en kvalitativ forskningsmetod dÄ vi var intresserade av bakomliggande faktorer och Äsikter av respondenterna samtidigt som vi ville skapa en djupare förstÄelse kring forskningsomrÄdet. Vidare blev ansatsen av induktiv karaktÀr dÄ vi efter bÀsta förmÄga ville angripa studien utan att vara helt styrda av tidigare forskning.

De senaste Ären har internationella dokument efterfrÄgat förtydliganden gÀllande undervisning om hÄllbar utveckling. Detta Àr nÄgot som svensk regering och Skolverket tagit till sig och i samband med gymnasiereformen 2011 presenterades nya lÀro- och Àmnesplaner med ett tydligare uppdrag gÀllande undervisning om hÄllbar utveckling, men bara i vissa Àmnen. DÀremot preciseras det inte hur och i vilken omfattning undervisningen ska bedrivas vilket medför svÄrigheter för lÀrare att veta hur de ska förhÄlla sig till undervisning om hÄllbar utveckling. Syftet med föreliggande studie Àr att belysa nÄgra gymnasielÀrares attityder gÀllande undervisning om hÄllbar utveckling, exempelvis vilka lÀrarkategorier som anser denna undervisning om hÄllbar utveckling mest relevant samt skildra nÄgra lÀrares önskan av fortbildning inom Àmnet. Jag har genomfört en enkÀtstudie som till viss del Àmnar jÀmföra resultaten med WaxegÄrds fem Är gamla studie, detta för att se hur lÀrarnas attityder Àndrats i frÄgor gÀllande undervisning om hÄllbar utveckling.Min studie visar att 32 % av lÀrarna aldrig undervisar om hÄllbar utveckling, jÀmförande siffra i WaxegÄrds studie Àr 37 %, med andra ord har ingen markant ökning av undervisning om hÄllbar utveckling skett de senaste fem Ären.

This study has been about the representation of the Swedish tourism company Swanson?s. They do trips in US and every year they do a brochure with many pictures. The objective of my study is to look how pictures help to constructs places. Its often problem with pictures because sometimes they are constructs.

Syftet med denna studie har varit att ta reda pÄ hur förskollÀrare motiverar leken pedagogiskt och vilken betydelse de tror att leken har pÄ barns lÀrande och utveckling samt undersöka i vilken utstrÀckning nÄgra av de största lekteorierna kommer till uttryck hos praktiserande pedagoger. Uppsatsen Àr en traditionell studie med en kvalitativ ansats med intervjuer som metod. Intervjuerna genomfördes med 10 förskollÀrare. I resultatet framgÄr det att förskollÀrarna tycker att leken Àr grunden till barns lÀrande och utveckling. Pedagogerna menar att det Àr i leken som barn utvecklar sitt lÀrande.

The purpose of this study is to examine what readers of fiction literature are influenced by when they choose books. What libraries and bookstores do to influence readers in their choice of literature and how readers perceive the librarys and the bookstores influence on them in their choice of fiction literature. We have also studied which factors outside the library and the bookstore that readers are influenced by when borrowing or buying a certain book and to what extent readers are influenced by the books appearance. To answer our questions we chose a public library and a bookstore, where we interviewed six persons in each place. We have interviewed a librarian and a bookstore manager for information about how these two cultural institutions work with marketing of their fiction literature.

För pedagoger Àr det viktigt att se det som skapar framgÄng och ger positiv perspektiv.Min undersökning kan hjÀlpa till att fördjupa förstÄelsen för vilka faktorer som frÀmjar utbildning för hÄllbar utveckling. Syftet med studien Àr att ta reda pÄ faktorer som Àr viktiga för att frÀmja och förbÀttra utbildning för hÄllbar utveckling. Enligt styrdokumenten Àr hÄllbar utveckling en nödvÀndig komponent i utbildning. Materialet erhölls genom kvalitativa djupintervjuer med 6 lÀrare, inkluderar förskollÀrare, grundskollÀrare, gymnasielÀrare, representanter frÄn HÄll Sverige Rent, Naturskolan som har av erfarenhet i praktiskt arbete med hÄllbar utveckling inom framgÄngsrikt Grön Flaggs certifieringsprogram. Det analyserades och sammanstÀlldes sedan i löpande text.

The increased travelling of today makes nodes along travelling routes more and more important. This is very much the case of petrol stations. They constitute important nodes in the road network, filling up thirsty fuel tanks and hungry stomachs, guiding road users and providing vehicle-services. In this thesis the role of the petrol station for road users was investigated in order to find out if the petrol station was a potential hot spot. We performed an ethnographic field study at a petrol station and found that a great number of visitor activities took place at the petrol station.

Syftet med denna studie Àr att undersöka förskollÀrares uppfattningar om begreppet hÄllbar utveckling och hur denna uppfattning ligger till grund för hur de arbetar med begreppet i förskolan. Som metod för studien anvÀnds kvalitativa intervjuer dÀr förskollÀrare av olika kön, i olika Äldrar och pÄ tvÄ olika förskolor intervjuas. Tidigare forskning visar att det finns mÄnga olika sÀtt att arbeta med hÄllbar utveckling i förskolan. Denna studie utgÄr frÄn att hÄllbar utveckling bestÄr av tre olika delar; en ekologisk, en social och en ekonomisk del. Resultatet visar att förskollÀrarna har god kÀnnedom om begreppet hÄllbar utveckling men att det inte Àr ett begrepp de anvÀnder.

Skolan Àr en del av samhÀllet och mÄste dÀrför följa den utveckling som sker. För att lÀrarna skall kunna möta detta och erbjuda eleverna möjligheter till lÀrande Àr de i stÀndigt behov av pedagogisk utveckling. Det finns olika metoder och modeller för hur kompetensutveckling kan ske dÀr valet av metod beror pÄ verksamheten och den enskilda lÀraren. Denna studie syftar till att pröva och utvÀrdera om och pÄ vilket sÀtt videodokumentation kan implementeras i en skolas verksamhet och bli ett anvÀndbart redskap för lÀrarnas pedagogiska utveckling. För att pedagogisk utveckling skall vara möjlig krÀvs det att lÀraren reflekterar över sitt görande.

Abstract The law in sexual crimeis one of the most important sections in law that we have for the legalsecurity in relation to the victims. It took many years before Sweden began toactively examine how our laws were designed in this area, but throughout the2000s, several reforms have taken place. These have in turn led to SOU 2010:71,the inquiry is for us to have a new sexual offenses law again January 1st 2012. The major reform took place in 2005,which would change the whole structure of Sexual Crimes Act by the new Chapter6. The goal here was to increase the protection of children victims of sexualabuse of any kind. Furthermore, they changed the term "sexualrelations" to "sexual conduct" throughout the entire chapter 6.The reason for this was that the former term is considered to be misinterpretedthat an assault could be seen as mutual.

How do special educators work to include children with special needs in preschool? That was the question that our thesis proceeded from, and the purpose was to get an insight in the methods used by the special educators to achieve inclusion. Our questions were: ? Is Swedish preschool a place for inclusion? ? How are special educators work organized and focused? ? Which experiences do special educators have working with children with special needs in preschool, and what role do they mean that inclusion plays in this work? Our procedure in this enquiry was to perform semi-structured interviews with 5 different special educators in two different cities. Interpretation and analyis proceeded from three different theories: Urie Bronfenbrenner?s ecological systems theory, John Bowlby?s theory of attachment and Karsten Hundeide?s sociocultural theory. The result showed support for the idea of the Swedish preeschool as a place with many opportunities for inclusion. We have also seen how both money and political decisions has an impact on which possibilities the preschools receive to work with inclusion. In addition it became apparent that the methods used by special educators differed depending on both cities and districts.

Detta arbete har ett lÄngsiktigt mÄl som Àr av normerande drag dÀr vÀrderingar inom ramen för hÄllbar utveckling(HUT) skall initieras, implementeras samt institutionaliseras pÄ byggprogrammet pÄ Fredrika Bremergymnasiet i Haninge och spridas till resten av skolan. Det kortsiktiga mÄlet som ryms inom denna uppsats Àr att initiera ett förbÀttringsarbete inom byggprogrammet dÀr hÄllbar utveckling införs som en röd trÄd och ett viktigt redskap för att nÄ styrdokumentens mÄl.För att skapa möjligheter och förutsÀttningar för genomförande av detta utvecklingsprojekt har jag anvÀnt olika strategier och valt att samarbeta med flera myndigheter inom kommun och Myndigheten för skolutveckling. Denna myndighet delar ut utmÀrkelsen ?Skola för hÄllbar utveckling? till skolor som har ambitionen att arbeta aktivt med hÄllbar utveckling i undervisning och verksamhet.Som referens har jag undersökt andra gymnasieskolor inom Sverige som har fÄtt denna utmÀrkelse av Myndigheten för skolutveckling?Det nya Ärhundradets största utmaning Àr att ta ett abstrakt begrepp som hÄllbar utveckling och göra det till en verklighet för mÀnniskor över hela vÀrlden?.Kofi Annan, FN:s generalsekreterare..

The landscape can be something that you rest your eyes on, something that goes quickly past outside the windscreen or the place for the daily work. To me, landscape is everything around us ? the city, the field and the forest. But what is landscape for you? What does the idea of the landscape stand for? How does our view of the landscape become influenced of the place where we grow up? And the differences between peoples different views of the landscape ? what does they depend on? My point of the view for this paper is that the landscape ideals mostly depend on the landscape where you grow up and that it depends less on the differences between the individuals. As a landscape architect the idea of the landscape is the essential. The more we learn, the more we realize how complex it is, but deep down we always have our own experiences and memories and that shapes our personalities.

Daily citizens are informed by the media about the environment and the climate changes. The schools purpose is to educate students according to events that are of current interest and take place in present time. According to Swedish curriculum, Lpf94, all Swedish education should include and discuss the problems surrounding durable development. The purpose of the study is to se how the textbooks in History, Social studies and Geography and their contents meet the demands of the curriculum. The study shows that only the textbooks in geography meets the demands that the curriculums have on durable development.

As well as other politic fields, the cultural politics adapt to changes in society. The development in society has brought attention to the interaction between the cultural field and the economic field. One of the main goals within Swedish Cultural Policies today is the development of cultural and creative economics. Politicians and researchers claim that culture can be a significant part in economic growth in cities and making a place attractive to live in.I became interested in the discussion around the cultural experience as a factor of economic growth when I participated in a seminar at Karlstad CCC during Kulturparlamentet 2012. When I then started working at the music festival Putte i Parken during the spring of 2013 I thought about making this study.The main aim is to investigate in which way Putte i Parken can be a factor of growth and a factor of making Karlstad an attractive place to live in by analyzing documents, reports and literature in a qualitative way of working.
